Without IT's help this would have been a monumental task to take on. Streamlyne's implementation team has been very responsive to our inquiries, and is willing to look for ways to accommodate some of our processes. Unfortunately, when there is none, it becomes a customization and then requires an additional expense. We are a little less than half way through the process but overall, it is moving smoothly. This meeting was to review those projects coming to an end and a review of the team of the next steps. How can we be successful in ensuring that each of these projects gets the attention that they need and when is the best time to have a team review. Our Streamlyne reports now takes the reporting requirement less burdensome and we now feel that we have projects handled prospectively ... not chasing deadlines but meeting them! Pros Management of data. Deadlines and review dates are more manageable with this software. Cons We are on to rebuilding to the next level. Nothing can be plug and play and takes a number of eyes to make this the best it can be. Staff are willing and we are building a team of super users. Takes time.
