Treasurer Telecommunications Used the software for: 2+ years ### "AP & Procurement Workflow" May 8, 2024 4.0 I've used Stampli for about 3+ years now in two different companies and while the price point is a higher than the two other companies that quoted us, they are very customer oriented from start to finish in implementation and extremely responsive on the customer service end. That being said because the price point is higher I wish they wouldn't charge for any additional upgrade (like international payments) that are included in the base package for other companies like Bill.com and Tipalti. Pros Workflow is fantastic for AP as well procurement purchase requests and admin controls are great so that you can enable or disable batch approvals for approvers who you can see are reviewing the majority of their invoices or not. The dashboard and reports features are great as well. Customer service has never disappointed. Cons It doesn't integrate on an invoice level with our ERP for job costing on construction invoices which does duplicate a significant amount of work. Pros Makes the invoice process system 10 times easier Cons When I go to an invoice that has been paid through Stampli I am not able to click on the check and it take me to the payment. I would have to copy the check or ACH number and paste it into the search bar. I think that would be a good feature to add. I was able to identify several vendors that were misbilling us because of the software. Pros I like the programs ability to detect duplicate invoices as well as to be able to quickly find old invoices using several different methods depending on what information you have available. Cons The only thing that i would like to change is so when a sign-site facilitator uses the program, that they do not have to always put in the facility name or who the approver is for each invoice. I would like it if it would recognize me as the Administrator of facility A so whenever i code an invoice under my name, it will always go to facility A, unless at that time I would like to change it. Pros Stampli is very user friendly to clearly see pertinent information without having to search or dig. It makes it easy to approve/reject with ability to put notes to explain. It also has several relevant options in the drop downs and makes it easy to send to someone else or inform it is not your invoice. Invoices are not my favorite so this helps a lot! Cons Sometimes a bulk review option would be helpful. It is helpful in general to review each invoice individually but in some cases there are parts of a whole that could be approved in bulk.
