Pros: I liked how Monday.com allows for easy collaboration with team members. It does take some getting used to for me it was easy to get used to because I am more of a computer person and have had many different experiences with a lot of different programs. Everyone else on my team is the complete opposite, however because of Monday.com's modern website design people were able to grasp it because the design is easy on the eyes if that makes sense. It is almost like an easy/drag and drop version of excel. Aside from the design I did love that there were different calendar views like Kanban view and the map view especially. The other things I loved was the forms integration, which made it easy to transfer our clients over from one program to another. As they came in they filled out the short form and were integrated into the calendar pretty easily. Lastly I loved the status column. I was going to use it to check in clients. Red for when they arrived to their appointments, Yellow for when they were waiting and Green for when they were done and waiting on their transportation back home.

Cons: There were a couple of things that I did not like, which made us only use Monday for a short period of time. For one we are a mental health therapy center and we do A LOT of scheduling. While there is a template to schedule clients. It is more so for a few clients and not hundreds. We have multiple therapists and may want to view their appointments sometimes together and sometimes separately and Monday started to get somewhat bulky when trying to do this. We tried doing multiple boards for each therapist and then we tried doing each board as a day of the week and in the end we had too many boards and it was still and either you view this person or that person but not both. On top of that we also schedule activities with clients and that would have been a whole separate view as well. The last thing that we needed was to make recurring appointments for clients that are seen every Tuesday or for ones that are seen every other Thursday etc. This task was extremely bulky and involved using a 3rd party service.

Overall: Over all my experience with Monday was a 50/50 split some things I loved and some things were lacking in functionality for what we needed. Overall I didn't hate it. At the end of the day it just wasn't what we needed to be productive. I think for other users who are using it for design, and business marketing it would be a phenomenal program and the price is very affordable even if you are a small company. Monday might be what you need to get your productivity up to become an even bigger company.

Pros: Best graphic user interface (GUI) and user experience (UX) across all online/mobile project and task management platforms available in the marketplace in 2018. The online (web) experience of a project management/planning tool is my #1 requirement. This includes a product's overall features, usability, GUI, appearance, customization, admin control, group management/control, private/public control, in-group messaging features, etc. I prefer to use my PC/laptop (vs. mobile apps) to create and manage project plans - the online experience with monday easily had me sold. Internet was down one day, and I needed immediate access to a monday project plan. I downloaded the monday mobile app and managed a project via a mobile app for the first time ever. The mobile app look and feel mirrored my URL version...a platform's mobile app is now a key purchasing criteria to me.

Integration with and provisioning for complementary project/team management apps (i.e., Trello) is seamless, elevating the user experience and overall functionally.

As an independent consultant, I appreciated the ability to and ease of sharing select project plan with specific clients though private invitation/authorization options.

The overall customization and personalization possibilities are great. Features such as Color Code options for tasks/items; the ability to add, delete, reorganize/move and customize Task Fields (i.e., Due Dates, Task Owner); and Calendar Views variations are invaluable.

Cons: There is not much to not like about the monday platform. My experience has been so great that I have recommended it to clients and other independent consultants. My clients have provided excellent feedback and praised my choice of project management platform/tool. So, thank you, monday for making me look good!

My only advice to the monday team would be to reconsider pricing options. As an independent consultant, I do have to monitor business expenses. It would be nice to have pricing options for 2 users (admin and a client) for long-term projects with a single client for which you have a single point of contact. Or pricing options where an admin can add one user at a time for a monthly fee and then remove/add users one at a time as needed for ultimate flexibility in plan options and pricing. Sometimes it is key to remember the sole proprietors and small businesses that are out there. We are an undeserved, overlooked market opportunity with limited budgets. So, we tend to seek out and utilize less feature rich free options over amazing paid platforms such as monday. I have the Basic Plan (up to 5 users). I've spent for 2 users to support (User 1 = me as the admin/consultant and User 2 = my primary point of contact at my client/customer with whom I have exclusive contract). I'm forced to pay for 3 extra licenses I can not and will not use. I now must cancel due to the expense. Please rethink price options.

Overall: The monday software/platform has been the best project management/planning I have ever used. The GUI, look and feel, and feature set is amazing. I feel like my projects are more organized than ever and injected accountability aspect to project plans. The Score of 9 is only because of the pricing structure. I will continue to recommend the product to colleagues.

Pros: Easy to use, very intuitive. Customizable to your projects and company. You can easily monitor step by step processes in however many Departments you have in your company. I like that its now an app that can live in my button dock. One click and its open.

I like that you can discuss clients back and forth between team members.

Cons: Right now I can't think of anything. Perhaps there are glitches or design features that more advanced users might appreciate but for our needs it works exactly as we need it to.

Overall: We desperately needed an easy to use, easy to update project management tool in our App Development company. The Sales Dept. would get calls from clients asking, "how's our app coming," and they had to e-mail the Tech Dept, wait for a response and then call the Customer back. Now, the Sales Dept. can see exactly what stage of Development the client's app or website is in and tell the customer right then and there. No wasted time e-mailing or returning phone calls.

Also, the Tech Dept. can see what the Sales Dept. has in the pipeline so they can predict what's coming in.

It has also helped us streamline processes for each Dept. The whole entire sales process can be mapped out with every step start to finish, with the final step being customer survey sent. You never forget to do any step any more! You can also customize your responses for each step along the way such as "Done" or "In Progress" or "Waiting For Client", etc.

The customer service with monday.com is excellent. That's a big deal to me. I don't want to hunt and peck around the internet trying to find chat groups or how to contact support. When you ask a question you get a response within a short period of time.

The software is pretty intuitive but there are support tools to learn tips and tricks.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great software. Don't hesitate about spending the money. Some softwares try to "do it all" and in the process get clunkly and confusing. We've tried a few of those. If you're looking for easy, intuitive, basic organization that a lot of people can use and learn how to use, monday.com is a great software that I highly recommend. We're a Tech Company but not everyone in our company is an expert Techie so we have to use software that caters to everyone's knowledge level of use.

Pros: Monday.com is a todo list/project management tool that rivals tools like Trello. We decided to give a try because the other tools we used didnt allow us to do real time group planning for projects. Real time is key for us because projects are time sensitive and having teams in different time zones is challenging. What we found was a great visual project management tool. 1) The ability to work on project plan together including adding our documents to a specific task or to do item makes it great to keep track of how far a project has come. 2) The visual appeal of the tool helps, as you can mark specific tasks with different colors to help know who is doing what and where that falls into the overall plan. 3) The ability to use working templates saved us a lot of time and the initial learning curve of the tool. We were able to set up and start using it within a week. 4) Monday.com allows us to take project planning away from email and just use a visual timeline of sorts to see how far a project has gone and what else needs to be done. 5) Since our projects bring teams from various departments, its great to have a central place to communicate and collaborate and the beauty of being able to integrate into our G Drive accounts makes this our main project planning tool.

Cons: Monday.com has tremendous potential but we also find some challenges with it. - Sub tasks - It lacks the ability to add sub tasks or assign a task to multiple people. While this can be worked around, it would be great if this feature would be added. - Notifications - While the mobile app works fine, the notifications tab could do with some work as you can find yourself overwhelmed with notifications especially when you are working on a lot of projects at once. If notifications could be shown based on project it would be much more helpful. - Pricing structure - The pricing model also seems high for a project management tool especially the more users you add. This is what has kept us only adding some people as guests to projects.

Pros: Provides some structure (red, yellow, green status, links to Drive) without being inflexible. We dropped in a lean project and executive reporting set of rules without having to rely on a bunch of manual workarounds. The team can collaborate internally and externally with our clients. "Done" items are clearly distinguishable, as are trouble spots and emerging risks.

