It's the exact supplement our accounting system needed to optimize our operations. Pros Stampli brings all pieces of invoice processing into one screen. It syncs with our PO and accounting systems to provide a one-screen solution to invoice processing. The AI features mean we can immediately review for correctness instead of spinning our wheels doing data entry and using man hours for reviewing after. Stampli suggests data entries based on previous entries, building it's helpfulness over time. Cons While the AI has it's perks and can help in many ways, the invoice information is not reliably searchable until a human has "saved" the work - meaning some reports pulled have zero useful information on them. It's easy to use at all levels and adapts well to our varied needs. Pros The mobile app and the seamless payment processing, alongside its credit card functions. It has provided real-time information, a centralized source of truth and documentation, and allowed us to expand our operations smoothly. Cons Some limitations on filtering coding screen. Some issues with expedited check payments. Still in progress of some high lever enhancements. It's painless to get users cards and into purchasing. It's painless to upload receipts - especially with the email reminders with direct links to the Transaction -- this was a painpoint in virtually all other methods we'd used. Pros The Stampli interface is no-nonsense, quick, and efficient. The automated email reminders that I need to take action on certain Invoices, along with the link to the Invoice in question, is so helpful. The automated matching of Receipts to Invoice has been spot on. Cons Rather than me having to choose to "Match Receipt to Invoice" (which DOES work), I wish the Stampli could automatically assign Receipts to Invoices based on it's algorithim and then provide me "approval"/review along with a confidence rating of it's suggestion/assignment. The customizable workflow is streamlined and provides visibility into the status of all invoices in the system, so things don't get lost. The ability to ask questions of vendors and employees within Stampli is highly useful, as is the audit feed in the viewing screen for each invoice. Pros The smooth, automation-streamlined, and centralized process from upload to coding to approval to posting, all with a very useful and intuitive interface. Cons There are few downsides, but the "bot" that scans bills and auto-fills accounting fields sometimes struggles with unusually-formatted vendor invoices (i.e., hand written, etc.), or to distinguish between vendors with identically formatted invoices. They are continuously improving the AI and other capabilities in the system, and customer support is super responsive if you do run into issues or have questions. Pros Stampli is very intuitive to use and was simple to get connected to our Sage environment. It is quite easy to train new employees and users on the system. Cons You cannot limit the GL accounts in Stampli, so users have access to accounts they should not use, which can increase the review time. I was able to identify several vendors that were misbilling us because of the software. Pros I like the programs ability to detect duplicate invoices as well as to be able to quickly find old invoices using several different methods depending on what information you have available. Cons The only thing that i would like to change is so when a sign-site facilitator uses the program, that they do not have to always put in the facility name or who the approver is for each invoice. I would like it if it would recognize me as the Administrator of facility A so whenever i code an invoice under my name, it will always go to facility A, unless at that time I would like to change it. Cons I would like it to have more capabilities for posting wires into intacct without the reference number and to be able to update the stampli system with the details once its posted in Intacct.
