Great onboarding, love the tracking capabilities, lots of good helpdesk articles and customer service is responsive.

Pros

The tracking just works. I have been using PAP for years in various businesses and with clients and it is reliable.

Cons

It's not super fancy, the interface is a little outdated, and it isn't the most affiliate-friendly platform.

Great they help you also in bad times, they always answer quick and have solutions for you you feel that they want your business to work and understand entrepreneur ship.

Pros

It always works, completely flawless. The customer support is literally top of the notch, I use a lot of saas programs etc . but PAP customer support is the best. Almost everyone in the chat is qualified to help and if not special department gets back right away next Day. I like that even when you need a special solution thy do if for you i need a plugin they creted it for me with very fair pricing.

Cons

For being honest, I am on PAP for already more than 8 years now , and I will never use a different platform for my Affiliate program

I’ve used Post Affiliate Pro for nearly 10 years across several businesses—everything from direct-to-consumer brands to niche education products. What keeps me coming back is the reliability. Once it’s set up, it just works. I don’t have to babysit the platform or worry about missing commissions. It’s surprisingly feature-rich given its price point and has supported everything from multi-tier programs to unique payout models. Support is responsive when needed, and the documentation is solid. I’ve recommended it to colleagues and would do so again.

Pros

The flexibility. Whether I was managing a small niche affiliate program or scaling a larger multi-brand setup, PAP adapted seamlessly. Its tracking is rock-solid, commission settings are versatile, and it offers serious bang for the buck. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Lösung, wenn man ein zuverlässiges Affiliate-System mit Gutscheincodes sucht. Wir setzen es für unseren Onlineshop ein und haben damit volle Kontrolle über unsere Partner, deren Verkäufe und die Prämienauszahlung. Es läuft stabil, ist technisch sauber umgesetzt und der Support hilft schnell, falls doch mal etwas hakt. Für unser Setup mit internationalen Kunden, aber zentralem Shop war es genau die richtige Entscheidung.

Pros

Die Software macht genau das, was wir brauchen: Unsere Affiliates erhalten individuelle Codes, und sobald ein Kunde im Onlineshop mit einem dieser Codes einkauft, wird der Sale zuverlässig erfasst und die Prämie korrekt zugeordnet. Die Einrichtung der Partner, das Tracking und die automatische Zuweisung der Provision funktionieren wirklich reibungslos. Für uns als Shopbetreiber ist das eine enorme Zeitersparnis.

Cons

Die Benutzeroberfläche im Admin-Bereich ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß und anfangs etwas unübersichtlich. Man muss sich ein bisschen einarbeiten, bis man alles findet – vor allem, wenn man spezielle Einstellungen vornehmen will. Außerdem könnten die Berichte etwas intuitiver aufgebaut sein.

Overall, I like that I can set it up once and forget about it. The tool is great for pro or advanced requirements, but for simple requirements, it may be a slight overkill.

Pros

I like the wide range of tracking options available and the rules for commissions. I also like that they offer many integrations with several e-commerce platforms. Integration has always been quite easy and straightforward. The dashboards and reports available are quite detailed, and affiliates also appreciate having access to their data. Pricing is affordable.

Cons

The interface could use an update. There is a learning curve due to the variety of options available for configuration. It took us a while to configure everything, but once it was set up, we've never been required to change it or update it so far.