Cons: Bundled licensing would be nice, particularly since we have some contractors that work on short term projects. We have to decide if we want to pay for them to have a license or if we'll just manage them outside of the system.

Overall: We run a small IT consulting firm. Client often ask what tools we recommend for their CIO and IT leadership dashboards. We tried everything from Trello to Excel to find a solution that works for us and that we felt comfortable recommending.

My team loves Da Pulse. For internal collaboration and reporting, they can simply update their Da Pulse dashboards rather than Power Point decks or Project Plans. When something changes or a record is updated, I get a notification. As a leader, I appreciate that the status features make it easy to see where there are emerging risks or hot spots.

Naturally, no tool is perfect, but Da Pulse lets us keep our project methodology lean and simple. Our email inboxes aren't bursting at the seams and we don't have to hunt for the latest document. The Drive integration allows us to keep everyone on the same page with version control.

One of our clients has started to login to our Da Pulse instance after we agreed that creating Power Point decks was a waste of time and money. We had tried Trello, which they found confusing, before switching to Power Point. They like the interface and they're considering for their own use.

Pros: Simple to use. Very visual orientated - looks good and is easy to understand. Can be tailored to any business model/process. New features are being released all the time. Very engaged company that are listening to their clients and happy to help. Speeds up workflow and allows much greater management of projects, clients, staff and time. Great for to do lists and collaborative working.

Cons: Many superfluous features for our business that are pushed frequently (though I appreciate other business would appreciate them). Would work great if it could collaborate/access online services like Dropbox/GDrive for file management etc. Bit of an odd name - "can you make sure you update Monday" sounds odd. I actually preferred the old name "Dapulse" as we internaly just called it Pulse (which I think fits best as the software allows me to keep my fingers on the pulse of all my projects!)

Overall: Monday has allowed us to streamline our processes and enables me to see at a glance what projects we have on, where our projects are and what projects are falling behind on timescales etc. As an architectural company we take every client/ job through a complicated process and need to keep track of multiple different 3rd parties (Council, Engineers etc) and multiple different processs (survey, planning, building regs etc). Monday allows us to do this with ease and with the posts and check boxes it allows me to understand where 100's of projects are whenever I need.

Why we prefer monday.com and how we use it

We're a vivant company with several activities. We're running a personal training studios with 4 employees and several freelance trainers, we organise international education events and 2 conferences and we work together with a company on the development of an app. You can imagine the tons of communication, both internally as external, right?

monday.com is our main SaaS which we use for EVERY task.

For our personal training business we use monday.com as a follow up tool for and with our clients. All the trainers log every session on there and the advantage is that everyone's up to date at any given moment. We use it as a central filing system and the possibility to share the boards with external physio's and doctors is GREAT.

For the events we us shared boards for every event so we can work together with external people like artworkers and marketeers. We made a custom layout of the boards and this helps us to gain insight on the event and the people who're responsible for the different tasks.

For the internal communication and tasks for the management we use the private boards, here we can discuss topics and centralize data.

I've tried several tools like Asana and Basecamp but monday.com is faster, more intuitive (which comes in great working with several external people) and the UI is so clean. Also, we're using it for 3 years and the support has been great.

Recommendations to other buyers: This tool is defenitely worth checking out for your main company communication, follow-up and project management.

We can make and alter venture subtle elements and plans by means of our versatile/tablets instead of utilizing through work area PC and the progressions are refreshed rapidly. Pros: This entire concept for this is amazing! The many different ways you can setup your boards and use them, make it even more powerful! I use mine in different ways, for different things. I use it one way for larger work projects (where I've created personalized template boards), and I setup my boards an entirely different way for personal to-do lists. Go to their YouTube channel to see some great examples of how to setup different board types!

I'm a forgetful person with a pretty weak memory, so the ability to add notes and updates to individual items (pulses) is also a life-saver, so that I can track ongoing, important information related to each item...without having these notes getting in my way when viewing the project board.

You can add many different column types, and even use colors for certain columns, which makes it a snap to stay focused on what's most important. The fact that you can drag-and-drop the column order, and the pulses themselves, allows you to see and organize things in ways that work for you!

I've also contact support with some questions and feedback, and their response was super-helpful and almost immediate. Their online help will walk you though 99% of your questions too.

This product has added efficiency to my day, and removed significant stress from my life! Thank you Monday.com!

Cons: The product seems little pricey for individual users...but use the trial and re-consider the value after using it for a week or two. Also, this product is optimized for Desktop computers, with a bit less functionality on mobile devices, but it can still be used and utilized on mobile devices to get things added, assigned, organized, and done.

Overall: It has been a life-changer for me, helping me stay organized and manage all the details of my personal and work-related projects!

Pros: It is so easy to use. Being able to attach files, emails, notes and more to specific projects and tasks has allowed our team to become so organized and productive. The flexibility of the tool allows us to expand and/or contract depending on the complexity and size of the project.

Cons: Its lack of integration with our Outlook calendars has been the only downside we've really experienced. An integration with TFS would also be on our list so that we can sync up the data we're putting in for our team and also keep track of what we've assigned our development team.

Overall: Our team started using monday.com about eight months ago. We have team members spread out over the US and were in a constant state of trying to determine project status, find emails associated with updates, etc. monday.com brought our projects and our team together. Being able to attach emails, documentation, illustrations and updates all in one place has been not only a huge time-saver but has also added to our team cohesiveness.

The flexibility of the tool allows us to expand with the projects we're working on, or on smaller projects keep the data simple and clean for a quick review.

The only feature our team has missed is integration with our work calendars to keep milestones and deadlines in front of us. monday.com does integrate with some calendars, but our team uses Office365 and Outlook Mail - which we have not yet been successful in synching.

Overall I'm so glad we found monday.com. The ease of implementing it, getting our team communicating in one place and watching the projects get completed has been a huge advantage. The price is so reasonable - you simply cant find another tool with similar features, functionality and ease of use anywhere else.

Pros: What I like most about Monday, is that it is highly adaptable to the ever changing needs of workflow. As the business is continually evolving, so are the options and coordination of this useful business tool. The workflow from start to finish can be easily integrated to any model . Some advanced specifications can be simplified into columns and colors so that work is easily tracked along it's path without the hassle of using an excel sheet, as everything is as simple as drag and drop or clicking a drop down menu of infinitely customizable descriptions, and attachments that keep the employees along each important step of the process on the same page at all times.

Cons: What I like least about Monday does not impact the user experience to deeply, but what I see as a con is the lack of customizable themes. For example, having a dark theme for the page may be more conducive to a worker who uses this program at night in order to not have such a harshly bright white light emitting from the screen. Interchangeable icons and backgrounds, etc would be more helpful to customize the pages to fit the style of certain companies, especially one like ours where graphics are an important part of holding up a corporate image.

Pros: Monday has been a real help exactly when our team needed it. As our workload has increased meaning working collaboratively across projects has been required Monday has been an amazing tool for keeping on top of tasks, and means I am able to see when other members of the team have completed items or receive up to the minute status updates without needing to constantly check with them. This saves time, has improved communication and given an improved sense of autonomy to team members.

The flexibility of the boards means it has uses across our interior design and project management business, from tracking order admin on each project to keeping track of new leads and planning marketing. I have found the customer support to be excellent and there are useful videos available to help get to grips with using it. Even less technologically advanced older team members have loved using it, setting up the status updates with quick click labels has made this so accessible and quick to update. The iphone app also means you can use on the go, for instance a nagging feeling that something has not been ordered or actioned in the middle of the night can be put to rest within seconds - without having to wait until 9am to check in with team members.

