Pros: Samepage brings together project content, tasks, and team conversation so everyone always has context and is up to speed. All the information about your project is on one page.
You can share projects inside your organization as well as with outside contractors, consultants, partners and clients. Set permissions for each individual, so everyone only sees what they should see. It's possible to create public pages and share them with anyone via your social networks.
You can invite team members to collaborate instantly and create collaborative pages.
You can easily start conversations with Samepage Chat.
You can stay connected with your team and post comments, share ideas and assign tasks.
It's also easy to create pages and access all files from app to mobiles.
You can also add calendar events so you never miss a meeting or event.
Makes it easy to keep your files up to date for you and everyone on your team, by uploading any type of file to your team's page and anyone on the team can access, view, edit and save files.

Cons: It's a suite that works better in already integrated teams, the flow depends on the dinamics of the group/organization itself. The performance of its functions stand on the way things are with or without the help of any software.
The free version it has less features, like storage space, archiving, chat days, management content...

Overall: The app can be implemented across teams of employees, vendors, partners, consultants and customers. It compiles files, images, videos, conversations and maps on one page to facilitate easy collaboration.

Pros: Ease of use for people with some IT knowledge. New users need some ecouragement to start using the features.

Cons: People need to bee encouraged to deploy their own data. After they realise it is easy and can be edited right away they get excited as it is truly easy to use... So there is allway a little bit of hesitation when introducing to new customers/users!

Overall: I am a SamePage user since several years, and I am operating as an IT engineering consultant & soluton provider for SMB companies in the Netherlands. First I started with my owne owned on-premise version. But I followed the Samepage evolution and I picked it up again after a short period of time after SamePage.io was broadly advertised. Due to cost-strategic desicions Samepage is not available in Dutch. in the past I created all pages new for my new Dutch SamePage users. And I have done so now... Only 3 page templates to really translate and everbody who doens not need to be techsavy knows what is meant by ease of use. Especially when they download the still in beta desktop client and realise they are working more efficiently on the same documents and spreadsheets straight from the app. It takes only one button click to save important work or progres in project. Off course I wold like to have Dutch language support, but I realize is needs to be sustainable for SamePage to support it.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like to see more specific templates , I know you can create them from scratch so maybe this is not so bad but it woudl be helpfull when they were available right away!

Pros: Everything is on the same page
Users can update page simultaneously
Ability to restrict access to pages
A permanent archive of activities of a project
Chat is very handy and has replaced our use of Hangouts and SMS in many circumstance
Ability to create folders to group like pages together
Ease of attachment of drawings, pictures, files ...most kinds of media
Ease of moving pages between Teams.
The search function is very useful.

Cons: The fact that there is not an automatic date/time/initial stamp when comments are added. We add these manually, but it would be nice if it were automatic.

It would also be nice to have font color tied to user ID. When you have multiple people updating a pages which is pages long, individual colored font is really the best way to focus on what individuals are saying.

As yet, no ability to assign Tasks to multiple team members, although we understand this is on the road map.

Overall: As an organization, we had become dependent on email to communicate, archive activities, file and manage our employee interaction. We were spending more time looking for items than we were dealing with them. We needed a simple platform which would fulfill all these needs at a reasonable cost. Enter Samepage.

The product has met most of our requirements, and judging from road map presented by the company, we expect the few loose ends we are currently working around will be dealt with over the next few months.

Simple to use, and effective as a focal point for information, discussion, idea generation, and especially, as a vehicle for tracking progress on projects and the maintenance of an archive of the work completed.

Following the implementation of Samepage, a typical team member has seen internal email volume drop by 75%.

There have been few roadblocks to acceptance as most team members were at the point where they loathed email, and were ready for a new approach to communication and project management.

If you are are the end of your rope with your reliance on email, give Samepage a try.

You won't be disappointed.

Pros: After looking at a number of online collaboration and project management platforms, I was drawing the conclusion that there wasn't one that really met my nonprofit's needs. Then I discovered Samepage. What I like most about Samepage is the flexibility of its "teams" and "pages" structure. Many of the other platforms I tried seemed to impose their "project-focused" structure on us which isn't a good fit for us because not everything we do is a full-blown project. Much of what we need to do is make sure that all the right people have access to the right info and Samepage's page structure allows us to share files and tasks in an intuitive way. We haven't yet tested out some of the built-in communications features like team video chat, but we're looking forward to trying them. Customer support has been outstanding. I was offered a private tutorial and was invited to join a support team that has been very responsive to my questions.

Cons: My initial concern was that I would have difficulty using Samepage in addition to other tools and platforms that I use like Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Tasks. There are some other platforms like Asana and ClickUp that have fancy Chrome extensions that make it easy to go back and forth between Google products. In the end, however, I've arrived at a very effective solution on my own by using Zapier. Now, for example, when I save a task in Google Tasks it's automatically added to my Samepage task list too. So, although I first thought Samepage's integrations were a weak point, I now know that I can make it do whatever I want it to with a little help from Zapier.

Pros: Feature integration with calendars, tasks, assignments, page building, chat functions, teams and subgroups. This platform helps sort through structural and team-based organization and allows me to see what types of activities I have planned for the day, for the week, or granularly by the specific project I may need to see at a glance.

Cons: I would like to see more bilateral calendar integration (syncing SP calendar with Outlook calendar and vice-versa; meeting reminders, meeting invitations, etc.) Differentiating tasks, deadlines, milestones and follow-ups all within the same calendar would be a nice feature.

