They are continuously improving the AI and other capabilities in the system, and customer support is super responsive if you do run into issues or have questions. **Pros:** Stampli is very intuitive to use and was simple to get connected to our Sage environment. It is quite easy to train new employees and users on the system. **Cons:** You cannot limit the GL accounts in Stampli, so users have access to accounts they should not use, which can increase the review time. Questions portion is helpful, along with the notes **Cons:** Can not print invoice view feature, nor can you copy any of the information, view feature does not display what page of the invoice you are on. Some pdf's do not upload properly missing the content of the invoice, thus causing duplicate work to upload the invoice in the attachments for other approvers to view.