Cons: Needs someone to be technologically aware/ a bit of effort to set up the boards, however it is so easy to use once put the time in it is definitely worth the initial effort.

I would say the main challenge in our business has been getting the whole team on board to

a change in doing things, however even the most resistant team members have quickly got on board as soon as they have given it a chance.

Pros: Our team ran a zillion free trials of different project management software. All were either too robust for our needs or too simple (not enough "meat"). We are an agency of 20 people who work very collaboratively. We did not want a project management tool that would slow us down...which is why we steered away from the Jira's and Asana's of the world (not a bash at these guys, they were just too robust for our needs). At DD, we trust people to manage their time, so we didn't need a tool that tracked time. What we REALLY needed was a tool to help us "see" where an item was at in a project pipeline. Monday.com does just that. It's really NOT a project management tool, but a project visualization tool. It's clean, simple user interface is something our team has grow to love. It's easy to drag and drop and the layout is much more customizable and readable than a tool like Trello. Overall, we're very happy with our decision to choose Monday.com. Please note that we've only been using the software for a couple of months at the time this review was posted.

Cons: It's not as simple as you'd think to notify users when a project is now on "their desk." Each stage of the project requires an owner/contributor of a task, which is great. However, you currently can't assign a contributor to a particular STAGE (only to a particular 'pulse'). It would be great to be able to assign one editor to the "Editing" stage on a particular board and a different editor to the "Editing" stage of an other board. This is my biggest "sad face" when I use the platform.

Overall: The ability to quickly see where each campaign deliverable is at in our process and to understand if how "on time" the project is.

Comments: We use monday.com every single day without fail at our company and it's definitely made out entire workflow process much easier and streamlined. For me personally, I like the fact that it gives me a good overview of the work I need to do, what I'm currently working on and also the work that I've completed. My team members make good use of the collaboration features and I love how much of info and how in-depth an individual task can go. It's really great knowing that all our work (images, docs, notes, etc) just live on monday.com and not in a million different places. The user interface is also pretty sleek although it can be a little bit overwhelming for new users but that isn't an issue once they get used to it. I haven't needed to use their customer support (haha, that's a compliment!) but from what I've read, their support is top notch.

Pros: It has great collaboration features, a nice overview of stuff that you're working on, worked on, or still to work on. Their pricing is very affordable - you definitely get what you pay for and MORE.

Cons: The UI can sometimes look messy and a bit overwhelming. The new name is still taking some time for our team to get used to. For example, it can be a bit confusing when someone from the team says, "I posted it on Monday" and you aren't sure if they meant the day of the week or the software.

Pros: Monday.com is a really clean, easy to use platform. Anyone who is familiar with Jira/Kanban boards will see the similarity, as well as some relation to Trello. Overall, visual layouts in Monday are easier to use and understand immediately. Anyone coming into a new project or component of a larger task can easily grasp the different parts of a project. What I like about Monday over a lot of other platforms is Google integrations, which allows for Google docs integration. This makes it painfully easy to use and far more efficient, as one inevitably has to use something like Google drive to manage related documentation, files, etc.

The workflow structure is satisfying to use and can be modified with ease. Prioritization is easy, along with combining the goals of sprints in Agile teams to quickly see how your tasks and work measure up to expectations.

Cons: Honestly, the only problems that stand out are occasional glitches with speed when entering new info/pulses/uploading info. The Google integration sometimes stalls when getting a document for use, but generally speaking, a second attempt solves the problem.

Overall: This has really helped me save time with my workflow and get to work faster, knowing I can easily track and integrate all the parts of a project in one clean platform.

Simple, flexible, collaborative and yet powerful enough to handle everything we throw at it.

Pros: I love the flexibility that Monday offers us. Most systems are really rigid and force you to follow a set path, this makes it difficult to mould it to suit our business. Monday doesn't have that problem, if we need another field or add in another process etc.. .then we just add it in, we dont have to go and re-do everything from scratch again. The interface is simple and easy to use but also gives us enough detail to make sure we cover everything. No mean feat!

Cons: There aren't many cons we can think of, the roadmap for products is great as we can see that there are different features in the pipeline, most organisations dont share that information and leave customers wondering if or when new features will come out. I guess our only "con" is that we would love to see those features released quicker.... but we understand that quality takes time.

Overall: easily managed customer projects and ongoing maintenance contracts with ease.

Duplicating boards is easy, however it would be great to be able to duplicate without the contents, that way we wouldn't have to delete each input manually.

Pros: The functionality is fantastic. It is very simple to use and it is amazing at tracking where you are with a task. I use it for graduate school. And when I graduate I will use it for my business. It is a brilliantly simple way to lay out everything you need to keep up with. And not just for a day or two, for as long as use the software. I have had frequent issues with staying on task. I simply can't keep track of everything. This software has helped me so much and I really can't say enough. I have always been a firm believer that it boosts your drive to work harder and keep going when you can see your succeses and visually Monday.com is great at this. You can see where you started, what you've finished, and whats ahead all on one screen. You can also alter it to see things you had trouble with in comments and what your grades were on assignents. Cons: I dont know. For my purposes it has no real cons except perhaps if they created a version specifically geard towards students? Maybe. The functionality is incredible though. So you can twilor it to meet your needs like I did.

Comments: I wish I had known about this product long before I did! It would have saved us a ton of time. If you're currently using trello or google sheets to track candidates or managing multiple projects I suggest giving Monday.com a try!

Pros: I love Monday.com. My team and I were using Trello for the longest time and also excel documents. Monday is the perfect combo of both of those. We specifically use Monday to track candidates during the recruiting process. Love how easy to use the platform is. You can search between boards which is extremely useful if you have a lot of clients and want to search by keywords or by skillset. You can use #'s to link things as well. not 100% on how to do it yet but we're getting the hang of it. This product is perfect for what we need and was very affordable. 10/10 recommend.

Cons: The only suggestion I have for them and I've messaged them directly is creating custom colors for the various labels. They give you about 15 default colors but we've maxed that out and now same colors for different labelsnot a HUGE thing but definitely would be an easy tweak.

- Flexibility. This tool is so flexible with how you want to use it. You can customize the columns to suit your needs.

- Accountability and Visibility. I love that you can assign team members, mention them, set deadlines and see at glance what everyone is working on.

- Software updates. These guys update and add features like crazy. Their support team is also crazy responsive!

- Mobile app. I love using it on mobile.. it's pretty full featured for a mobile experience.

Cons: - I'd love to have the private boards feature at a lower price point. This a great feature but comes at a higher tier plan.

- It took a little while to get used to but now this tool is invaluable to running my business.

Overall: I have a team of remote people and we were looking for a way to collaborate together. We were looking for the right combination of organization, planning, assignment and collaboration.

I've tried tons of other tools.. for a long time, we were using Basecamp, then Trello and then TeamWeek.. and for some reason or another, we would never keep up with it. But ever since we got on Monday, we haven't looked back.

Pros: I very much appreciate the intuitive level of Mondays user interface. When compared with other project management tools like Asana and Microsoft project , it comes out as more user friendly and better organized. Thereby making it easy for teams to use.

Monday is used by the sales and operations department in my organization to measure sales efforts and manage client relationships. It is so simple to assign tasks to team members and monitor a team members progress on such tasks.

I also will like to appreciate Mondays official Facebook group. This group has got some fantastic Monday.com users who keep revealing newer ways to maximize the impact of Monday on a regular basis.

Cons: Customer support can be improved upon. I think it takes way too much time to get response on queries I send to the Monday customer support team.

