I have been using Dashlane for Business and am very satisfied with it. It makes password management simple, secure, and convenient for the whole team, while also reducing the risks that come with weak or reused passwords. I especially value how easy it is to share access safely, manage credentials centrally, and improve overall security without creating extra work for employees. It is a reliable solution that combines strong protection with a user-friendly experience.

Pros

Dashlane for Business offers excellent security features, including secure password storage, sharing, and monitoring, which help teams stay protected and organized. The interface is intuitive, so employees can adopt it quickly without much training, and the centralized admin controls make it easy to manage access across the company. It also saves time by helping users generate strong passwords and log in more efficiently across different tools and platforms.

Cons

One possible drawback is that advanced features and business-level management may require some initial setup and adjustment, especially in larger organizations. The pricing can also feel high for smaller teams compared to simpler alternatives. Still, for companies that prioritize security, convenience, and centralized control, these limitations are often outweighed by the overall value it provides.

Our Overall experience with Dashlane for Business is that it is a great addition to our business for keeping things safe and organized.

Pros

What we like most about Dashlane is that it keeps everyone on the same page. We need information to be secure, and this absolutely does that!

Cons

The thing we like the least about Dashlane for Business is how often we need to sign in, especially for our admin page. I am ok with my employees having to type the password in often in case we have a turnaround.

It's fine - I haven't needed to contact support as a user so I'm unsure of how the support servies are. As someone who previously used Last Pass, I find Dashlane similar in terms of use, but perhaps a bit less intuitive.

Pros

We got our whole team to use it and it makes onboarding and offboarding easier. We fill more secure about how we manage our digital security.

Cons

A lot of our team still doesn't understand how the groups work and routinely ask us for passwords rather than accessing the groups. We have a large age range and understanding around technology.

Overall, Mentis’ experience using Dashlane for Business has been positive and impactful. The platform has strengthened our security practices by protecting sensitive credentials while simplifying access for staff through secure autofill and password sharing. Dashlane has also helped reduce password-related issues and administrative burden, allowing our team to focus more on mission-driven work rather than technical challenges. While there is a brief learning curve, the benefits to security, efficiency, and organizational control make Dashlane a valuable tool for Mentis.

Pros

Dashlane for Business has been a reliable and user-friendly tool for managing passwords securely across our organization. It simplifies access with autofill and secure sharing while giving administrators strong oversight and control. Overall, it has improved security, reduced password-related issues, and made day-to-day workflows more efficient for our team.

Cons

While Dashlane for Business is a strong security tool, there can be a learning curve for new users who are not familiar with password managers. Occasional browser extension issues or login prompts can disrupt workflow, and account recovery often requires IT involvement, which can be frustrating for users if access is lost. Additionally, some advanced features may feel underutilized for smaller teams.

Overall, very good. We have many users, and all of our users are on multiple platforms, which all require different passwords, this makes it easier.

Pros

ease of use once its set up with a browser plug-in. The walk through with the end user experience works well

Cons

end user password resets, there needs to be an admin option to reset the password. If there was an option to send the end user a password reset link.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. Customer support is very attentive and always provides our team with fast solutions to any issues we encounter, user management is simple and intuitive, and their automated deployment options freed up a significant amount of time for our analyst team.

Pros

The value for money is my favorite thing about Dashlane for Business. The features they offer are easy for end users to adopt and provide our team with valuable insights regarding password hygiene and usage.

Cons

The thing I like the least about Dashlane is migrating shared or group passwords on and off of the platform. This speaks less to the service that Dashlane provides and more to limitations of password managers in general.

meh. it's ok. would be better with a desktop app and without forced interaction with the extension. but it saves passwords and allows you to share them and create different groups and decide which groups have access to which passwords

Pros

password generator (although I wish I didn't have to use the extension to access it) and ability to save passwords and share with my team

Cons

lack of desktop app, annoying extension that i always turn off, lack of ability to remove seats before the annual renewal, and no ability for passwords to be owned by the company or the team rather than the individual creator

What is working works well and I apperciate having it. Figuring out how to get it set up for my organization is hard.

Pros

It is very easy to share passwords and their corresponding websites with my employees. It is nice to build groups so I can assign an employee to a group and will be able to deploy by job title as people come and go.

Cons

Overall experience has been fantastic. I implemented this at my previous employer and just implemented at my new employer.

Pros

I like the zero knowledge architecture, ease of use for end users, admin center functionality, and the security it brings to the company. Tee password management is easy to use for end users.

Cons

Dashlane needs to add functionality to the mobile app to log into multiple accounts and have an easy switch between. I have a personal account and an company account. I have to manually log in and out to switch between them.

Overall, I feel Dashlane for business has been great for us all. No downtime or issues. Being able to use SSO was also a great add-on to your organization Deployment was a breeze to setup.

Pros

Using the collection features have been a great experience. All passwords can be used with all users and if somehow if one person leaves those saved password is still available. All you have to do is changed the password and it changes for everyone that has access to it.

Cons

As the administrator for Dash Lane, I wish there was a way for admin to harden the reused password for user. If the user tries using the same password and storing it in Dash Lane, they'll get a "this must be a different password."
