Pros

Enjoy the AI helping fill out most of the forms.

Cons

Going between invoices and credit card is not as easy at first. Too many emails every time there is an invoice.

Pros

easy to identify and approve invoices in clicks away.

Cons

If the invoice doesn't belong to me, I should be able to reallocate it to the responsible person. However, I couldn't find an easy and visible option to do this.

10/10 experience with the Stampli software.

Pros

The thing I like most about Stampli is that it collaborates well with my accounting department's software and has a lot of features that makes processes go by fast.

Cons

The least thing I dislike about Stampli is that sometimes there are certain errors that pop up that I do not know what they are pointing out in specific invoices. It is very tedious to try and figure out what the error may be, but Stampli support is a perfect resource to use.

Overall it's been a good experience and I like the product.

Pros

Ease of use. The layout and uploading documents, entering information the additional memo line, adding multiple GL codes.

Cons

After you submit an invoice and forget to upload any docs, it doesn't allow you to go back to upload. It would be nice to have that feature.

paperless, invoices come to my email inbox and keep me current with approvals of invoices. Chat through the software is quick and easy.

Really easy to use and troubleshoot through. The customer service chat feature is great! I use it whenever I have a questions and they are quick to respond.

Pros

Stampli is a great addition for any accounting software if you are looking to streamline your AP process. I love how it electronically stores invoices and back up and you no longer have to worry about filing hard copies. I love how all invoices that are emailed to our AP inbox automatically gets uploaded into Stampli.

Cons

Unfortunately we have some manual invoices that are uploaded that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter data. However we are working on ways around this...

Reason for choosing Stampli

Ease of use, we can use our own bank account for direct pay. It was the best fit for our company. The cost was better compared to the other company's as well so that was a plus!
