It has been a big improvement to our organization. They have been great at fielding our questions and helping us find solutions timely. Pros I like how much better organized our AP team has been after implementing Stampli. Cons The system is not able to handle outsourced purchase orders and confirm receipts or 3-way matches on these transactions. February 20, 2025 5.0 It's much better and easier than quick books Pros Easy to navigate, easy to get invoices coded properly before approval. Cons It's probably me since it's fairly new to us. November 19, 2024 5.0 Everything has been great with Stampli, this will enhance our processing time with freight bills and make sure all freight bills get paid on time. Pros Easy to use. Very quick to process each freight bill and I like the way Stampli flows from one freight bill to the next one without having to go search for it. Cons All was good. I wish there was a way to remove the email after the freight bill has been approved. Pros Stampli is easy to navigate, approve invoices, and see previously approved invoices. You can sort by vendor or date and export to CSV which is helpful. Cons It would be helpful if Stampli allowed for an organization wide sharing of invoices by GL. For example, a user could be invited to view previously approved invoices for a specific GL in the system. This would allow for fuller collaboration amongst team members. Pros The AI Agent within Stampli has really sped up our AP processes. It has started to predict each field we are capturing, which makes our job much easier. Cons When we make partial invoice payments, there is a disconnect between our accounting software and Stampli. It only recognizes when we fully pay an invoice, which can create headaches for us at times. It has helped me keep invoice approvals organized, and my Accounting department happy with me because I am approving invoices faster than before. Pros I love that Stampli puts all of the invoices that I have to approve for our company in one easy to manage space. In the past, I would be searching emails from various coworkers to approve but now, I just login and zoom through the process. The end that enters invoices for approval, and now the one that approves. I was there when we first rolled it out a few years back and it made the approval process of invoices 10x easier than it was before. Should I ever move to another company, I will absolutely recommend that they switch to Stampli if they are using any other program. Pros How simple it is to know exactly what you are approving. The GL coding, the amount, the vendor, everything is right there and easy to find. Cons There is nothing about Stampli that I feel needs improvement. Switched from [NetSuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/135757/NetSuite/) When we were using Netsuite a few years back it did not have the option of seeing the invoice as you were approving or entering for approval. Cons There is nothing to complain about Stampli. Even the support team is excellent and responsive.
