Pros: - Really great and easy-to-use interface
- Ready for offline use by generating nice PDFs of your users and user journeys
- Bonus feature: Free paper templates for your team even without signing up :)

Cons: - Lowest pricing tier still a little pricey for REALLY small business, just starting out. (Still worth the money once you start really getting the hang of it and saving time compiling UX journeys and personas)

Overall: Before switching to Smaply our team used the traditional method of creating user journeys and personas by hand and pinning them to our UX board for discussion and review.

The best thing about Smaptly is, that we still can do that which means that we did not have to throw our established workflow overboard, but instead were able to expand greatly on what we were already doing.

Smaptly helps to quickly and consistently visualize customers / personas and their respective customer journeys, as well as the different stakeholders. All of this can then be printed and used for pinning to said UX boards, compiling reports, etc. etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure to get the free trial to see if this is the right product for you and if you can integrate it inherit workflow into your existing one.
