Approving invoices is super easy because I can see the invoice, review contracts and then ensure that invoices line up with expectations. It's also easy to chat and leave comments about invoices. Pros It keeps me updated and notified on invoices that need to be approved and reviewed. It's been good at keeping communication open between me and accounts payable. Cons I think the main thing is having to look into another platform to find a copy of a past invoice. Where as before Stampli I'd have a copy of the invoice in my email. Not that big of a deal but something out of my normal workflow but I can adjust to the process. Review Source IG Isabella G. Pros Overall convenient, straightforward, and great for multi-entity organizations. Cons There were two instances where Stampli incorrectly coded an invoice to a different vendor based on the invoice format. It did not pick up the vendor name listed on the invoice and assumed it was for an entirely different vendor. Cons The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli. Pros Makes the invoice process system 10 times easier Cons When I go to an invoice that has been paid through Stampli I am not able to click on the check and it take me to the payment. I would have to copy the check or ACH number and paste it into the search bar. I think that would be a good feature to add. Training the other users was also easy. Pros The ease of coding and routing as well as seeing past invoices during the coding process. It's fully digital Cons Haven't found any yet. I would like to see more tutorials on the reporting side of things, but have been able to navigate easily to see what I needed to see. Alternatives considered [Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/) Reason for choosing Stampli there were others but can't remember them all. The implementation processed seemed long, didn't provide what we were looking for and we had low cost for implementation and were able to abort at any point if wanted to. So far we love it. Switched from [Paymerang](https://www.capterra.com/p/184798/Paymerang/) It was supposed to be easily integrated with IHMS which is our primary system, but it didn't store well, data didn't go back and forth between the two systems easily and the approval process was very cumbersome Review Source SS Su S. Cons I would like it to have more capabilities for posting wires into intacct without the reference number and to be able to update the stampli system with the details once its posted in Intacct. Pros Stampli is easy to navigate, approve invoices, and see previously approved invoices. You can sort by vendor or date and export to CSV which is helpful. Cons It would be helpful if Stampli allowed for an organization wide sharing of invoices by GL.
