We save a tremendous amount of time not having to scan and fax paper documents. Cons We would like a feature to be able to insert the user's name with one click onto a document, as many of the forms we receive require both our signature as well as our written name. We have been able to see patients that are high risk and did not need to come into the office. I can forsee it being beneficial as we move forward from this crisis. Pros Updox is a HIPAA compliant and linked to our EHR and it is very easy for both patient and provider to use. The patient does not have to download anything on their device which is appreciated by our patients. The video and audio have been clear clear.
