### "Once you PAP you never go back"

Great they help you also in bad times, they always answer quick and have solutions for you you feel that they want your business to work and understand entrepreneur ship.

Pros

It always works, completely flawless. The customer support is literally top of the notch, I use a lot of saas programs etc . but PAP customer support is the best. Almost everyone in the chat is qualified to help and if not special department gets back right away next Day. I like that even when you need a special solution thy do if for you i need a plugin they creted it for me with very fair pricing.

Cons

For being honest, I am on PAP for already more than 8 years now , and I will never use a different platform for my Affiliate program

Overall it meets our needs, being reliable, customizable, and practical. Sometimes it's a little technical and we need to reach out to them for help.

Pros

It syncs with most of the programs that we need it to, and offers lots of options and customizability! We love the flexibility. Also the tech support is helpful, as it does take some technical knowledge to set it up in great detail. But they are good about responding. We've also found the tracking to be pretty reliable, even when connecting it to various programs and domains, and we like being able to customize the affiliate access portal and let them log in to view their own stats. Additionally, we like the custom reporting options.

Cons

It can be somewhat complicated to set up, since it allows for a lot of options and takes some technical knowledge. I was looking up terms on ChatGPT! Thankfully their tech support is helpful with making sure things are set up correctly.

Pros

Creating a new affiliate/affiliate sign up was relatively easy.

Cons

This program had been set up with my company’s website for about two years, and was not tracking properly - my company continued to pay monthly for two years and the software didn’t even work. I found this out shortly after joining the team. The manual payouts were also complicated and time-consuming.

The tracking just works. I have been using PAP for years in various businesses and with clients and it is reliable.

Cons

Overall i started using it and it was great but now I am not so sure. I went to akother site but I am not having as much luck there.

Pros

I love the ease and abilities of the program in helping me find the right clients. I enjoy that it was helping me along the way.

Cons

Not having a video to watch easily for tutorials that I could access on my android phone. If that could be fixed that woukd be great!

The overall experience has been positive with only minor drawbacks. Pricing is well worth it.

Pros

Ease of integration, advanced tracking code features, callback/S2S reliability, catalog of plugins and features, mobile integration capabilities, dashboard/theme customization options, and — last but not least — the availability and promptness of their support team.

Cons

The payout affiliates menu is lacking in features, particularly with regard to per-affiliate time zone settings for cut-off times.

When it came to referrals, we needed five people to manually analyze sales and referrals: While other plugins made the work a little easier, we still ended up having to do it manually. With Post Affiliate Pro, a single person can manage referrals, payments, actual associated sales, etc.

Pros

It integrates seamlessly with our WooCommerce backend. Endless customization options. No errors, and it doesn't slow down the website. I've tried others, but Post Affiliate Pro is definitely the clear winner.

Cons

There are a lot of options at first, but you’ll get the hang of it quickly. It’s worth taking the time to learn it.

Overall, it offers strong value for money considering the range of features, including built-in tools to manage and grow affiliate partnerships.

Cons

The main downside is that the interface feels a bit outdated and not always very intuitive, especially when you’re just getting started. Some features take time to find and configure, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. Also, while the platform is very flexible, setting up more advanced tracking or custom integrations can require technical knowledge.
