"The worst support ever"

**Overall:** Terrible. The support reply within days (when their service is down), the support's only answer is "we are so sorry" and nothing changes. I tried to escalate the issue several times and nothing changed. So far, we are 1 month without an integration service for which we pre-paid and the support's answers are: we are so sorry, the ticket is with the developers... CRITICAL!

**Pros:** I liked the fact that we can use jira while all our partners are monitoring the progress in trello and that we can setup different flows for different project BUT this is only when the app works.

**Cons:** The sync doesn't work for over a month now! OVER ONE MONTH and the only thing the support says every day is that "the developers are working on it". Absolutely terrible customer service and we pre-paid for a whole year for a team of 10 ppl. Absolutely ridiculous, do not try this app at all!