Overall: We are a non-profit group with several different departments that work independently and cohesively, with in-house staff, out-of-state contractors and many occasions for staff to work remotely. The Samepage trial allowed for a demonstrable ability to better connect departments and sites, allowing us to pilot the platform for collaborative project planning, supervision, and task management within one department before potentially expanding to the greater organization. I was looking for a product that featured task assignments, calendar integration, shared communication platforms, chat functions, and team building. Samepage provides all of these and continues to improve and add to its features based on customer feedback and ongoing customer support. I continue to get excited about new features and the potential that this platform can have with team communication and organizational transparency.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have any questions about the software, the support staff is hands-on and responds very quickly. Additional features seem to be responsive to feedback from users, so I would suggest utilizing the support as much as possible when needed.

Pros: This software is super easy to use. The customer service at Samepage is something that you cant find in the technologically advanced society we live in today. If you have a problem, they will get it fixed. We found a small issue with their mobile app and brought it to their attention. Within two business days, not only had they identified the problem, they had it fixed, submitted to Apple, and I was running a new version that worked perfectly. The whole time, I was being updated by customer service letting me know exactly what step they were on. They truly care about providing the best product out there.

Overall: This software has helped our business become more efficient and cut down on the amount of time we are required to be in the office. Bringing all of the information you need for your business to your fingertips is a truly amazing thing.

Pros: We all know what a project management tool can do, and Samepage has all the basic tools to carry it out correctly, but what differentiates it from others and gives it that extra that makes it "class apart", is the ability to personalize each project deeply, you can choose which tools to use, design the template, which people intervene, what role each one meets, to which group the messages and assignments arrive, you can really make each project unique and thus distinguish the 100% each, denoting their difference and presenting them as something totally new to your customers who may have seen other of your products, you will love it.

Cons: The problem is that this is a new approach, few new incomes will know this way of working which will make the learning take more time than with other tools or when you implement it in your team it may take a while to adapt and in principle take more time .

Overall: The main benefit is that it gives you the ability to edit each project as if it were something unique, customize the page and the tools you use, with a unique and configurable template.

Pros: What I like most about the application and its tool that allows you to create individual pages for each project which you can design and add functionalities as needed for each one, this adding to the workers who only participate in it, and providing you with the ability to communicate , assign tasks or modify the members of the project, all this in a single application but which in turn has several projects divided by pages configured differently according to what is required for each one, is fantastic.

Cons: Being a new way to present project management, it may be at the beginning that you have to explain to the team how the tool works, the configuration of the pages and their operation, but it is very intuitive so it will not be difficult.

Overall: Have a very configurable tool for each project, where I can choose what functionality I want and what not, which allows creating a tool with just what I need according to each job.

Pros: We have a team across 6 locations in 4 countries and this is our only collaboration tool. It has replaced email, and kills any of the other project management tools. We had used 6 other online tools before this one and they were all so clunky. Setting up a project in other tools is not intuitive, whereas samepage takes less than a minute. KISS, with samepage we have a main page with our project objectives, and on the right we can have an ongoing conversation as the project deliverable's roll out. All the important files, images etc are stored, and we have a permanent record of every step. In the end, if it ticks all the boxes and is easy to use, then people use it. I love it!

Cons: I know it sounds staged, but there is nothing at this stage I don't like. Maybe they could add a gantt chart feature as this would help with running project timelines, but it may also unnecessarily complicate a well resolved product.

Overall: It is hands down the best collaboration toll we have used

Pros: Samepage is an innovative service for project management, it is excellent that from the moment you start a project there is a screen where you can configure each of the aspects you want to add, the tools you want to use in it, the chat, those who participate , everything, everything is configurable, which gives you the ability to create each project in a different way, personalized and with the tools you want to use, you can present it to your clients using the same tool and making it look like something totally different.

Cons: At first it may be a little complicated to understand the application as it is a different way of working, it may take a bit of time for your team to learn to use it correctly, in principle it will add time to development but the benefits are worth it.

Overall: Configure each project as something unique, using the same application but configuring it as if it were something new and unique, this allows you to add only the tools that are necessary for the project and make it as easy to work as possible.

Pros: It is a way to manage projects very focused on personalization for each of them, when the company manages projects and wants to customize so that each one identifies and manages only the tools that are necessary for the job, samepage is the solution, you can add or remove functionalities for projects and customize the views, also fulfilling all the tasks when project management is concerned.

Overall: Have a tool that allows me to organize and customize each project as required, in terms of vision and tools.
It is a new way of looking at the organization of projects, it can be a bit complicated to adopt the tool in the work teams and create a bit of resistance.

Pros: Messaging and collaborative features are spot on, with the ability to compartmentalize teams. The ever evolving feature list based on actual user input and demand speaks volumes to the effort that Kerio places into Samepage as a whole.

Cons: I speak as a minority on this one but I would like to see a Samepage app for Windows Mobile in the Windows Store

Overall: The overall experience has been great. The interface after taking a few minutes to watch a demo, makes complete sense and it is fairly intuitive as to how one would layout their data in a meaningful sense. The collaborative features are spot on and easy to use, which is great in convincing others to move away from their tired and lacking platform over to something that is overall just better to use.

Pros: Everything it provides is just easy and simple.

Cons: The new format is not as easy to use at the Legacy Format

Overall: I was amazed with this solution ability to support majority of my needs for internal corporate collaboration. We have tried to developed systems to help teams in the company to work better together. The company end up developing endlessly which is a huge mess and the cost of maintaining the hardware to run those solution. The SamePage is so flexible that we could customized without developer help on the fly. I think of an idea, I can start it with SamePage and then use as a major part of they way the company works together. If, it doesn't work I just delete it and start again.

The ability to limit access to certain personal and ability to add additional personnel at a later date was really good.

We have even extended the solution to allow non employees to use some part of conversation or work task.
We can work with partner and customer on the project allowing everyone to contribute to the project making for a more productive and less work.

