September 10, 2016 1.0 When you purchase credit on a weekend, don't expect credit to be automatically added to your account. In this day an age - time matters, so what I set out to do today, sending text messages, TextMagic has failed to deliver on a tight turnaround time. Pros Good UI. This client was travelling and our fraud monitoring system sent his order for manual approval. Sometimes it takes longer to approve payments if the customer is new, especially during the weekends. They respond faster than email and voice mail. The return is amazing. My clients love the fact that they can send a quick text back and get faster results. I highly recommend TextMagic if you are texting small groups or individuals such as church, college, k-12 schools, etc. We increased our response rates by 10 times when we starting texting our students instead of using email. Except for some sms that have not arrived, the software worked well. Although I can not deny that we are evaluating other services to verify if the problem is from TextMagic or the recipients. Pros This is a Sms sending service that works very well. It has several options of a lot of help such as the APIs, the possibility of sending an email that becomes an SMS, two-way SMS chat; in short, everything you may need. Cons I currently need to send messages to the Dominican Republic. The prices of the sms compared to other services can be a bit high. Additionally I have had problems to reach all operators, apparently it is a problem with the number portability of this country. In the US it has worked very well for me. Review Source ND Natalie D. My provider charges stupid amounts for texts, but it's not worth going into a contract since I use it so little. So I'm on a basic PAYG rate.
