Pros Love the protection with this software. It's great on mobile and desktop. The VPN is also great for when I'm working in coffee shops. Cons On desktop, sometimes the login and password will auto populate but most times, at least for me, it will not. I have to copy and paste most times. It's great to store client information that I'm required to protect. Pros Dashlane business provides a simple and easy way for myself and my colleagues to store passwords and notes in a secure fashion. Cons Dashlane Business does not provide a good solution for 3 field logins, such as AWS. Instead I have to store my passwords as a Secure Note and paste them into the password fields. This allows you to have different and secure passwords and avoid the use of repeated passwords, with the consequent security risk. It allows to win time with only 1 password to remember. It's also easy to update the new passwords. Based on my limited experience with Dashlane Business, it seems that they are trying to market to companies who need a company wide password management tool. And based on what I have seen they have one of the best products for that market. And potentially cheaper than other options when using a lot of licenses. Pros This was my first password management software and I used the free version for a long time. It has all the best security ratings for password apps. And is very user friendly. Cons I think this offers as good of features as any other password app, but is a bit more expensive. I am just concerned that they really didn't thing this product through when they made it. It should be an enterprise version of Chrome password manager, but it just doesn't work right for us right now. Pros This product was supposed to help us create better security for our enterprise. Instead it has terrified us that we will not be able to get into the websites we use daily. It is working like a worse version of Chrome password manager on your desktop right now. The websites multiply. The Admin panel disallows me from revoking privileges and passwords don't autopopulate on certain sites meaning that you need to then need go to Dashlane to copy and paste them over. On top of all this they have an app and web login that have certain features you need to do on one but not the other. I wish they'd call me so I this could be cleared up. My IT vendor has been working on this for days. I am really worried this is a product problem. It seems to behave differently on different machines. We are a 100% windows shop running the same software versions etc. Cons See above...it isn't working right and I think it's the product... Pros I work in the tech space and am constantly dealing with troubleshooting issues on different platforms for a remote team. Dashlane makes it super easy to share and be shared without comprising security. Cons With Dashlane there is a browser ext which works great on Chrome. There's also a desktop app and I find I always have to log into both. Pros Dashlane's Password Health score is superb. It displays the percentage strength of your passwords, prompting you to strengthen them for increased security. The Dark Web monitoring feature is quite impressive, notifying you if there have been any data breaches that have compromised your personal information.While Dashlane offers a free account, it is limited to one device, making it more suitable for testing the software than for regular use.Dashlane is a wonderful choice if you want a simple and safe way to manage your passwords. Other than that its the same as any other program. I think the thing that this program has above other ones is the ability to save credit cards which other companies are currently working on that end. Don't get me wrong its not bad this is a great program its just depends on the pricing you get. Cons Nothing to be honest. Like stated this is the same as most password manager programs. March 17, 2020 5.0 Fantastic! Overall I'd highly recommend it. Couldn't be happier! Pros It's easy to use, very intuitive and does exactly what it claims to do. I have only had one problem in my year plus time using it and it was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend! Cons At times the platform doesn't register that I need to input a password so then I need to manually copy it from Dashlane, put it's very rare and not much of an inconvenience.