This is a solution that will allows us to work with anyone from anywhere at anytime.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is a solution you need to try to see it's power.

Pros: real time chat box on each page, attractive user interface, just the entire package they deliver, favorite is the task bubble,

Cons: the con is that it doesn't have functionalities like Google Sheets, but it doesn't matter, because you can just add a link to the google sheet on samepage, and everything is still organized and you can combine functionality of google sheet with Samepage

Overall: End of emailing back and forth. Everything is at one place, and literally everyone can finally be on the samepage. I love the product so much. It has an attractive user interface, super easy to use, keeps us organized , love the real time chat box for each page and project. I honestly dont' know what to do without the Samepage platform. It is so fun to use too.

I've spent many hours researching and comparing to see which communication platform to use, Samepage immediately won me over. What an ingenious idea, and the customer support is over the top amazing. Really friendly and supportive staff. I love everything about Samepage. My team loves it. It has increases our efficiency and organization level 10x. No joke.

Comments: I researched several other products and stopped when I found Samepage. It's wicked-easy to setup and manage, the tools are very powerful, and the customer support is out of this world. You get all of this for free, and when your needs grow beyond the generous no-cost version, you can get some pro features.
I was recently appointed as a co-chair for a special interest group. All members of the group are non-paid and located all over the country. It had a landing page with a some descriptive language and a listserv to keep the members informed of what it was doing. Unfortunately, it lacked true collaboration and buy-in from the members that comprised it.
In about 1 week, I've been able to restructure the group so that Samepage is the hub. Customer support contacted me shortly after signing up and offered to give me a walkthrough. Truth be told, I was very hesitant, but accepted the invite. We were on join.me for about 30 minutes, and I realized how much stuff I didn't know. The genius part of all this is it doesn't go away after you drop off the meeting. I've been asking questions as they pop up and getting immediate, solid answers. The customer support reminds me of a personal helpdesk tech--at no charge.
The customer support takes notes about the questions you ask. Sometimes it's a system limitation and other times it's just something I didn't fully understand or didn't know. I finally asked about their notes and I was told that they pass them off to the programmers to build in new ideas and improve the processes. From time to time, you'll just see more features pop up and other features enhanced. It's very cool; simple, powerful, and sophisticated. To top it all off, they have a smartphone app that looks amazing and is very functional. That's free too.
You'll never know unless you try it. Compare it to other systems and see how it stacks up. Same page is helping me move the needle.

Pros: Interface and easy of use.

Cons: Wish certain elements could be removed when not need... like the task or calendar.

Overall: I have been using Samepage for years. I share documents with my internal team and my bookkeeper. This is so much better than dropbox. The built-in internal messaging saves time as notes can be attached to posted files and then sent to specific people or to everyone. It is like other software's on steroids. Also, they have a desktop and smartphone Apps as well. Organization is a breeze. It is a strong preference of mine to work with products that are well supported. The people at Samepage are wonderful. The most difficult part of using a new software is learning it. They make that easy as well. Love the people and the product!

Pros: Simple file storage; ease of organization; great reference for historical decisions and documentation; amazing tech support that answers my questions quickly and helpfully

Cons: There are some improvements I would like to see on Tasks, but I LOVE the Tasks. I'm okay with something needing to improve - what's perfect? Samepage listens to our requests and accommodates them as they are possible.

Overall: I'm so pleased with this collaborative software. It has many helpful tools that keeps our team operating on the same page. ;) We can easily find the latest version of the document without the shuffle of - "Can you email it to me again?" We can change text while we meet online. We open documents and have accurate, on-topic conversations that improve our meetings and make them more efficient.

Pros: Ease of use, layout, seamless information updates, flawless copy/paste function, multifunctionality (calendar, tasks, spreadsheet, photos, links, even text styling for emphasis!)

Cons: Can't think of anything. Seriously, this software is the answer to my prayers.

Overall: My sisters & I found SamePage after trying a few other collaboration software/apps, each of which was frustrating in some way. We live in three different states, and have been taking turns helping our mother through cancer treatment. We need to share notes, calendar appointments, lists of key contacts, photos, links to articles, tasks, and instant chat. SamePage has been super easy to use, so self-explanatory, and so easy to access. It updates itself seamlessly, whether we are using a laptop or the iPhone app, and we are literally always on the same page together as we go through this dizzyingly complex treatment cycle. In addition to saving time, it's been a huge relief to have all this information in one place, easily accessible and easy to read. The organization of the app is perfect, the ability to snap a photo and upload it, or grab a link to an article and post it instantly has kept us all up to speed, and kept the record of past appointments handy, no matter where we are, without having to dig through emails, shared file folders or old texts. I am recommending it to all teams I work with as a freelancer, because it makes project collaboration so easy.

Pros: Ability to upload and modify files so the most current version is available to everyone.
Subpages for different ongoing projects
Able to invite outside collaborators without having to buy an extra license

Cons: Milestones are the only entries added to the calendar. Being able to have tasks with deadlines added to the calendar (with a reminder) would be great.
Also, once a task has been completed or milestone date has passed, it would be nice to have the entry on the subpage archived to reduce clutter.

Overall: We use Samepage to keep our company events and internal action items organized. The main feature that sold us was the ability to create teams and subpages for all the different concurrent projects that we are working on. Now all relevant files, notes, and tasks are housed in their own page instead of pieced out in emails, calendars, and google drive. We no longer need to email updated documents since Samepage allows you to upload and modify a file directly from their servers.

Another great feature is the ability to invite outside collaborators without having to buy them a license. Our outside collaborators only work on specific projects for a short period of time, being able to include them in our planning phase without giving them access to other proprietary planning details is great!

Samepage is a great program for our project management needs.