Pros: Our team was having a hard time managing projects and keeping stakeholders all in line with updates using just a spreadsheet. Having columns with colored status boxes is great to get a quick overview of what's happening on a project, and then being able to open those individual pieces up and get more detailed notes is great. I like that I can tag other users to give them direct updates. The recent addition of different views, Kanban, Chart, Timeline, etc, is another great tool to visualize what's happening on projects.

Cons: It's a little slow. The desktop app and web app get bogged down quite a bit regardless of how big a project is. I also wish there were options for more updates when deadlines are approaching, more detailed notifications. But they've been slowly adding features, so I could see it coming in the future.

Overall: Overall, great experience. Monday is one of the better project management tools I've found out there. Keeping my team focused and up-to-date is absolutely crucial, and Monday has been able to fill that role perfectly.

Pros: I see Monday as a little bit of Google doc , Trello and Microsoft Excel put together to form an effective program. I like the interface ,and the numerous amount of features I am able to leverage on as a Monday user.

Monday allows us to pass instructions ,tasks ,manage team workflow and even celebrate successful completion of projects amongst team members more efficiently than was the case ,before we adopted Monday. I appreciate the high standard the Monday support crew have maintained over the last one year ,we get response to any query we send to the Monday support crew in less than fifteen minute at the worse. Obviously software providers out there have got one or two things to learn from the Monday support crew.

Cons: Monday is overly expensive.At some point last year my organization was paying for a Monday enterprise plan ,necessitating the need to downgrade to a professional plan where we still get billed every other month.

Pros: It's clever visual format, combined with it's ease of use for all levels of technical ability! Also, any time I have had a question or a query, the support team have been amazing and so quick to discuss with me!

Cons: It's a little slow and can be unresponsive when raising new pulses sometimes.

Overall: Having used a variety of project management tools throughout my career and hating all of them, I came across monday.com in November and am still using it (so for me that says a lot!!!!)

Just to set the scene, I have in the past used:

Microsoft's Quality Centre: there are no words for how much I hate this!

TFS: time consuming & not friendly when working with external teams due to security risks of sharing instances

Jira: getting better but over complicated Sifter: great but too simple (I know! I'm hard to please, right?!)

Microsoft Project: what I always come back to but loath... time consuming, over complicated, trying to be everything for everyone (badly!) and an absolute pain to print anything from! Plus access issues if you don't have the full MS suite!

Then along came monday.com, an intuitive, easy, visual tool that has solved some of my problems! This is the first tool I have come across with such an easy, clever design and is visually stimulating! It works for non-project members of my team because of it's visual format and it's been soo easy to implement across teams in our business because it's soo easy to use.

I have been using the tool since November, most tools of this type I have hated within days so it's working well for us. It might not be for everyone but I'd highly recommend giving it a go because it's worked so well for me.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give it a go - they offer a free trial so make the most of it and use it as much as possible during that time to see if you think it will work for you.

Pros: Excellent experience with the product so far. It's easy to learn and find what you need, and the "?" tips around the interface are helpful when trying to remember what a feature does, when to use a feature, or if it's available to you. Pros: It's better than AirTable at task management because of the ability to share boards instead of "sheets" like Excel, so you don't have to remember file names. From a user perspective, Monday.com also has awesome "updates," "checklists," and other features that allow for note taking and lists within pulses. One of my favorite features is the "add views" option where you can see all the tasks on a board by a calendar, timeline, file, etc. so you can really focus on a specific aspect if the public board is overwhelming. I have not had to deal with customer support yet, so I guess that means the product is pretty user friendly :)

Cons: I dislike some of the collaboration limitations, as well as the lack of visibility into seeing timestamp updates (for admins) on the boards themselves. This feature would be helpful for managers who monitor progress on tasks, etc., as well as being able to see when people update their boards. I know this feature is in the hidden "Activity Log" but it would be easier for managers to be able to see it all in one place, like a dashboard.

Overall: Personal and team task organization, as well as full visibility into everyone's tasks and priorities in the team/company.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to share, easy to develop to your own needs. Extremely good overview of workflows. No clicking a lot of menus, all functionality easily accessible. And pretty much explains itself as you start working with it.

Cons: The simplicity of use and functionality has on a few occasions made me wish for more complexity and interaction. But in almost all of these cases, I changed business requirements/processes = meaning my initial take on it was too complicated, and monday.com was part of the simplification process. A Con turned into a Pro.

Overall: Checking numerous tools for project mgmt, Monday.com stands out from the crowd in simplicity of use, getting started right away and easy to share. You don't have to be an IT-specialist or rocket scientist to understand and use in minutes. Monday.com gives me a full overview on running projects, as well as helping me keep track of the steps along the way. 5 stars of 5.

Pros: I've tried SOOOOOO many different project management software products, and this is by far the best. It was so easy to use, that i recommended that my church share a board for our projects on my account, and they instantly fell in love. It's so easy to share files, quickly see the status, keep track of deadlines and collaborate. I recommend this to anyone who has a ton of projects and is looking for an easy way to organize it all.

Cons: It's a little expensive, but definitely worth it.

Overall: I haven't had one issue with using this product. It has a sleek, colorful interface. It's super easy to add new projects and organize tasks. Adding photos and files is a snap and tagging people for comment is super helpful. I've tried other project management software, but haven't been satisfied with any of them as much as I have with monday.com

Comments: monday.com has made Project Management within our organization so much easier and more efficient. After numerous trials with other PM programs that were overly complicated and text-heavy, we found monday.com to be much more appealing to our creative minds through the color-coded options for organizing and managing projects and the tasks within them. Our team can quickly and easily tell where each project is at throughout each stage of our process by the color we associate with each trackable phase. It is so incredibly simple to use from a tracking standpoint, as you can tag people in updates, see who has seen each update, and the like button allows you to acknowledge having seen it without the need to submit a whole response, creating unnecessary clutter. Conversations can be had and kept organized within each pulse's updates. You can pin important things at the top of each project box. Uploading files is a breeze since it syncs with your computer, Google AND Dropbox. It's so much easier than emailing files back and forth, and even just using Dropbox by itself. It keeps everything together in one place. We love the drag-and-drop feature, as we can quickly reorder our projects based on priority if needed on the fly, or move projects to different groups with no trouble. It keeps us all in the loop and up-to-date with our clients' projects, allows us to keep in-depth track of everything that transpires over the course of the project for reference purposes and accountability, and provides an at-a-glance view of our overall workload in a comprehensive, yet simple fashion. Customization is great; we have been able to cater this program to work the way we need it to without being confined by certain programming restrictions as we found with other similar programs. The way it integrates with email also helps keep our progress on point, and the ability to respond back to updates via email eliminates the confusion caused by having multiple conversations across multiple platforms. We have the freedom to make it work for us, which is what makes this tool so invaluable to our company and to our success.

Comments: If your department is struggling with lists, excel spreadsheets and other schedules that are all never accessible in one area, then this is a tool you must consider. You can make the different boards however you would like and it really does allow your team to get better organized and this is accessible from anywhere which is a HUGE plus. It is a great product and I hope to see more advancements and features added in the near future.

Pros: This was a great tool for my department to help manage numerous projects and allow everyone to easily adjust the status and schedule for all of our marketing efforts. It helped streamline all of our projects into one area for viewing and my department could show sales our forecast for email campaigns, print/web ads and internal company marketing materials we had planned. The software is very user friendly and can be customized as needed. Before this tool, we had excel spreadsheets and/or schedules that were all in a variety of places and made it hard to visually show our entire marketing schedule.

Cons: This has been a great tool for keeping track of different schedules and projects however I think that the tool can further be expanded to help with marketing outreach. Monday.com has done a great job with providing updates to new features but I would like to see what more can be provided for project management.

