I'd highly recommend anyone looking for an online accounting system to look seriously at ZarMoney. It's packed full of goodness! Pros Excellent low-cost, full featured, web based accounting software. Great inventory, sales management, and reporting. Cons Sometimes I encounter an issue, more often than not its a "problem in chair" thing rather that a problem in computer. Fortunately, ZarMoney offers quite a lot of support. However, after about 2 months of using the product, I discovered several shortfalls. Mainly inventory issues. While Zarmoney allows for multiple inventory locations, it falls seriously short with assembly control issues, inaccurate inventory tracking. Pros Price and Invoicing seem to be their greatest benefit. The price is one of the lowest I found. Invoicing is simple and intuitive. Outside of these two areas, too many shortcomings exist. Cons Poor inventory capabilities, Poor reporting, no custom reporting capabilities, inaccurate reports from inventory adjustments, and inability to create assemblies. September 19, 2025 5.0 This has to be one of the best applications for small and medium size wholesale and distribution businesses. I would highly reccommend all companies to give Zarmoney a shot. I want to thank ChatGPT for recommending this application for me! Pros Amazing customer service!!! They answer right away and were able to add custo features for me in 2 days of requesting and with no additional charges. The overall application is better than any quickbooks software as i have used all of them. Pricing is incredible and i really cant believe what you get included. Simple but powerful. I had no issues figuring it out. Pros Ease of use! I tried at least a dozen software programs for accounting for my travel agency, and they all fell short of the ease of use mark. Not only was this program easy to use, but it was also affordable and offered a very robust accounting program. Other well-known accounting programs were really glitchy, not ZarMoney. I am so happy I found ZarMoney. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve, but overall, it was super simple. Pros It is the easiest accounting platform i have used. We was a quickbooks user for many years and them switched to Wave which was a big letdown. Zarmoney allowed us to set up our company including inventory in a fraction of the time. And the number one about support is they speak 100% English! Cons Not being able to have an additional super user incase something happens or if someone is not available to make major changes. There should be at least two super administrators. Enter, Zarmoney. They are great. Even though I was scrambling to enter all of my sales from January through April while simultaneously entering sales from my busy season, I found it so easy to learn and the staff at Zarmoney is amazing. I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner. You can even talk to real live people! Real LIVE PEOPLE. Worth it. Pros Easy to use, GREAT customer service. Real people will talk to you and help you resolve any questions or issues you have. It's like they actually care about you. I also love that they don't build in a bunch of "helpful" micromanaging features that you can't turn off. I love LOVE the absolute simplicity of this product. Cons Nothing comes to mind. It didn't integrate with my bank, but it is so easy to use, I don't really mind it. Takes about 2 seconds to learn. Reason for choosing ZarMoney Xero is trying too hard to be like Quickbooks Online and I couldn't get away from that type of controlling BS fast enough. In Washington State, we don't have to pay sales tax until April, but when I went in to mark it paid (in March), it was already made unavailable. (greyed out) When I tried to talk to someone to complain about this, they reacted as if I was the one in the wrong and explained I should've taken care of it in January. This is unacceptable, it is accounting software, not a deity. Ability for fast contact and invoicing the customers. Easy searching data. Cost. Cons There is really nothing that I like least about the software.
