Sometimes it's a little technical and we need to reach out to them for help. Pros It syncs with most of the programs that we need it to, and offers lots of options and customizability! We love the flexibility. Also the tech support is helpful, as it does take some technical knowledge to set it up in great detail. But they are good about responding. We've also found the tracking to be pretty reliable, even when connecting it to various programs and domains, and we like being able to customize the affiliate access portal and let them log in to view their own stats. Additionally, we like the custom reporting options. Cons It can be somewhat complicated to set up, since it allows for a lot of options and takes some technical knowledge. Cons This program had been set up with my company’s website for about two years, and was not tracking properly - my company continued to pay monthly for two years and the software didn’t even work.