Pros: I love the 1) flexibility of the tool to meet needs of many board functions; 2) easy of creating boads and creating timeline; 3) the user friendly interface, and; 4) the quick and dedicated customer service and trainings. In addition to the easy of use of the software and ability to plan out our work, what I love the ability to put files and links to important documents or sources within those same areas. We traditionally rely on email and other communication tools, but having a dedicated space so closely tied to the task/information at-hand is very helpful (vs. having to search everywhere). It is also worth noting that the help functions have effectively resolved my questions almost every time.

Cons: These are relatively minor, but here are a few areas, in our short time using the software, taht I like least. The first relates to timeline. The timeline at the top is intended to show a visual of the tasks. However, I find that it doesn't work quite right for how we use it and how the software captures timeline data. It's hard to explain, but in general that timeline often isn't useful. However, it takes space when it automatically pops up on top, and takes over the screen. The other area I'd like to work a bit better is the date or date range entry. It automatically pulls up the timeline but I'd prefer it automatically pull up actual dates and perhaps allow us to manually enter dates if quicker.

There's isn't a price I wouldn't pay for this kind of efficiency

monday.com allowed not only allowed an accountable, easy-to-use software to help streamline our processes, but we could finally visually MANAGE an entire company's roadmap for A-Z.

Pros: The ability to use colors, set up our projects the way we want to, flexibility of the system, customer support has been responsive and helpful, online help is very useful and organized well with a great search feature

Cons: The flexibility of the product is both a benefit and challenge, you have to play around with multiple iterations of the boards to find what works best for your team. It would be great to have some level of alerting for due dates indicated in either the timeline feature or the date feature (ex: set up to receive alerts X days before something is due). For example, if it was a setting, either at the account level or the board level, and it simply puts a notification into the inbox of the person (or persons) on the pulse, that would be most helpful. To take that one step further, being able to search or filter by that date too would be nice (although that might be more complex).

Overall: It provides us with visibility to all the projects the members of our team are currently and in the future, working on. This allows us to see capacity among our team and to report the various projects and their status to our leadership.

Pros: After a short time of using, I saw that this program helps to organize efficiently all available tasks. The project schedule is a great way to visualize your work plan. You can easily share this schedule with others. With regard to the projects, you can prioritize them, add new people to them. You can quickly learn how to use this tool, and in case of questions day or night you will be answered by support team. The design deserves special attention. It is very pleasant that is very important when you constantly work with a program, design and colors of which do not distract you from the main work.

Cons: The big disadvantage I found for myself - the lack of private messages, although it is not a messenger, but it would greatly facilitate my work. Another drawback is that it's difficult to make sub-tasks, and therefore you have to indicate the division of work in the comments.

Comments: This is a fantastic system. I've tried around 200 project systems and I have very specific requirements. monday.com not only meets those requirements, but makes my job a LOT easier. At any given point I'll have around 50-100 fairly complex projects and an endless to-do list - I could NOT manage these without monday.com. I recommend this system regularly to my clients.

Pros: Incredibly easy to use and set up. Customisable to suit the requirements of most businesses. New features and improvements get launched regularly. The support team are incredibly helpful and friendly. A fantastic way of communicating with a team about projects. Really helps with organisation.

Cons: It doesn't have a CRM or functions for quoting/invoicing. API integrations are only available on higher packages. This is why I've only given the functionality 3 stars.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're looking to keep organised and stay on top of projects, this is absolutely perfect. Perhaps not quite suitable for those looking to use it as a complete product due to its lack of CRM and invoicing features.

Overall: For our company we have a lot of sales orders which can be active for several years before completion. It is imperative for us to keep track of key development using monday.com. It is visual and easy to manage. We use it at as a tool to provide an overview that is not possible in our production system. We use several main boards describing different phases of an order providing a linear approach to our orders. Where the order/pulse is moved through these phases/boards we can keep track of new key development. The last phase is constructed as a database were we store all our pulses/orders which provides great traceability.

monday.com is a highly versatile system letting you design/tailor your own approach to project management.

Recommendations to other buyers: Would appreciate more options for automation/limitations on the boards, also cross boards. Would also be great to have option for editing uploaded documents.

Pros: Monday.com makes managing tasks and teams simple. It is a very straightforward and easy to learn platform with a simple and user-friendly interface.

I like that you can customize task buttons, keep track of projects, and customize just about anything.

Even people who might not feel like they're tech-savvy can quickly pick up how the system works and the platform makes it easy to attach documents, tag team members, edit tasks, and track times. Overall, it's a great tool to have and has made my life easier.

Cons: It would be nice if it gave you the capability to assign multiple people as a task owner as opposed to just one person. While anyone you choose can see a task, the basic platform only allows one owner -- which makes it a bit cumbersome at times if you have a group task.

Also, the basic plan (which does cost money) does not allow you to make your group boards private. So, if you have any confidential information that you don't want shared with other teams within your company, you can't access this on the basic plan which I do find frustrating.

Overall: Overall, our team is able to keep track of tasks quicker and improve our time management. It also helps us stay aware of how busy everyone is and adjust our requests accordingly. I think it helps with our teamwork and respect of each other as part of a whole team. I would also say our productivity has increased and our method of communication has significantly improved.

Pros: The best thing about Monday is the design. All of the common business processes are streamlined and are presented as boards made of rows and columns. Each row is a separate task, and each column is a component of the task: be it status, date, task owner or anything else.

There are ready made templates for common processes: project management, recruiting, marketing outreach and many others. This way, there is one straightforward to manage different processes and collaborate with the team or with multiple teams.

Collaboration is also implemented in an intuitive way: just mention the relevant team member by name in a task or a comment, and they will receive a notification in their inbox.

Overall, Monday is a fantastically well-designed product and it makes managing projects and tasks to be fun again!

Cons: When it comes to a big team, Monday is definitely not cheap. Sharing boards outside of the organization requires a more expensive plan than the basic one.

Pros: Being able to customize anything we want. We assign colors to employees so we can see who is falling behind or carrying the majority of the workload. We can see if a certain client has a lot of urgent items and needs more attention. We can share our progress with clients so they can see in real-time what we are working on. We've created a way for Billing to know when it is time to bill for a project b y using the tags feature. The software is simply amazing. I cannot recommend it enough.

Cons: I would like a way to sync certain items so they could be on 2 boards at once. I reached out to support about it and they were friendly, helpful, and gave me a great suggestion. It's not exactly what I want, but it absolutely works better than nothing. Seriously, my only complaint is that one tiny feature request.

Overall: Organizing our projects become easier, sharing that progress with clients is easier, billing for projects is easier, chatting about the tasks and sharing files is easier...seriously...everything is easier with Monday.com.

Pros: It was simple to setup and started out effective. I liked the timeline feature that was introduced and it was colorful enough that it was visually appealing. You can really customize it quite a bit and sometimes its easy to get carried away with all the new tabs you can add.

Cons: When we used this product it was still called dapulse and I am sure it has improved a lot since. In the end, our team started finding that updating it became more time consuming then we would have liked. A litle more automation would be nice, for example, if there is a start date field you had to enter the start date each time when creating a new task. It would have been nice if it auto selected the date it was added and then you could edit if you need to. I eventually switched to asana as it was just so much faster.

