Propel Reviews
Pros
Ability to customize, User friendly and propel support is super responsive.
I have seen new great features being added every release. It's been great so far with our Propel journey.
We are excited to be part of Propels growth, and our collaboration with your team has been a delight.
Propel has challenged us to come up with an amazing system to fit our niche needs and working to build custom solutions has been a great experience for our team.
Cons
Having the license set as they are it can be hard to workout who needs what license and what license type then need.
Signing off is an issue for many users. Causes frustration, lockouts, late training and lack of compliance as users just give up and ignore.
Our users have a hard time searching for what they need in the global search.
Hard to configure initially. It takes tie to learn all the background function to control the front end that the user sees.
"Propel will LAUNCH You Forward in Your Workplace"
Overall: Great program, definitely needed if using Salesforce.
Pros: Propel does just that. It "propels" the work you do by streamlining items in one system. It provides for easily accessed design reviews, change order management, and it integrates with Salesforce platform which is very useful if your company uses Salesforce.
Cons: It is somewhat reliant on Salesforce, and overall it has the ability to maximize tools but takes some training to understand.
"Propel is Great!"
Overall: The overall experience has been good. The product is easy to use and offers a lot of customizability. Very happy!
Pros: I think Propel is a great product. I like the ease of use, BOM layout, ECO process, and customizability. The Customer Success team is FANTATIC! They go above and beyond to help us at every turn.
Cons: The export of the BOMs needs some refinement, the ability to have Revisions on the BOMs is a critical need that is not available in Propel.

"Propel Support is GOOD"
Overall: Very happy with the attention and support.
Pros: Very easy to run changes and manage items and training!
Cons: I am not to found of the salesforce background, but Propel does a good job on managing it.
Vendor Response
"Frustrating e-sign off process"
Overall: Ok, Some things are very good and I like. Others such as changes to page layout function, permissions and e-sig is a hassle.
Pros: versioning controls and options available for different business needs.
Cons: Signing off is an issue for many users. Causes frustration, lockouts, late training and lack of compliance as users just give up and ignore.
"Propel review by 4-yr. user"
Overall: Very positive. I learned it very quickly since there were only two of us who performed the V+V.
Pros: For starters, having an eQMS is wonderful! I don't know what other similar products are out there, but I know that Propel gives us everything we need and the support team is very good and always super helpful. The team that created Propel thought of everything. I like the salesforce platform as well. (by comparison, we also use NetSuite and I'm not too fond of the underlying Oracle platform)
Cons: Not everyone can recall/reject a change control record. Sometimes, when a user needs to bring a record back to initial state, they have to call us (Quality dept) to move it back. But this might be in our setup, I don't know if it's a feature of Propel.
