Nothing I have been with them since they were in the beta phase and can honestly say that almost everything that I have brought to customer service has been taken care of quickly and easily. They are constantly upgrading their system from recommendations from All of us

Easy to set up, easy to adjust areas inside of the program and Ease-of-use,

I have no cons on this list. I like everything about Massagebook and that’s what I tell my colleagues. I have tried all other platforms and this is where I was today

Overall decent to use software for individual driven services.

Pros

It helps in creating and improving visibility online which helps in increasing business in the long term. Also the regular emails on how to use and increase visibility for our services.

Cons

It is good for smaller teams but lacks features (both no. of features and the depth of features) which are required by large organizations.

### "I totally rely on it"

My business relies on it "from head to toe". It has been a huge help for me. It helps me enormously to be organized in all aspects of my business.

Pros

The automated reviews requests that all customers get 2 days or so after their first appointment. I collected over 50 in 2 years, and a link to them shows under my google listing. Very very useful.

Cons

I find the intake form much too long. I never use it, ended up making my own. If it was shorter/simpler i would probably use yours.

I'm loving it so far and will be upgrading to the Marketing plan. I love that it includes a built in site, email platform and marketing. It's all that I need for my business.

Pros

I love the SOAP notes and the marketing features that are included. It's worth the price and will be helpful for me focusing on growing my business locally. Even though I'm not a massage therapist, I am still able to promote my healing sessions. Also there is an app added in so I can book on the go.

Cons

There wasn't an easy way to integrate the remote work that I do on the site.

Pros

Once you set everything up, it’s effortless. It works for you while you are working on clients.

Cons

Nothing yet. The setup and help from the customer service have been great.

So far, it is the best for the money. I use ABMP so I did get a great discount on the over price. The multiple features are great!

Pros

The ease of use is the best. I love that it includes the ability to sell gift cards, series of packages, memberships and more. This is really helping my business to grow

Cons

I would like to have more creative ability on the email marketing side, gift cards and website.

Pros

Love all the accounting ability for each type of sale, reports I can generate, graphs to see how things are going, marketing options, website optimization help, ease of set-up, and that I can potentially get referrals if I get slow (Usually happens in the winter). Also, I have had excellent customer assistance when I couldn't figure something out.

Cons

It is not so much this software, but how Stripe and MassageBook interface for gift certificate sales. It took me a while to figure out what went with what and then I had to open up each of my 32 sales on Stripe's site to see what the: Total Sale - Fees = Total Earned was (Need all this info for my accounting). On my other card processing site it is all in one place to download.

Cons

There are limitations. I wish there was more options for on line booking and availability for just online booking with out having my entire schedule out there. I wish there was a way to have a quick click for items I sell.

Trying to consolidate to 1 platform (CRM, marketing, scheduling, etc.) so that it can streamline my administrative life.

Pros

It is very easy to use and set up. Support team is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! The chat now option works great, as does emailing in a question.

Cons

Still needs some features for therapists who work in multiple locations. Also need to add some additional functionality for business owners so that we don't have to use multiple apps/systems to get the job done.

Due to the type of inquiries I received as a free user - I would not utilize the software again. It makes me question where in internet land massage book is advertising.

Pros

The software is great - I only used as a free user to try it out. In the end, I did not want to use the product for interface preferences.

Cons

I was unable to delete my account and had difficulty getting a hold of a rep to delete the account. I never received any calls other than for sexual inquiries and a TON OF SPAM EMAIL AND CALLS

Our customer support team is reachable by phone, email and by real-time chat within the application. I'm not sure how you tried to reach the team, but we pride ourselves deeply in the quality and timely care we provide for our folks. Regarding the contacts you received through your MassageBook website. We take great pains to make sure we present a consistently and unquestionably professional face. What we found also matters greatly is how professional the appearance of each therapist's website is. If getting the wrong type of contacts is an issue, that would be a great opportunity to get our support team involved to help tweak a website. Lastly - we hide your email on your MassageBook website, so there's no opportunity for bots to scrape your email and use it for spam purposes.