Pros: 1. The tool has search feature is extremely useful. I simply love the BoltSwitch (Ctrl+B)

Overall: Our company needed a central hub to keep our sales team properly communicated, as well as updated sales funnels. We also needed a ticketing system for IT support for our users. We also needed a central project management tool to help keep our priorities straight among cross functional teams. We also needed a place to keep our to-do's and action items supervised, with the ability to monitor individual performance and assign new tasks as needed to subordinates. We found the ability to do all that in monday.com. The platform is super simple to understand, they have a very extensive library of "boards" that allow you to create different types of process flows. You can send new info into your board via email, and you can respond from the app via email updates. This is a great tool to have a number of communication processes under the same roof.

Pros: Their ads are all about "you don't need a project manager." I don't really agree with the statement, but I agree with the sentiment. What they mean is: You don't need Gantt charts and timetables and empty blanks and paragraphs to fill out that you'll never use. You DO need to manage your projects, and this app is absolutely the ticket.

It's the most customizable project management software I've ever seen. You can set it up to give you a super-quick overlook at all your projects all at once.. or you can set it up to track the most detailed minutiae of a project. Or you can set it up as tasks. OR ALL OF THOSE THINGS.

And if you've used a spreadsheet before, you can figure it out. Srsly.

Pros: Easy of use. Simple. Clean, current interface. Videos on how you could use Dapulse in your company. Steady stream of advancements without changing the product/interface. Dapulse removed a large amount of anxiety from our staff and structure.

Cons: The app doesn't have a search function for individual pulses. Which makes it hard to find a particular pulse if you don't remember what board it is under.

Overall: This really changed our company communication. We can see what each of our staff and departments are doing and keep everything prioritized - remotely. This is a must having 6 sections to our companies that are not in the same office/building. Marking task as "Done" has given our staff and self a sense of accomplishments. Weekly we meet and archive all done task and can assess accomplishments as well as what we have to do for the week.

All staff has clear goals. The ability to share boards with outside users gives them an understand of where we are on the project. Posting information and updates to pulses has basically killed most of our email communications, which is amazing.

Staff also has their own private boards which I use for personal items to get done. Even our tech challenge staff has found it easy to use. The app is great for adding pulses or adding updates.

The search functions on Dapulse makes it very easy to drill down to certain projects or staff.

We highly recommend Dapulse.

Recommendations to other buyers: After looking and trying many Project Management softwares, Dapulse was the first one that stuck. It is an elegant solution.

Pros: That's right, all of us hate Monday. But after I started using this service, I had changed my mind. Working with monday.com is easy and convenient. The visual part is absolutely excellent, the navigation is as intuitive as possible, there are learning tutorials for beginners. A huge number of useful tools that make the operation process very exciting. Interaction within the group has become more smooth and productive. Absolutely in love with this platform. I hope for the further development of the project.

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this platform. Although, the trial version has a lot of limitations, which makes it difficult to get a full picture of the entire platform. Fortunately, the price of complete version isn't high.

Excellent across the board. This is one of the best tools I've used.

Pros: It is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Monday has changed the way my team works, boosting not only our efficiency and effectiveness but also our communication with each other. The built-in messaging threads make it easy to share concepts and files back and forth in near real time. We've tried numerous cloud based products over the years and none of them have ever resonated with everyone on the team. Monday finally broke that barrier. The users ability to create and organize custom boards and columns based on project is one of the best features. The real time sharing of data, files, and ability to collaborate through the tool are huge bonuses. Overall I couldn't be happier with how Monday.com and level-up our workflow and processes.

Cons: The only thing I really would like to see is the ability to import larger Excel sheets. Other than that everything is great!

Pros: Visual, its very easy to visualise tasks and see what you and your team have on by ways of workload.

Initiative, although it has many features, all are logically positioned within the webpage so you never find yourself being lost in menus.

Customisable, the boards are completely yours to design, own and use. Changes can happen instantly and hassle free meaning things can adapt to the needs of the team.

Support, when ever required, support has been readily avaliable and responsive. Bugs, although rare, have also been resolved quickly.

No subtasks, so many say sub tasks are a con, but sub tasks really cause issues and it's how to lose things, so a flat task structure hugely improves clarity.

Live system, updates and task status update instantly for all users in real time. No "who has the task spreadsheet open?" anymore.

General, this is a "to do list" which is Initiative and interactive which once properly implimented for your team will revolutionise work flow.

Cons: Speed, as use increases and boards become larger, the interface is significantly slower. Promised improvements in speed have yet to be seen.

Bulk updates, there are bulk update features for tasks however these are unavailable for all column types

Large boards, large boards are hard to mannage due to speed and bulk update/automatic date fields etc.

Pros: Monday's user interface is very friendly, and the software itself is easy to pick up on because of this. Not a lot of training required in terms of how to use the software, most of the learning came from understanding how our organization and processes would fit into Monday.com.

Cons: For large teams, or teams that are constantly adding and turning over projects (like ours), it's easy for the system to get cluttered. We had to make a point to keep things cleaned up so that the important stuff was always front and center for us. Along the same lines, if Monday improved their dashboards it would help with this problem. Also, while the mobile app is overall a positive, it too can get cluttered and difficult to navigate when you get a bunch of projects in the system.

Overall: Overall we are happy with how Monday.com has allowed us to collaborate as a team on internal and external projects. I won't be surprised if we outgrow the software though.

Pros: With the support of this software, you can easily find everything that your group has worked on, including photos, updates, projects. The best way to monitor each worker process, solve all kinds of problems and manage basically anything. I like the fast method of adding records to this system. In addition, I can provide an opportunity for myself to save all the joins in one place, reducing the need for sessions and heavily-large e-mail streams. Pros: I started with my company at the beginning of April. My first task was to make the project management schedules more user friendly and collaborative. We were just using a emailed Excel file. This was horrible for collaboration and we had to constantly be meeting to keep everyone in the loop.

I did some research and decided to give Monday.com a shot. I have certainly not been disappointed. Everyone is thrilled with this new tool allowing them to always be in the know on when projects/tasks are due as well as what step of the project we're on.

I love that the software is 100% customizable. We have different categories within our brand and each of the categories has the boards laid out in a different way to meet our individual needs. Tagging people is also fantastic! It's just a phenomenal collaboration tool.

Cons: The only con would be that there are so many features I haven't had the time to learn. I feel that I'm not taking full advantage of the value of the software. I'm not sure if this would even be considered a con, because it's great to know that there are additional features, I just have to find the time to learn the full capabilities of what it can do.

Overall: collaboration and customization!

Pros: We had trialed many other task management options before we came across monday.com and find it to be almost perfect. It does require a bit of time and effort in learning how the site works and how to create boards that work for your individual needs (the YouTube videos were really helpful) but if you make that commitment you won't be disappointed! It is so adaptable with so many different options, it really works so well and I would thoroughly recommend that you give it a go!

Cons: It would be great to be able to prevent users from being able to delete or archive pulses, at the moment you either have full control/access to the whole board or nothing - nothing meaning you cannot change statuses on individual pulses for example.

If you could filter deleted/archived pulses on the activity log this at least would be a bonus.

One other minor thing is I don't find the iphone app particularly easy to use, it is a bit too small on the screen as it is in the same format as the desktop version when you are viewing a board in landscape mode.

Overall: Overall we are all really glad we chose Monday.com as its proving to be a valuable tool within our business to keep track of our own individual tasks and reminder, but mainly our team tasks and project management too.

Monday.com is the best fit for any business model.

Pros: Monday.com offers the most flexibility compared to others on the market. It has complete customization. All you need is your information and some creativity. And the best part, is that if you get stuck, their customer service team is there 24/7 to help you and their response time is typically no more that a few minutes.

Cons: This software is still adding new features so there is a bit of a wait when needing certain action items, however their customer service team is there to find a work around and then pass on the request to their development team.

