I love technology for this. I give my clients to option to keep in touch by phone, email or text. Most clients prefer texting so this software gives me the opportunity to keep in touch with them. Pros The software is user friendly and it's a great way to keep in touch with clients. It's effective and easy to access. Cons There's nothing really that I dislike about the software. Pros I wanted to use this tool to send surveys with sms to users. The workflow designer was super easy to setup specially with the samples available. I made it work in 5 minutes! Cons From the first few minutes it seemed like it is lacking some reports and a way to get raw data back from the surveys i sent out. Maybe there is a way but I haven't found yet. Cons No way of telling that all of your texts are delivered unless you text yourself. I've text myself twice and did not receive a text so there's no way to tell if your text reached the desired number of people. Cons Only being available on browser is sometimes inconvenient . It also doesn't incorporate images that well .But if you need to send images,you probably need a mass email tool .
