January 17, 2025 5.0 Stampli is an easy-to-use platform that provides all the information to approval an invoice in an efficient and effective manner. The platform aggregates information and minimizes telephone calls and emails while, at the same time, record-keeping the dialogue and content necessary to secure an invoice approval for which there is more than one approval step. Pros The Stampli platform provides an effective, efficient process to approve invoices. The system's step-by-step record keeping of approvals, comments regarding each step of the approval process, etc. is very valuable. Cons The system works, start to finish. Once the user takes time to understand the system, she/he is off to the races. Pros This app is very easy to navigate when looking for bills to process. Has the option to approve and pass along to the next in the chain of command. What once used to be tedious for our AP folks has now automated so many transactions that they are able to focus on the business rather than the day-to-day entries. This has helped reduce the number of errors and get bills approved much quicker. Pros The fact that I can see the log of all the activity for a certain bill is just fantastic. Now I don't have to worry about figuring out the audit trail. I also don't have to worry about emailing back and forth for approval -- it all happens in one system. Cons I can't create certain reports that I would like to see for my own analytics. Hopefully they create better reports on Stampli. Also, when I decline an invoice and if I don't choose the right option, the coder won't get a notification. Review Source SH Samantha H. Pros I like the way all the information for your invoices is so easy to access and the way its broke down makes it super easy to read.
