It is significantly cheaper than many of its competitors while offering almost all of the same features. The best feature of the product is its customer support, always around, always available, and always helpful. Cons The UX is a bit clunky and counterintuitive. However, any issue that you may run into could easily be resolved with their world-class customer support. Pros Creating a new affiliate/affiliate sign up was relatively easy. Cons This program had been set up with my company’s website for about two years, and was not tracking properly - my company continued to pay monthly for two years and the software didn’t even work. I found this out shortly after joining the team. The manual payouts were also complicated and time-consuming. Sometimes it's a little technical and we need to reach out to them for help. Pros It syncs with most of the programs that we need it to, and offers lots of options and customizability! We love the flexibility. Also the tech support is helpful, as it does take some technical knowledge to set it up in great detail. But they are good about responding. We've also found the tracking to be pretty reliable, even when connecting it to various programs and domains, and we like being able to customize the affiliate access portal and let them log in to view their own stats. Additionally, we like the custom reporting options. Cons It can be somewhat complicated to set up, since it allows for a lot of options and takes some technical knowledge. I was looking up terms on ChatGPT! Thankfully their tech support is helpful with making sure things are set up correctly. Pros It always works, completely flawless. The customer support is literally top of the notch, I use a lot of saas programs etc . but PAP customer support is the best. Almost everyone in the chat is qualified to help and if not special department gets back right away next Day. I like that even when you need a special solution thy do if for you i need a plugin they creted it for me with very fair pricing. Cons When using mass payouts I have seen that system accepts payment processors beyond this list only if using custom integration. It meant extra steps for handling of partners in countries not supported by the default processors.