Overall: I saw Monday.com on a Monday, gave the information to my CFO and took it for a test run on that Tuesday and then bought it on Wednesday. It was clear to me that this software was exactly what I was looking for. Complete customization enables this program to fit any business needs. It offers a visual component that is more intuitive then others I have seen. You are not just working with an Excel sheet, it can be a database, track accountability for each team member, visually see what is coming up in the next day, week , month or year, show progress when working on projects and then be able to export all of your data into monthly reports. To sum it up, it is AMAZING. It has really help my department streamline and run more efficiently. I recommend Monday.com to any business looking for a more intuitive software.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like about this app on my work with it as a PM it is that you can not link task of different projects that you set up, for example, if you have a project A whit taks #1 #2 #3 AND separately a project B with task #1, #2, and #3 you can not "mention" or "link" one of those tasks with the task "#2 of project A" unless you create it as separately boards on the same project.

Overall: Its a fully customizable tool to track a different kind of projects, one the thing I most like its that you can track or manage not only web development project, instead of that you can track mostly any kind of project with it.

it comes with a different pack of templates that kind guide you to build your own project parameters to track them and collaborate, YES!!! you can mentión people of your team like a social media network which it makes more intuitive the app.

Also, the way you can create different columns and name it as you need it its a really great featured. Similar like many apps of project management, you can create tasks, and inside of them communicate with the assets that you assign to it with all the items.

Pros: There are SO many things I love about Monday.com and we might transition and use this for our internal team very soon. The dashboard looks really clean, and super easy to customize according to your preferences. You see what you need to see, and you can easily get the whole picture of projects and tasks at hand. The status bar is super helpful, so it's easy to see from our team members where they are on specific tasks. The bulk pricing is also nice, such that we don't have to buy single licenses for each user, but can buy bulk at a discounted price instead.

Cons: I just wish private boards were available in one of the lower priced plans, but I do understand they can't really provide all the features at the lower price points.

Overall: Monday has saved me and my partner's sanity as we don't have to ask our team where they are on specific projects and tasks.

Cons: Changes in status on an action item in a board can only be done by inserting a comment - perhaps a "bullet point"or sub-line can be inserted to indicate major changes to an item or line, but that line is not yet closed so it cannot be archived. It allows one to see the progress or changes that have happened to a line item without having t scroll through the comments.

Overall: monday.com has revolutionized the way conduct our business, from managing projects and every day tasks to conducting meeting. Pros: The mobile application gives complete justice to the desktop version. One could share a specific project with others through invitations. Pros: It is visual so it's easy to see where things are at with a quick glance. As a tool to help our company be more productive, it's nice to have software that does not slow you down navigating or understanding it.

Setting up boards can be a little time consuming to figure out how to best lay out the fields for that particular need but it incredibly easy and dare I say intuitive. (i.e. Do I use the date option or timeline option? Can I fit the options I need in a status box or does that need to be a text box?)

The format and readability of the site allows even our technologically challenged dinosaurs of the office to use this software with ease.

Cons: The pricing on this can be a little confusing and prohibitive. Price is broken apart by what features you pay to use as well as number of users. We are a smaller company but have plenty of need in organizing systems and communicating information. Monday seems like it would be a good match for our bottlenecks but doesn't fit what we need exactly, so while we can stretch the capabilities to work for us, it ends up being a bit cost prohibitive for us to do so when adding in

useful features (private boards, selective sorting, etc) also adds to the cost with every addition.

Monday is much more convenient to what we were doing before (whiteboards, spreadsheets, calendars) as everything is located in one place but our previous solution was free and this fix (that requires quite a bit of tweaking to hold our needs) comes with a monthly price tag.

What it boils down to is this software is convenient but not necessary. I don't see it paying for itself with time or cost savings due to having better communication and more of our info located in one location. If it doesn't increase profit, is it worth it? So far my answer is no.

Overall: Much more of our info readily available (even on jobsites thanks to the mobile app) and all on one platform. Plus the real time updating of information that can be seen throughout the team is a game changer. We love that you can tag tasks to an individual as well.

Pros: Creating pulses and customizing columns, I think that's the best part. With users from different industries using the same tool for project management, they're able to customize their boards based on the nature of the business. I really like everything about the tool, creating timelines at an instant of a click button is a great feature as well for fast-moving but effective tracking of tasks. Lastly, a web based application with comes with a mobile app is also a great feature, especially with not requiring desktop installation of the software.

Cons: Honestly, I really cannot think of anything critical I like least about the tool. Perhaps you could improve the ability to add more third part software applications for Monday to interact with. Perhaps Microsoft Office tools.

Pros: If you can't afford Atlassian, use this instead. Monday has a great feature set (To-Dos, Gantt charts, Kanban) at a far better price than any competition. For managing the projects of SME teams, this is the best tool that we've used. They also have great support and a really strong community of users in Facebook who share ideas.

Cons: It's designed for a specific need, which is companies of about 20-100 people. For personal tracking, Trello is a better system, I have found and for large enterprise, Jira offers better integration with. other software suitable for larger teams.

Pros: I love that I can (feeling like a boss) dictate which worker in our company does which task. Also, it streamlines the communication process, which I feel is a top benefit of this platform, to whichever person is best to handle that task. I can not just have anyone performing a certain task, you have to be able to have the best person for each thing that needs accomplishment or completion.

Cons: Sometimes, this can be a little confusing in the beginning when getting things setup for everyone. Finding out your own answers to your own questions makes it a bit hard however, once you do, then everything is cream cheese!

Comments: Super happy with the product and the flexibility.

Pros: Super flexible, easy to use and easy to implement company wide. We've implemented monday.com for all departments in our company. Implementation has never been easier with other softwares.

Cons: The only thing that is time consuming and not an out of the box product is the time it takes to set it up. It's great on one hand but can be a process to get the pulses and groups the way you want them. However, with that said its no reason not to use it, the payoff is huge.

I noticed that as soon I'm in the inbox- all the notification gets seen by you- without you actually read any of the notifications. I think once you click the check mark (blue button) or you go to the update, it can be marked as you read it.

Pros: The product has a bright and colorful feel to it. The ability to create multiple boards and involve other people on them is awesome. The notes and next steps are very easy to follow and the ability to attach files and easily download is soooo helpful

Cons: Like many organizational products out thr gate it is a little difficult to learn but their videos and support is MUCH better than other products. Took about 2 weeks and our team is using it seamlessly

Overall: Monday (or the Bat Cave as we have started to call it to avoid confusion) has been a great resource for our team. With multiple people being involved in 1 project it does a great job of showing where we are with the project what the next steps are and keeps everyone informed with the ability to add notes and tasks. Attaching files makes it easier than having to send a ton of emails and keeps everything in 1 convenient place

Cons: While monday.com is great for keep track of overall projects, I miss Asana's ability to assign specific tasks and sub-tasks to individuals. For us, it sometimes is tricky to know who's responsible for what, and when it's due, particularly with projects that involve a lot of individual steps to keep track of.

Overall: Our company switched from Asana to monday.com, and we've never looked back. The highly visual way of organizing projects has really helped us stay on top of things. Our workflow runs through specific stages of production, so we've found the customization of monday.com to be immensely beneficial to us--rather than the task-oriented workflow of most other project management tools.

Pros: Over the past 20-years, I've used more team and project management tools than I can even remember. Monday blows them all away and does so easily. I know people who have looked at Monday and thought it was simply a cloud spreadsheet app but it's so much more.

The templates offered in Monday make it extremely easy to setup new projects and the communication that's built in is fantastic.

Cons: No cons. Monday is the real deal if you work with Project Management or Spreadsheets on a daily basis.

Overall: A complete joy. I've been in contact with Monday support a few times to ask obscure questions and I'm always answered promptly and by a happy Monday support member.