Pros: Provides easy to view overview of information. Ease of use. Inexpensive. Localized versions. Helpful tech support.

Cons: As the product develops, would be good with drag & drop moving of pages and information, easy export and archiving, and native (built-in) voice chat.

Overall: I was looking for a collaboration platform for an international project to promote local citizen support for and investment in renewable energy. The project initially involves about 30 users from non-profits and academic institutions located in Denmark, the United States, Japan and Australia. I looked at several platforms listed on the Capterra site, and Samepage seemed to fit the bill in terms of collecting and sharing information via easy to view pages, ease of use, simple task assignment, inexpensive pricing, desktop/tablet/smartphone apps, and the availability of localized (translated) versions. Prior to setting up Samepage for our project, I got knowledgeable and courteous help from Samepage's tech support team. They also listened to my suggestions for expanding tech support to other time zones so it becomes 24/7, and for a minor cut & paste bug fix in the tablet and smartphone app. I'm looking forward to expanding our use of Samepage as our project progresses and we add more users around the world.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's easy to try out. The inexpensive Professional version is free for 30 days (no credit card required), and reverts to the free version after that if you don't subscribe.

Comments: For organisations or groups of individuals who are working to one outcome or goal, Samepage is a great communications solution.

Our organisation comprises multiple creative artists working at any time across the country or internationally on one large collaborative project. Each artist is contracted individually and it is extremely rare that we can all be in one place at the same time. Inter office discussions are limited. The silo'd nature of the project has led to a lot of email/text messaging and storage on multiple cloud based formats. The resulting mass of email and time/money lost in cc'd emails spreading unbounded became ridiculous. Samepage has solved this. Each artist came to the project with their individual choice of cloud storage and sharing. Samepage consolidated all of this in one simple place in which we share.

With it's ease of use through device chat, shared Team Pages, its video conference and page sharing capabilities, Samepage allows us to problem solve as if were are all working in one room - someone in the team throws an idea into the ring and we all respond immediately. Brilliant!
The features of Samepage grow month by month.

Best of all in our experience with Samepage has been the support given by their "Product Evangelist". The individual care to our needs in our use of Samepage is impressive. They WANT to know how we use their product and they want to know how it can be improved for our use. The follow-on tutorials around their new features are personable and intelligent. They want us to feel the ease of use of Samepage. And it works!

Their approach is unique and we feel that we aren't trying to get through to a help line in a giant corporation. The support service is human and extremely efficient. Thank you.

This app is exactly what we have been looking for!

Pros: Our team loves how Samepage helps us get so much done in one place. We also like being able to see who's online right now, who is editing a page, and who is traveling or out of the office. Many of us often work while on the road, so this is great.

I personally like the video conferencing and the task lists. I can chat with someone while having our shared task list on the screen at the same time, also great!

Seriously, so much better than using email and Google Drive.

Cons: It was time consuming to go through all my messages on my phone, but they just add an inbox, so that helped a lot. I hope they add a mark all as read feature soon.

I have enjoyed using Samepage in my Master's program because it is such a useful tool.

Pros: Samepage really is a pretty user friendly tool, even with the recent/updated version. It has really helped in my success throughout my program.

Cons: There are sometimes glitches with the software that prevent me from updating certain items on my page, but usually when I reload or sign out of the program, it will work correctly. Also, my name has been switched with another student's email so this has been a frustrating at times because to my team, it makes it look like I am not working on the project or there are random people using our Samepage, but it's not been too much of an issue once I let everyone know it's me.

Overall: Ease of use for teams and professional, virtual environments

Pros: I like the ability to build teams with my customers at no extra charge and allow a direct communication to be able to support and fulfill their needs. Nothing gets lost between the seats!

Cons: I have not found too much I do not like. There is not a common file storage area which I was told will be addressed sometime in the near future which will pretty much fix my cons.

Overall: I started using SamePage through recommendation from my business partner. I have never used something like this before as I just used email and such to coordinate with my company and customers. This software changes everything. I can set up a workspace where all my customers can be and communicate directly with them at any time. Confirming orders, restock reminders, general support and much more. The SamePage support staff is very responsive and takes the time to make sure all of the users on your team will be taught exactly how to get the most out of the software.

I have had a great experience with SamePage and would recommend it (I have already) to my clients for organized communication and direct customer support. All 5* ratings is not high enough praise, I wish I could give it more stars. The software app automatically updates and they take customer suggestions to make sure they keep up with the demands of their consumer base.

Thanks for a great experience!

Pros: It is an innovative program where you can customize each project separately using templates where you can add or several features or elements, it is great because by customizing each project you can have just the tool you need, giving your projects a lot of fluidity by having at hand what you need. you need, and also has all the basic tools, assignment of tasks, etc, use it is great!

Cons: It is different from other applications of this type, although personalization is your greatest achievement, it may clash with the preferences of some people, but you must be ready to change

Overall: When you handle several projects and you need different things for each of them, this application is your answer, it allows you to configure exactly what you need for each project, it is extremely useful

Pros: I simply loved SamePage from moment one. The great UX it brings at every single step relieves you from a lot of concerns and distractions. Chat, share, keep track and always stay focused, that is what this software makes possible.

And if you work a lot with Google Drive, Box or DropBox, you can incorporate those files in SamePage. No prob!

SamePage has both Android and iOS apps, so everyone is updated immediately and on site.

Schedules, task management, collaboration, chatting, all in one. Forget all the rest.

Cons: It may be a little difficult for some people to get the essence of it: same page. Everyone should be in the same page if they want to succeed. That's it. Once everyone gets it, voilá!

Pros: Ease of use, flexibility (unlimited pages, ability to store assets, share work etc.)

