The invoicing feature is great and enables invoice generation for accounting purposes. Cons The admin interface is a little complex and requires some learning to get used to. PAP did most of the heavy lifting for me -- allowing me to focus on customizing the dashboard for affiliates - adding our own copy etc etc Pros We had to move froma different affiliate software - as it was proving extremely unreliable and not tracking certain clicks. As a result - I jumped on many calls with different affiliate software that promised the world. Post Affiliate Pro was the only software that made sense - was relatively easy to use - while at the same time having a great selection of tools and services that we need. The CUSTOMER SUPPORT was also AMAZING (must mention \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in particular for all his help) Cons The dashboard from the merchant's point of view looks a little old fashioned - but that's just an aesthetic thing. PAP is by far the best solution. It gives us more control, provides more features, and the customer service is far better than anything else we have tried. Pros Great customer service and very reasonable prices for the product. We have more control over how to run our affiliate program - we can decide to have lifetime cookies instead of having to accept what an affiliate network offers. Many more features than we found anywhere else. The support experts have always been very patient with my ignorance, they read my emails and answer my questions (it amazes me how many "customer service" people don't answer the question I ask - PAP does), and they are very knowledgeable. Live support (during their hours) has always been available. The information they provide, completely easy to understand. Their tutorials (all linked) detailed and easy to follow. And when I've even needed extra help, they've gone above and beyond. Pros Great price. Easy to use with "some" knowledge of html (otherwise get your graphics designer to help you). Adaptable. There are so many additional features to choose from. Videos and tutorials come standard to all of my affiliates (worth it's weight in gold). Cons My only con...because I think outside the box... In my industry we do a lot of educating in Skype. When I first got started I was a bit of a deer in headlights when it came to the basics. While they offer so many videos, I felt I wanted to maximize my time better and just get on skype with someone to go over the very basics. 1 hour max. Offered as a Pay for Option, I would always take this. My time is too valuable. I need to get right to the point. This is not really a con...just a possible new revenue stream for Quality Unity. Pros There are times I get stuck and trying to figure out where to go and fix things. While there are other affiliate software apps out on the market, the only one I can recommend is PAP (PostAffiliatePro), as no one has better tech support that available 99% of the time. Cons There are times I wish i could do a skype call or zoom, which would make it much easier. If you have issues you can get them on the phone to help you through most of your issues which is what I love. The sign up page looks professional and can appeal to an affiliate. they offer a CRM, and banners to promote your business. Cons You have to depend on the support team to make most changes unless you are a developer. It is not always easy to communicate during the day as their support team is locate in Slovakia, they do not offer branded websites for affiliiates or replicated sites, with that said they are not US based.
