Implimentation was smooth, support has been quick to respond and always solves our issues timely. Pros Ease of use, and that its webbased and batch approving for the busy approvers. THe sync to Quickbooks and Netsuite works like a charm Cons Vendor management can use some improving, like sharing the vendor base accross multiple server Quickbooks books, and auto-syncing vendor compliance information to/from Quickbooks... and just overall better visabilty on vendors whose compliance is expiring etc. Review Source AK Andrew K. You can't download the listing of all users and the approval workflow, which is a huge flaw. Switched from [ServiceNow](https://www.capterra.com/p/254088/ServiceNow/) Invoice visibility to end users.
