Approving invoices for AP is a breeze, with all the relevant options clearly highlighted and impossible to miss such as when needing to add additional approvers, or asking a question regarding an approval. It also has a super easy to configure integration with our SSO provider which makes signing in seamless. Not only does it make it easy for finance to process their end, it was very easy to approve and make notes. Pros It did not take long for me to learn the interface and system of Stampli. Being able to get my vendors paid is critical, and this is very helpful. Cons This is unfair to the service but the initial look is quite overwhelming. Email notification provides a link to the main invoice where you can review billing codes, vendor invoice, and then easily one-click approve. It also provides direct message notification to accounting, or whoever you designate, if changes need to be made within that particular invoice.
