The listened to feedback and made appropriate changes and improvements. **Pros:** It as all of the features to run a small massage therapy practice. It is geared towards and developed by massage therapists. **Cons:** Massagebook did not have all of the membership options that I wanted for the growth of my business. I am excited to see this platform continue to evolve and support my business. **Pros:** customer support, features that support my growing business, value & security I am continually finding more features that I love and am learning to utilize. **Cons:** I'd love more report features and the ability to edit active promotions and website look.
