So far system has been easy to use based on our set up. View Center makes it easier to view historical claims documents under an account while also viewing new claims documents. This makes for more efficient claims evaluation. Pros The search functionality allows for efficient document retrieval. How documents are returned and viewable also makes for more efficient claims evaluation. ViewCenter is easy to navigate and use, making it a beneficial and effective tool for the end user.