Cons: There is a lot of room for improvement regarding functionality and features that make a lot of sense to add.

Overall: My small business has been using Samepage for about 2 months and it's served us well for a variety of functions - primarily calendar sharing, assigning tasks, an asset library and communication about specific projects/collateral.

A few things I would like to see implemented are notification settings (ex. set up alerts when a calendar event is coming up), recurring calendar events, showing/hiding certain events (there can be a lot of clutter on the calendar that doesn't directly pertain to me), being able to tag users in calendar events and something like dropbox, where I can share a link with clients that leads to a particular page.

Downloading the mobile and desktop apps are a must to receive notifications. Customer service is great - set up so that our account manager responds quickly with any issues we're having. Overall a good experience with the potenetial to become great - and I hope the Samepage team acts on their customer feedback (from what I've seen a lot of their customers want similar features implemented). Great tool for team members who aren't as computer-savvy/don't have the time to learn something complex.

Pros: Samepage offers a simple three-column interface that is user-friendly for content-heavy collaborations. An expandable navigation panel, along with its main interface, and chat-function--equipped with audio and video capabilities, allows for an efficient experience to help team members share and discuss information in real time. Adding files from a single drop-down menu with a simply 'right-click' is also extremely convenient.

Cons: It takes a little time to get used to being able to navigate everything from simply 'right-clicking' in the interface and having a drop-down menu of available options, but it saves a lot of time. I'm still learning how to effectively create breaks/headings/outlines within the shared page so it has a cleaner look in my work, but so far, even a simple outline with color-coded bars separating my sections has worked fine.

Overall: Efficient sharing of content-heaving material for collaborative projects. The three-column interface was simple and easy to learn, and has all the major features that I need as part of a team: message system, easy upload of files, and audio/video capabilities.

Makes teamwork on a global scale so much easier!

Pros: It's everything under one roof. We don't need other apps to get stuff done together. It's nice being able to chat via text or video conference right next to the page where our tasks and files are. Having it all on one screen is so nice, especially on my small laptop screen. We can't live without it now. Great mobile app too.

Cons: The layout is unique so it took some getting used to, but now it makes perfect sense . I understand why they designed it this way.

Overall: We were able to keep all our work in one app instead of using different apps for task lists, files, and chat. This makes things much easier to find. It also makes it much easier to see progress happening in real time because everything in Samepage is live.

Pros: Easy to upload reports, create new pages and update existing reports.

Cons: I would like a central calendar that every team/group can see. right now I have to re-enter calendar info to several team's calendars every month. I understand that this concept won't work with the existing structure, but it would be a request for the future.

Overall: I love this website! It took me a while to wrap my head around it for our use (just posting reports), but since then, it's been wonderful! All my publishers are able to use what I post in a format they are used to. I especially like the customer service. They were very patient with me until I finally got it. My publishers and GMs can access customer service whenever they need to also. This has been a great time saver for me. The app works great too. Nice to be able to work from any location on any device! I have most of my people using the app to they can get their info from anywhere too. I would recommend this software to anyone!

Recommendations to other buyers: I've barely scratched the surface with this software. I want to expand at some point with the different options I have when I create a new page. In general, this software should be able to accommodate several different business/group options that are out there.

Pros: I like that there can be private chats and group chats, and that all documentation can be shared on same page, and not lost in emails and files. its literally all on the same page.

Cons: I like the fact that it is transparent and communication is open, everyone can see what is happening within the projects.

Overall: Same page is amazing, everything is literally on the same page, same page assist project management and allows for transparency in communication between stakeholders.

Recommendations to other buyers: I like the unlimited pages, and how we can set up groups, and save files. storage is always an issue when working with many versions of documents and its difficult sometimes to emails large documents, same page assists in hosting the final version so everyone can have access to the files.

Pros: Very user customizable. Making it your way is easy. Everyone that is in management should use this if you are interested in knowing what is really happening in your company. Very easy to add contractors or employees for a specific reason or project. Nice having groups separate from each other so only the staff that are key contributors are members therefore less time wasted through emails.

Cons: They are adding client specific changes and offer them to everyone. I would like to see them offer the option of last comments first as I view it like email were the latest is on the top line instead of the last line. It will happen I'm sure

Cons: Cannot drag a document from Samepage to another file on the computer nor drag/copy an email attachment to Samepage. Right now you have to download the document and then save it where you want it to be.

Overall: Honestly, I did not expect too much positivity from Samepage because I looked at other collaboration programs and was overwhelmed rather than put at ease. From the beginning to the end Same page has won me over. It has made organizing projects and workflow manageable and real-time internal and external collaboration simple.

The mobile app is a wonderful tool as well. It allows me to keep up with what is going on at the moment no matter where I am and review and give feedback the moment a project is completed. This avoids work stoppage for review and edits.

Just after a couple hours of using Samepage I could not see myself going back to the way things used to be.

Con: Cannot drag a document from Samepage to another file on the computer nor drag/copy an email attachment to Samepage. Right now you have to download the document and then save it where you want it to be.

Cons: I live and breathe in 'tables'. I'd love to be able to add 'objects' into tables - i.e. hyperlinks, documents, etc - and do more table functions like sort, group, etc.

Pros: Ease of use

Cons: The calendar is pretty useless for our needs, would like to be able to import my Google Calendar
I haven't been able to figure out how to simply cut and paste something into a page.

Overall: Like many other reviewers here, I would like for the calendar feature to be a bit more robust, but other than that, our whole team is really loving Samepage for its clear, simple, uncluttered look and the ability to keep track of tasks and plans for a variety of projects. The ability to collaborate with people outside our organization is a big plus. And I love that they are constantly tweaking things to improve them, such as adding the ability to add participants to a task rather than having it showing only on the assignee's task list. The customer service is second to none ... responsive, fast and helpful.

