Pros

I like the notifications and the ability to go back and find old invoices with a simple search

Cons

I had a hard time finding the right buttons at first and looking things up. Maybe not super intuitive

Pros

One of the more convenient aspects of Stampli is Billy the Bot. The AI picking up info from the invoices makes approval just a couple of clicks on each invoice.

Cons

In the early stages we are having a hard time filtering the invoices to different departments across the company. This may improve over time.

We don't really have any complaints, it's very interactive and easy to use.

Pros

We really like how everything is compact and in one central system. The advanced search tools make it really easy to find invoices and the approval process is always smooth.

Cons

Only some of our team has access to the AP authorizer view which makes it easy to make any changes to an invoice that was coded incorrectly. If they don't have access, it seems to take a lot of time to reject it and then update.

Pros

Although I've spent my career in IT, I've had limited exposure to the financial side of things. Stampli makes performing my accounting tasks simple and straightforward. Our accountants are happy that invoices are being captured, assigned, and processed correctly the first time. And I'm happy that I'm not constantly having to bother the finance team asking for clarification and guidance.

Cons

While I have a small set of tasks that I need to perform in Stampli, I do wish that there was a calculator tool built into the line item fields. It would make it simpler to assign a dollar value to each line item if it isn't broken out on the invoice.

I changed employers. Previous company used SAP and current one uses Stampli. Stampli is much more user friendly.

Zoom features are nice to see fine print on invoices.

Cons

It's a little clunky to go from one invoice to the next if you log directly into the site. If you go through the link in your email, then it allows you to smoothly go from one to the next.

Great experience overall. Stampli became our main source for all things invoices. As a fast-growing small business, we needed an organized and intuitive way to process and search invoices. Stmapli provided that.

Pros

Stampli's user interface is intuitive so it didn't take much time to teach the team. New team members are easily onboarded.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit time consuming just figuring out the access, admin, and integration functions. Well worth it in the end.

Pros

I like the ease of use of Stamplii invoices. It allows me to quickly determine whether or not invoices are for my location.

The ask a question feature. I believe this is an area of opportunity.

I have been using Stampli for over 3 years and i have numerous staff members with varied computer skills who are all able to navigate what's needed from them with the system

Cons

the new invoices are posted first. so if i have unaddressed invoices, and new ones are posted, the newer ones get first attention while the older ones are on the back burner

The fact that once you're rejected an invoice, it's so much back and forward with the disputes. The invoices just sit there when you decide to reject them.