I like how comprehensive and versatile it is. Also the customer service is unbeatable. They are so patient and helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

I wish there was a practice screen area where you could see what clients see on their end instead of jumping in head first but like I said, they are totally there to help ya with the chat button or email over the weekend.

So far my experience has been really great with MassageBook. I really appreciate the level of customer service that I have received and the quality of the product is awesome!

Pros

I have only used this software for 2 weeks but so far I have appreciated all of the features - online scheduling, online client intake forms, and being able to do pretty much everything online.

Cons

Haven't used it long enough to find something I don't really like yet.

I use it to run most parts of my private practice.

Pros

I like the way that MassageBook is constantly updating their interface. It is apparent that they want to stay at the front of the market and have features that specifically help my practice. Most other options are made for yoga studios or salons and feel like they are not all-inclusive. Their customer support is very prompt as well!

Cons

I wish there were the functionality to hold credit cards on file and don't like the way SOAP notes don't auto-save.

I tried this online booking company several years back and decided not to use it. I thought I had discontinued my service with them until about a year later I started receiving phone calls from people saying I had not shown up for their massage and people showing up that were not on the scheduler I use. Come to find out Massage Book still had my information out there and allowing people to book appointments with me. I called and spoke with a customer rep. Things seemed to be resolved until recently 3 years later, I have received 2 phone calls from people saying they had appointments that I did't show up for, come to find out....They booked with Massage Book! I'm p1$$3D to say the least. I don't recommend trying them unless you plan on using them.

Pros

I like that you allow people to schedule on a scheduler that I haven't used in 3yrs even after I called and spoke to a customer service rep. over a year ago probably close to 2yrs now. It's great for business when you are not available, or even at your office, for an appointment you know nothing about!

Pros

It has everything i need to run my business online in one format. Calendar, soap notes, marketing, contacts intake forms. Invaluable tool

Cons

A bit of a learning curve in the begining figuring out how to set it up. I would like invoicing and a cancellation policy firm clients sign and hold cc for missed appointments

It's a great tool to grow your business!

Pros

As a Massage Therapist this software is perfect for us since it is tailored to our needs. I have tried others but massagebook is perfect for me! They also have different plan options. The basic one is free but for a new Therapist starting out it's pretty good. I personally use the Master plan that has everything and more and is pretty reasonable.

Cons

The only con. that I have is that the website could be a little bit more customizable

Easy to set up. The system pretty much walks you through it. Customer service sometimes feels lacking.

Cons

No option to add time to add ons. Intake forms that send themselves although disabled. Text reminders not always being received. Reporting is not user friendly. Gift certs needs more customization options.

I have nothing bad to say about Massagebook... I seriously RAVE to everyone how terrific this website has been for me and my small business. It's been hassle free, easy to understand and less work for me having the luxury of client's booking directly online. My clients use to text or call me, which is great but if I am in the middle of sessions, I wasn't able to get back to them right away or have my schedule directly in front of me if I was out running errands. This has been a fantastic feature! I also love the sales reports! Prepping for taxes this year was SO much easier as I can generate all the sales reports I needed by a click of a button! This saved me so much time this year! I love the email campaigns and sending out electronic marketing pieces that are easy to do and some I just easily made my own. The customer service is outstanding - truly!! Everyone is so helpful, courteous and I always know I will get a prompt response from someone on your staff. Kyle, Rae and Kristen have been such a pleasure and have gone beyond what I have asked for. It amazed me that Kyle looked further into my account when I didn't ask and he gave great suggestions for me to look at for improving my website. I did follow his suggestions and just remember thinking, how wonderful of him for doing more work than asked! Your customer service from all of you has been a 10!!! I feel like MassageBook is my best friend! lol!! There are so many features to love and adore!

I have saved so much time and money using this software and the soap notes are amazing!

Pros

It's easy to use and has more functionality than mind body, my clients can easily book online or call in to book. I love the messaging feature and can't wait to see the new updates!

Cons

You cannot add receptionists to your business only therapists there are updates I would like to see but overall very happy with the software. I would also like to be able to offer coupon codes to my marketing
