Approving invoices is super easy because I can see the invoice, review contracts and then ensure that invoices line up with expectations. It's also easy to chat and leave comments about invoices. Pros It keeps me updated and notified on invoices that need to be approved and reviewed. It's been good at keeping communication open between me and accounts payable. Cons I think the main thing is having to look into another platform to find a copy of a past invoice. Where as before Stampli I'd have a copy of the invoice in my email. Not that big of a deal but something out of my normal workflow but I can adjust to the process. Review Source KR Kristen R. Pros Stampli is VERY user friendly. Any issue you can run into, there is a button or way to fix it! Cons The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli. Questions portion is helpful, along with the notes Cons Can not print invoice view feature, nor can you copy any of the information, view feature does not display what page of the invoice you are on. Pros Makes the invoice process system 10 times easier Cons When I go to an invoice that has been paid through Stampli I am not able to click on the check and it take me to the payment. I would have to copy the check or ACH number and paste it into the search bar. I think that would be a good feature to add. Pros The ease of coding and routing as well as seeing past invoices during the coding process. It's fully digital Cons Haven't found any yet. I would like to see more tutorials on the reporting side of things, but have been able to navigate easily to see what I needed to see. Alternatives considered [Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/) Reason for choosing Stampli there were others but can't remember them all. The implementation processed seemed long, didn't provide what we were looking for and we had low cost for implementation and were able to abort at any point if wanted to. So far we love it. It has helped me keep invoice approvals organized, and my Accounting department happy with me because I am approving invoices faster than before. Pros I love that Stampli puts all of the invoices that I have to approve for our company in one easy to manage space. In the past, I would be searching emails from various coworkers to approve but now, I just login and zoom through the process.
