That's okay if they don't need to know more, but it doesn't always help the team understand how they fit into the whole. But for the grants and Board reporting, and for program metric tracking, it's been very useful. Pros That we can aggregate data from different users into several dynamic dashboards for monthly reporting. Cons The syntax of some of the formulas seems unique to the tool. There is good documentation and with a little trial and error you can figure out how to get what you want, most of the time. Pay attention to field types as you set it up, they matter, such as text, dates, and number formats. We also tried to integrate apps together, but that was a little beyond what we could do ourselves, so we're using the apps independently. The reason is that I used many platforms before and this is definitely the best one, I do have different businesses and I could shape each workspace for the different needs. Automation takes this platform to the next level. Pros \-Customization. You can create dashboards and templates totally based on your needs. -Reports. Very easy to design, they can even be created automatically based on the workflow. -Automation. The use of triggers and actions removes a lot of manual work. -Manage different workspaces -Webforms (this is great to submit information to a project without need to be logged in, the webform can be embedded on a website). -Support is great. Cons \-They don't have an app. -So far they also don't have a custom domain option but that is confirmed on the roadmap already. It is helping me to get to a place where I can more effectively scale by business by implementing better workflows and data management. My investment method is very process driven and my business methods should be the same way. Fusioo is to a large part enabling this progression. Pros My favorite part of Fusioo is the versatility and the ease of use. I was building out a database literally 5 minutes after signing in without reading any help docs (which are in depth btw). Since first getting it however I have gone a lot deeper into the product and the possibilities are basically endless with it, but it is not cumbersome like other "do anything" tools. Cons If I have to pick a con then I guess it is that the only automation tool it worked with when I got it was Zapier, but I knew that coming in, and also knew that they were working on other integration/automation tools, so I am not complaining at all. The Make/Integromat and Pabbly integrations will be awesome. And it is now on Meta-API. Wish there was a native desktop app! Pros Fusioo is similar to Airtable, but with more automations and different views. I like that it's simple, yet robust and you can change permissions for certain users. Best of all, i got it for a LTD! Cons Sometimes the wording is a little weird or you can't add special characters places. It needs a little refinement before it's perfect, but it's on its way! Pros We had to import our old online project database into Fusioo as microsoftwas dropping access functionality. Fusioo as done a great job of providing an upgrade to the system. Cons It can at times be a bit slow to load. HOwever, it is better than the previous solutio we had in place so no real complaints.
