For what it does and the ease of setting it up, I am happy with what they offer. I think if we had more employees we might need something else, but for small organizations it works great.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and the price point on it is quite good. It has everything I need to utilize online signing functions. When working by myself, it works smoothly without interruption.

Cons

This doesn't really work well when I am trying to sync with multiple users in my organization. This seems more useful for me to use personally rather than in a team.

Very pleased with the ease of use and usefulness of the tool. Anyone can use it if they are willing to learn.

Pros

Very simple but easy user interface with helpful document management. I always use this when clients need to sign documents and I wouldn’t use anything else.

Cons

It can be difficult to get new users to understand the tool especially if they haven’t used it before.

SignRequest is a great fit if you need a simple, affordable solution and don’t sign more than a couple of contracts per month. While it’s not feature-rich, it delivers exactly what small companies need at a fair price.

Pros

It’s a very simple tool with super straightforward navigation. Templates are basic but work well, and overall it offers good value for money, especially for smaller teams.

Cons

It has some limitations: you can’t transfer documents from one account to another within the same team (for example, if someone leaves the company), and it’s not ideal for larger organizations or high document volumes.

We found SignRequest to be incredibly straightforward to implement and user-friendly. Its intuitive design made it easy for our team to get started right away. The platform also prioritizes security, ensuring that our documents are well-protected throughout the signing process.

Pros

SignRequest truly transformed our workflow, especially for our distributed team. Integrating it with our applicant tracking system was a breeze, and it proved to be incredibly efficient. The seamless signing process has made collaboration much smoother, allowing us to focus more on our work rather than getting bogged down by paperwork. A fantastic addition to our toolkit!

Cons

I really have no complaints about it—if anything, I wish we had discovered it sooner! It was such a valuable addition to our processes, and I can’t help but think of all the time we could have saved.
