We are in the implementation process and although there is a lot going on, we are fortunate to have a project manager within our institution that is working very well with Streamlyne's PM. Without IT's help this would have been a monumental task to take on. Streamlyne's implementation team has been very responsive to our inquiries, and is willing to look for ways to accommodate some of our processes. Unfortunately, when there is none, it becomes a customization and then requires an additional expense. We are a little less than half way through the process but overall, it is moving smoothly.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the STEAMLYNE RESEARCH TEAM for their support and guidance regarding to this new program journey that my institution is about to embark. I have been working with the STEAMLYNE TEAM during the past ten months, and so it has been amazing. The group of experience individuals appointed to work with me are committed and dedicated to assist me (the client) every step of the way. At first, when I started with the implementation stage, I felt a little bit out of place, but when I started asking questions about the program the team responses and interactions up to this point has been incredible. As a STEAMLYNE RESEARCH freshmen, the knowledge I've engaged during this implementation process issues are remarkable. As a good student, I'm still learning this new adventure, and waiting with great enthusiasm to finally implement the STEAMLYNE RESEARCH program at our institution

To move from Innovation to adoption is always a complex transition. There are some non "Out-of-the-box" Features that will improve this adoption process

Another successful grants management meeting! This meeting was to review those projects coming to an end and a review of the team of the next steps. How can we be successful in ensuring that each of these projects gets the attention that they need and when is the best time to have a team review. Our Streamlyne reports now takes the reporting requirement less burdensome and we now feel that we have projects handled prospectively ... not chasing deadlines but meeting them!

Pros

Management of data. Deadlines and review dates are more manageable with this software.

Cons

We are on to rebuilding to the next level. Nothing can be plug and play and takes a number of eyes to make this the best it can be. Staff are willing and we are building a team of super users. Takes time.
