It's OK, but it sucks having to always schedule a meeting with someone whenever you have issues.

Pros

I like the card payment options, the invoices look nice

Cons

Take too long to get paid, it's confusing to send out an invoice I just created on the app, every time you update the app it's difficult to log in for a few days, I wish I could have a link for customers to give a review on the invoices, the phone with workiz only works half the time.

Reason for choosing Workiz

I had no choice, it was a requirement to use Junk Removal Authority

Pros

Dashboard because we are always aware of what is on the road and what has been delivered.

Workiz Is an all-inclusive program that keeps all my business needs in one easy to use app.

Cons

Notifications easily get overlooked on the app so I have to be very diligent about checking for messages from clients. I wish the notifications were more easily heard and seen.

Pros

Easy to use. Customer service (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]) is great and very helpful.

Cons

I would like to see the ability to have the Time taken off the automated notifications. And the ability for the software to import the email address into Quickbooks. I really see no reason why it shouldn't. Also more congruency between online, mobile and ipad (features and how they work/appearance.)

As a small business which is growing quickly, we were having some growing pains that required the implementation of new processes and software. We decided to use Workiz after exploring more expensive options. The (MUCH) more expensive options did have more features, but the main features that we were looking for were also available in Workiz. The main reason we were seeking out such a software was to improve our customer service by creating more organization and also to keep track of job costing.

The price point The staff The support The features

Cons

Because it is a newer software there are still some kinks to work out, but it is incredibly robust for something so affordable and I'm sure it will only get better with time

Great experience, despite feeling the need to have a cleaner interface.

Pros

I like the great convenience offered by this app where data for my clients is stored in one place. The live scheduling feature makes my working day go smooth as I can easily see which tasks are completed, and which clients are yet to be serviced for the day.

Cons

Sometimes, I feel like the live scheduling feature ends up creating a lot of clutter, especially for users who are still to grasp how it is used.

im still getting used to it. i havent given up. still dont know how to take payments from customers or what it would look like on their end.

Pros

i can schedule online and have easy access to my information

Cons

Its hard to navigate its harder when you dont have tech support responding in timely manner. i dont feel comforatable with your pay schedule. where other companies like markate, HCP charge less for the same options it seems like they make themselves availible for the setup phase so that customers are comfortable and dont have to reach out as often.

### "Workiz is worth Trying out"

I switched from another FMS to Workiz and I like it better, but there are still things that need to be improved. Some of the features that I recommended are still to be considered, and I think there is should be enough people to ask for a feature to be taken in and worked on.

I like the way scheduling and job status filter works

Cons

I think the map feature should work better.

Pros

We no longer have to do paperwork. It makes going paperless easy. The program is very simple to use and integrates nicely with QuickBooks. You can customize this software to best suit your needs. You can use SMS for your technicians. This makes scheduling easier. They have excellent customer support.

Cons

None...any issues are dealt with my customer support and taken care of immediately. Definitely recommend the software!

Its the same price as the software I was using bit Workiz is much easier to use and offers so much more.

Cons

So far no Cons. It works well. It took a bit to figure the flow but Tech Support is outstanding.