We had tried a couple of other communication platforms, but this one really fits our needs for a clean interface, great collaboration and ease of organization.

Comments: We are a small team that needs to collaborate extensively to accomplish our work across countries and our team members have various levels of comfort with technology.

First, what convinced me to go Pro...the technical support was nothing short of amazing. The person assigned to our team always makes herself available from 6 am to 6 pm in my timezone. Because our team couldn't all train at the same time, she set up different times for different sets of members. She answered any questions we had through chat often within minutes and never longer than 20 minutes during her work hours.

In Pro, an added value is being able to create sub-teams of guests who are free. In our case, this will be very helpful when we need outside short term input from various sources.

Samepage is simple to use across multiple structures (chat, video chat, pages, folders, calendar, tasks and the like), but the Joint Editing function could be improved if it could be done directly in a Word document rather than Pages which then need to be re-saved as a document.

An improvement might be to enable to selective deletion of Chat items, as there is no need to save all but decisions and conclusion. Another might be to enable more fulsome right click menu options.

Overall, Samepage should be an effective Home Base for our collaborative Teamwork.

Pros: There is a lot to love about SamePage. There is a chat feature so you can chat with a team or individual (everything is kept in one location). You get notifications on your phone when there are updates to read (fast communication). You can maintain notes and schedules for each team you create. You can also include links to the Internet (like your Google Drive) within pages. The customer support was wonderful and unexpected (I was surprised to get a response from some feedback I provided; the response included an unexpected solution to my situation).

Cons: SamePage provides a calendar for each group (which makes sense) as well as a calendar for each individual. I don't see an option of a Master calendar (all team events on one calendar). I am still working on the best way to utilize the calendars.

There's so much to be said about collaboration tools and the differences among them, but my absolute favorite thing about Samepage is how intuitive and familiar it feels right from the start. The learning curve is very low, and the integrations with other services, along with desktop/mobile clients and complete version-control/history is awesome. And of course, the support is top notch. I ran through a quick demo today with Monica and she was extremely helpful and overall made the decision to use the service full-time a no-brainer. Ultimately if you need a central "hub" where you can share and communicate without jumping through hoops - Samepage is everything you need wrapped up in a very powerful package that makes my work life that much easier. At the end of the day, I want to focus on getting work done (*not* setting up complicated systems) and this is exactly what I've been looking for. Start with the full-featured Pro trial. You really can't go wrong.

Pros: Very fast, clean design, great features. Intuitive. The more I use it the more ingenious it's name becomes. Samepage. Simple. Powerful.

Cons: Would like to be able to assign more than one person to a task. But this isn't a big deal at all.

Overall: I'm an app junky and I drive my team crazy, as I'm always looking for the holy grail of apps. I just decided to switch off one of the more popular platforms as its just gotten so busy and visually noisy that I found myself agitated just going into it. So far my experience with SAMEPAGE has been great. Great customer service and I find it much easier to concentrate on each project since everything is literally on the SAMEPAGE as you work.

You need to spend a week playing with it because we aren't accustomed to this intelligent design. Super fast, clean, inspiring. I'm looking forward to being more focused and having less of our work forgotten or falling through the cracks. Test it out. You'll love it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Would like to see team pricing.

Pros: Simplicity; ease of use; Egnyte integration

Cons: I'd like to see the Task item gain a little more functionality. I'd also like to see a Milestone item added to the list.

Overall: We're a small 'boutique' consultancy. We use Samepage as a high-level collaboration tool for client projects. Its key strength lies in its simplicity. A client doesn't want to learn 'yet another' system - they have plenty of their own.

We typically maintain an overall project status, manage tasks, note key milestones (objectives), and ask questions via the discussion board. All simple and effective without the need for training.

A secondary benefit for us is the Egnyte integration. We use Egnyte as our cloud file system and we can share a project resources folder with clients so everything is visible to the project team.

Samepage contributes to a culture of consultancy-client collaboration, rather than the traditional purchaser-supplier model.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't try and make it more complex than it is. Our clients love it for the ease of use.

Very intuitive way to summarize goals, progress and results of ongoing projects.

Pros: The ability to add files, images and other items AND to be able to chat specifically about them, instead of attaching files via email. The layout (character size, no-frills formatting etc.) make it very acceptable across multiple users. The notifications are very, very helpful.

Cons: When pasting a link to a file in the Files folder, the entire text of the link appears in bold blue letters...two lines long. There must be an alternative...why not simply display the file name while retaining the URL.
Also, an issue with linking Dropbox files; I sometimes cannot open Dropbox files directly from my PC that I have also created a link to on Samepage. Can't understand this....some files open, some dont.

Overall: Quick, easy access to files, summaries of projects, ability to chat, video-chat, and interface with cloud-stored images.

Pros: The ability to collaborate!

Cons: Figuring out how to organize teams, subteams and folder/pages is not easy. Would be very helpful to have someone in Support provide specific advice on how to customize the environment.

Overall: Just began using Samepage a couple of months ago and took very little time or effort to become comfortable with it. The initial orientation session with Customer Support was very helpful. As the company has begun to use the platform more I can see how we might be able to consolidate our documentation, streamline some of our business processes, and improve intra-team communications.

The experience so far has been nothing but positive, and I'm looking forward to building more within the Samepage framework. The new features coming soon are exactly what we need, and the willingness of the support team to answer questions and take input for new features/functions is great.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make use of the excellent customer support group to learn your way around.

Pros: The number of functionalities, especially the ability to categorize tasks - AND CHATS - by topic, project and clients is really useful. It really reflects how internal communications are (supposed to be) carried out. Secondly, the ability to determine access rights - setting, editing, viewing. Cheers to the architect.

