Pros It's easy to use and to pay for. I didn't have any issues setting it up or with it failing to work once that was done. So a good back up to email marketing. I'm am glad we have it. Pros It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. Relatuvely good value too. Cons The upload function for contacts could do with some tweaking as although ostensibly you can cut and paste contacts this function does not work. Or at least didn't when I tried to use it a few months ago. Instead you have to upload a .csv or .xls file. Not a big deal but . . . Review Source NN Nikki N. As the faxes stopped for the bookings you don't always have time to keep checking the websites to see if you have received a booking. Now I get a text letting me know a booking has been made. May 3, 2017 2.0 Pros It seemed easy enough and I was glad that I didn't have to invite people to sign up but things went south from there. Cons Couldn't upload numbers en masse, signed up for the free, that wasn't exactly free, and when I tried to pay for more, my cc was declined which isn't possible, so I think this may be a scam, but now they have my cc #, so I'll have to cancel it. We have over 100 offices rented out to different companies. Before TextMagic, I was running around delivering parcels that were coming in every half hour. Now I text the company and they come and collect! Its a lot easier on my legs. I also do a telephone answering service. All messages are texted through to my clients and it tells me when the message is accepted or not (as the case may be) which is brilliant. PV Pablo V. Used the software for: ### "Simple, flexible, easy to use" December 30, 2015 5.0 I've used TextMagic for a few days now and it works fine. Its control panel is straightforward, user friendly and easy to use. The few tests I've conducted have been successful. Based solely on this, I do recommend it. To be honest, I live outside USA and one of the uses I had for a SMS enabled number was to be able to receive validation messages from services like PayPal or Google, but this doesn't work.
