Approving invoices is super easy because I can see the invoice, review contracts and then ensure that invoices line up with expectations. It's also easy to chat and leave comments about invoices. Pros It keeps me updated and notified on invoices that need to be approved and reviewed. It's been good at keeping communication open between me and accounts payable. Cons I think the main thing is having to look into another platform to find a copy of a past invoice. Where as before Stampli I'd have a copy of the invoice in my email. Not that big of a deal but something out of my normal workflow but I can adjust to the process. Review Source PM Puwana M. The customizable workflow is streamlined and provides visibility into the status of all invoices in the system, so things don't get lost. The ability to ask questions of vendors and employees within Stampli is highly useful, as is the audit feed in the viewing screen for each invoice. Pros The smooth, automation-streamlined, and centralized process from upload to coding to approval to posting, all with a very useful and intuitive interface. Cons There are few downsides, but the "bot" that scans bills and auto-fills accounting fields sometimes struggles with unusually-formatted vendor invoices (i.e., hand written, etc.), or to distinguish between vendors with identically formatted invoices. Cons The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli. Pros Stampli is very user friendly to clearly see pertinent information without having to search or dig. It makes it easy to approve/reject with ability to put notes to explain. It also has several relevant options in the drop downs and makes it easy to send to someone else or inform it is not your invoice. Invoices are not my favorite so this helps a lot! Cons Sometimes a bulk review option would be helpful. It is helpful in general to review each invoice individually but in some cases there are parts of a whole that could be approved in bulk. Cons I would like it to have more capabilities for posting wires into intacct without the reference number and to be able to update the stampli system with the details once its posted in Intacct.