Cons: Visuals, a bit too colorful. I imagine its difficult balancing many features with a clean design. Maybe a modular approach - so different departments and users can set up their own relevant dashboards - would help with with aesthetics. Since the person setting it up would have some awareness of database management it shouldn't hamper ease of use and installation too much.

Overall: Ease of internal communications,

Pros: 1) built-in video conferencing, and chat 2) real-time editing of page by all participants, 3) EASE OF USE has been a major factor in getting busy people to use it, 4) generally very stable with few bugs, 5) SamePage is constantly making improvements, 6) different fonts, styles, colors, highlights helps define sections, 7) can put files, graphics, text, to-dos, calendar items all in the same place, 8) Apps install on Mac and PCs, IOS and Android, and can use SamePage online. 9) notifications, and indications of who has updated the page

Pros: It just makes working together with my team so much easier. We've abandoned email and Slack long ago - we get all of our communication and content sharing done in Samepage now. As a design agency, we also share our work with clients through Samepage and it makes progress on each project so much easier to see. It's perfect for the following: task lists, file sharing, meetings, internal & client communications, event coordination, human resources documentation. Great mobile app too.

Comments: We've tried several platforms over the past 6 months that will deliver what we need to communicate on projects for our clients. We loved how the old "Pages" pretty much got everything we hoped for and was a bit hesitant that they're moving away from it with the recent update. After meeting with Karla, our hesitation was immediately gone and now we're excited and looking forward to the flexibility and enhanced features they are updating it with.

Comments: Our company recently purchased Samepage as we were finding endless email trains harder and harder to keep up with. This software has allowed us to decrease our email volume intensely, as well as keep all of our team information in one place thus decreasing the amount of time each team member spends searching for valuable information and keeping it all at our fingertips!

With the pages and folders, we have been successful in making sure all team members can track progress on specific projects as well as travel plans, meetings, marketing & newsletter drops, etc.

The task function is a great way to keep on top of progress and be fully aware at all times of approaching deadlines, changes, responsibilities...

And the mobile app has allowed us more accessibility when we are away from the office,

Samepage is easy to use and dutifully fulfills its purpose! We are very happy!

My company was lacking a marketing project management program. I was very impressed by Samepage.

Pros: The usability, the functionality, and how it links the teammates that are involved on a project, without overloading them with other projects going on in the company. I also enjoy the tasking system, messaging system, and that we can upload various versions on the projects for team members to review and comment on. My favorite thing to date is that it has kept the projects from my first trial month on track to be completed before our goals!

Cons: The site is a little too hectic. It is hard to hone in on just what you want to see, instead of all of the pages/teams you have created.

Overall: Organization, time savings, easy collaboration, team bonding

Pros: + Ease of use (especially for people who are not particularly tech savy)
+ Ability to see who else is online
+ Receiving a notification when someone else posts to the chat, pages, etc - I don't need to stay logged in.

Cons: - Pressing the back button in Android exits the application instead of taking you to the previous screen.

Comments: We spent a fair amount of time looking at a dozen or more "social intranet" products and services. (It's great that there are so many options available now.) Our single biggest frustration as we poked around with the various products is that, understandably, they are each designed to work for as many different types of businesses as possible. So while they all "worked" for us to some degree none were exactly what we were looking for. Many had very sophisticated features interfaces or features that we knew we would never use. We ended up with Samepage largely because it had the *least* amount of features we *didn't* need, if that makes any sense, and was priced very economically. Samepage is also very easy to use, which makes it more likely to *be* used. The developers and support staff are friendly and responsive and seem to be interested in what the users say about the product. The UX is very good, the iOS app is actually useful, and new features are added regularly, if slowly. Overall we are happy with Samepage.

Comments: I am using Samepage with some civic groups, volunteer - some official, some more organic but with a lot of overlap. Many of the users are hesitant to "sign-up" for a new service but I have achieved 100% engagement for the first time, so I am optimistic I have finally found an answer. Looking to give 5 stars when teams can have their own pages.

We initially started using it as a "meeting space" for a grassroots group championing a new park. We were able to upload the graphics for distribution, links for petitions, podcasts and Facebook - without having to find it in an email thread. The team is comprised of all ages, most either owning their own company or working in a small shop. This seems to bridge all.

I am now using it for two other organizations - in a similar format. I like that I can have one app with several different organizations and yet I am not concerned I am going to chat or send communications accidentally to the wrong group. Would love it if it had a RSVP/Invite feature for events.

Comments: Our company deployed SharePoint for collaboration but soon realized that it was complete overkill for what we needed. The amount of administration and maintenance that had to be put into it was too much. Our end users stopped using SharePoint all together. Collaborating should be much easier. Enter Samepage. It's been a blessing to have this product in our organization. It takes just a few minutes to become familiar with how to maneuver around your environment and you're up and running in no time. The support has been great as well. I've had any of my questions or issues answered or resolved usually within 24 hours. Pros: Samepage allows us to have a "team" for 8 weeks while we have our online class.... And then set up another 8-week online group. Lots of choices in file types we can post. Easy (not steep) learning curve!

Cons: Feature I want most is to have easy way to send add a person or two to a chat that is already started. Sometimes I need to add other trainers to a chat string after it's started.

Overall: Easy to use communication tool for posting class documents and keeping in touch with class members during our 8-week online course.

Comments: We have two email newsletters I put out weekly for clients and we just started using Samepage in a big way and it has streamlined our workflow. Items such as photos, PDFs, and revised spreadsheets were getting lost in email threads, Trello cards, Slack messages, Dropbox, Google Docs, and texts. We use Samepage as a collaborative repository for every issue of the newsletter, creating a new page for each newsletter edition. Today I had an overview call with Karla, one of their product evangelists and learned the simple way to create 2- and 3-column layouts, almost like coding up a web page (which I don't have the skills for). What I like is that my collaborators "get" how to use Samepage in about 10 minutes of use. I can't say that about other tools I have used in the past. I work a lot with startups and I am going to recommend they use Samepage when they need a integrated tool for team collaboration.

Finally... Everything in One Place!

Pros: Unlimited file size sharing
Clean interface and easy navigation
Super helpful support team

Cons: None so far.

Overall: Our team of designers has been using Samepage for a little over a month now and it's been great. We're tried a lot of other file sharing and team communication applications over the years and Samepage has all the things we've been looking for.

The transition to Samepage was so easy thanks to the intuitive interface and clean layout. Plus, the customer support has been incredible (which can make all the difference)!

Pros: Android application is the best part of the application.it gives access on the go. Beside this we get live updates.

Cons: The Android app had user interface bugs, off late the bugs have been removed but the navigation issues are there. User is taken granted for some tasks. There is no back button.. This can be improved

Overall: I can share tasks with my team, track the tasks. Manage my team and deadlines on the go. Excellent application for team management.

Pros: It's simplicity, easily accessible from various devices and mos of all the Facebook post attachment goes perfectly with our work environment.

Cons: It's page placement section should be given a priority and placed on the upper section of the app. But that's not that big to complain about.

Overall: Our projects now are easy to track along with their percentage of completion. In addition, files and project now found a perfect place to be attached.

Really useful and so so compatible with different devices!

Comments: I've used it to create a page for an upcoming conference event. My board members are going to enjoy how easy it is to pull up key files, confirmations, announcements, maps, etc. They are able to save this page to their phone home screens or save the page to their bookmarks. Using samepage, I was able to create a hub for my Board to get quick access to Google drive files, Board Reports and other links we use to collaborate. They no longer have to search through their google drives or e-mails for important files as I have been providing direct links to those files to them using Samepage. However, I do wish that the "Public view" did not have the "Create your own samepage" message on the top right. It if was hidden somehow, it would look more professional and I would give Samepage 5 stars!

I like using samepage when on teleconference

Pros: File Sharing

Cons: It's probably me but I am still little confused navagating

Overall: Our experience with Samepage has been excellent. We have 4 people from all around the country using Samepage. Samepage has helped us connect with files and tasks so much easier. The phone calls and emails back and forth have been reduced at least 50%. Our Customer Service Rep (Product Evangelist) Monica S., was a great resource for us to undo our clutter when we first started. We look forward to continue to use Samepage.

Pros: The product is very user friendly. It was easy to setup each project and include people inside and outside of our organization. It also has a ton of features that have been very helpful.

Cons: So far we have not found anything that would cause reason to list any cons for the product. We are very happy with it.

Overall: This has been a great collaboration site with our customers and vendors for all our projects.

Pros: I love that we have a reliable place to input information for the whole team to see. We are a 24 hour service and many of us never see each other in person so having a common place to leave new information has been very valuable to this team and our service users.

Cons: I don't have a single bad thing to say about this software...nothing but positive feedback...love love love

Comments: I found SamePage when I was looking for a way to collect together lots of information, images, links, email and documents etc for a personal project. It is so easy to use and you can put together so much really quickly with it.

They push it as a business collaboration tool - which it is and it does it really well - but once you use it for a while and realise how many other online tools you use that SamePage can do better - I'm talking about you Evernote, with your awful user interface - you will use it for everything.

If you are planning a wedding or big vacation, or want somewhere to store recipes, or medical history, it is so easy to use, and so nice having everything together in one application. It is the grand unifying application for all your data!!

Easy to start. Price is ok. Even small (or micro) companies like us.

Pros: 1. I really like 1T drive and possible to sync with desktop. 2. Own (own+my teams) and separete team calendar

Cons: Notifications on mobile won't work everytime. It's not (yet) possible to whitelabel (own domain). Direct cloud file share is not possible (from files) You can share file from public page.

Overall: I can merge many tools to one tool only. To-do list - cloud file share - calendar (team calendar)

A blessing for our team!

Comments: After using SamePage (the free version):
* Our team has people from multiple countries
* SamePage is the only collaboration tool needed (as if we were physically sitting next to each other) with all essential features such as:
+ securely share content by setting permissions in Google Drive
+ initiate video call and share screens
+ list of shared files
+ Team calendar and tasks ...
* 0 learning curve

The only improvement I hope for is an audio when receiving a Hangout call.

Before using SamePage:
* had to share files over email, and had to comb through zillions of emails for the right files
* had to maintain multiple apps such as Skype for calls, gmail, calendar etc.

Very useful to communicate with team members

Pros: Easy to use, it would be best if the apps can be used to upload a defaul task list, which can be used for every project.

Cons: If there is a notification when message arrive, will be more convenient and alert to reply. The price is too high for small and medium enterprise. Should consider pricing like Spotify, or icloud, in order to keep long term customers and data base.

It's an amazing collaboration tool for fast-paced teams! Team work is a breeze with Samepage!

Pros: There is a lot to like about Samepage - right from the simplicity of the UI and ease of use to the robust capabilities. I was able to replace Slack, Asana, Box and a whole host of other applications that my team used with just Samepage!

Cons: I would prefer to have the feature of adding hashtags to individual files so that indexed search can work even better.

Extremely user friendly!

Pros: Ease of use wraps it up quite well. It's very easy to navigate and understand. It's very helpful to communicate with co-workers across the building.

Cons: The feature I like least would be that I cannot change settings to make a sound when when I receive a message. Therefore if I am not stairing directly at my computer I will not know if I have a new message.