Pros: monday is so easy to use, it was clear and easy from the moment i touched it. inviting colors, totally customizable but comes with templates to help get you started. the support tool at the bottom is incredible, with FAQs, webinar enrollment, and ability to file a support ticket. using monday is easy with tooltips when you onboard. simple functionality with shareable boards and private boards, @mentions, tags, email updates, checklists...

Cons: my only negative is that they're still building the product out, so it's probably not as robust as i'd like it to be in some regards. all in due time though!

Overall: i HAD to have this product. after trying calendar events, google keep, trello, pen & paper, etc, once i found monday i felt i was finally able to keep my tasks and the goals of my team organized and updated. as our workforce grew to be more & more remote-based, monday was the perfect way to keep everyone in the know. for all team updates the @all mention is perfect, and for smaller projects i can simply peruse a board or ask to be subscribed to updates. it has improved our team communication ten-fold and allowed us to individually track and monitor what we work on everyday - giving a sense of accomplishment where previously we just felt disorganized and downtrodden.

I loved using this project management tool. It allows us to know the progress of the work assigned.

Pros: It's fun to use, completing projects is so addicting, and the messaging is pretty robust. I like seeing everything at a glance. I like how boards can become templates, and I like all the new features that they keep adding!

Cons: It took some time to get our team adjusted. There was definitely a learning curve higher than I've seen with other software. It's been two months and we're still figuring some things out. For example, there's no centralized place where I can see all of my tasks, so sometimes I lose track of to do list, and I sort of need to keep my own to do list anyway. It's also hard to see when something is assigned to me, so that has caused a lag while we adjust and try to fill in for holes in the software. We messaged them and they said they are working on it, but it could be months. Another aspect that needs to be refined in the software is the inbox/notifications situation. Inbox is much easier to check, but sometimes misses important updates from the notifications bar, which is really hard to check. And because they get redundant, no one wants to check both!

Overall: Clear overview of what's going on, more transparency, more teamwork and collaboration.

Pros: monday.com is one of the tools that we use on our company to keep track of our daily tasks. It is really helpful when we have overnight tasks to be completed at time critical, monday.com helps to organize them in a way it suits the manger and developers. Also it has inbuilt time tracking system which help the managerial team to monitor the works of their employees. This is something we are doing in our firm, as our team members are mostly onsite, managing them is made easy with monday.com.

Cons: The main disadvantage is with the view on mobile and desktop, they are confusing. If possible please maintain the same view on both the devices.

Overall: Our team efficiency has increased by 20% by switching to monday.com as it helped to maintain a constant team efficiency by monitoring their task management.

Pros: It's easy to start with the themes they have right now. You can create boards to group the tasks easily. Task creation process is concrete and simple, so you don't loss time on that. You just need to look for the task you want implement the structure from the themes, and that's all.

Cons: They don't include more users with the initial setup and pricing, if you have a big company, then you will spend a lot of money with Monday. It worths it but there are other alternatives.

Pros: Monday.com simply is not just another project management tool. It clearly stands above most with its unique real time monitoring/management ability. One of our board directors advised us to use this tool and he said the best thing in it is it allows the users to add any update to the project in real time. Even though the people are form different continents, what we see is the project is being updated every hour. We can subdivide tasks in to several categories and assign each of them to different people and share different documents/files across them only thus it helps to keep the data safe and shared only among those who linked directly to it. It offers the best price and the I heard back immediately when I had a query.

Cons: Not the best when accessed using a mobile device. I am finding it hard to scroll down when using an iPhone app. The price is reasonable but sometimes it is confusing when the pricing page lists different price structure for different number of users.

I am at this point an extensive user of Monday in many variations

Pros: The incredible flexibility and uses for Monday are just endless. I use it for business planning, working with tech specialists, working with colleagues, and I even use it for personal task management as well as to organize some subcommittees at a non-profit I am involved in.

Cons: OK two things. One, it does not quite sync up with my calendar they way I want it to. And two - I am in NYC and I can't use it underground where there is not a signal.

Overall: The ability to coordinate with tasks while out with clients. The ability to coordinate large arrays of information (I have a board with over 400 items, each with document attachments, and Monday has allowed me to not only clearly define each one, but to assign tasks, have ongoing dialogue and track and manage each pulse with ease. This alone is just amazing and virtually impossible with any other tool I have.

Great project management tool, and constantly improving.

Cons: It could be more robust. Sometimes if you have a pulse with a lot of columns it's really tedious to scroll over to the other end of it. It would be great to see integration with Outlook as well.

Overall: I've been using monday.com for roughly a year now and it's been a godsend. My team has a lot of individuals working at different locations and in different parts of our production process. monday.com lets our whole team get a clear picture of where all of our projects are at, and what still needs to be tackled.

Overall: I'm a very visual learner & interpreter of my work flows and job tasks. I'm a fan of Trello for website development & personal life management including some team management tasks, but the structure & layout for all the content that you will input on a daily, hourly and weekly basis can be better presented for quicker reading & task interpretation (Including priorities & task date deadlines & gantt calendar).

A Group can be a Department and in each Group, you create Pulses (Tasks) which can then have sub-tasks assigned to them.

Pros: I have been using this software for many years and now I can prove it the most excellent task management tool I have ever used. I love its ability of customizing everything quickly and superbly. Another advantage is that by using this software the number of emails get decreased so in this way saves enough time. The ease of use is the most interesting feature.

Cons: As far as I am concerned with this software, I think this software has always worked perfectly. So I feel Monday.com is fantastic software that hardly has negative views. In my opinion, one of the things that I dislike is that this software is having deficiency of one of the key feature that is capability to include sub tasks or I would say the option to give tasks to multiple people within specific time is missing. Cons: IF I had to say 1 issue with monday.com, it would be the tenancy to update the software without notice. I am fairly tech savvy as they say so it's not an issue for me but understand people not as tech savvy might not be tuned to change as quickly.

Overall: monday.com is perfect. Before we used an old fashioned T Card set up, writing all our projects onto little bits of paper, sadly paper goes missing and clients end up unhappy. Since we got monday.com to keep track of all projects the team work on we have been 99% successful in keeping projects up to date and good to see where others are at at different projects.

I cannot praise monday.com enough for the easy to use software they have made. I can keep tracks on prjects from home and from mobile while travelling.

Pros: As a team management and communication tool for our company, monday.com has been fantastic. It's easy to assign (or be assigned) tasks, to see how they fit in the context of a project or the company in general, and to keep track of progress and keep others updated. In fact, it can add a real element of fun to getting things done.

Cons: It is genuinely difficult to come up with fair criticism of monday.com. There have been times when it has seemed to run slowly, but they were rare. And as with all apps that we have tried, there are always times when you long for more integration with other apps and software.

Pros: Our education team has used a lot of different productivity tools. By far, Monday is my favorite. The colorful, easy to use interface allows us to track tasks on multiple projects at a glance. I literally keep it open all day, monitoring team progress in one place. As a product developer, I tend to go deep on a project and then, need to climb back out and see the BIG picture, Monday is great for that. It keeps us on target and on task with ease. I highly recommend it if you have to manage a variety of tasks each day and want to stay on top of things.

Cons: Haven't found any cons yet. Need to use more of the features, then I might find one. The time-line could be affordable on lower fee plans, that's the only thing I noticed.

Cons: I wish that when pulse's are archived, there would be a place to view them as they once appeared in the live pulses. Instead you have to reactivate the pulse to view the information. This is frustrating and time consuming when attempting to look back at old projects.

Overall: As you well know, half the battle of working in a creative field is time management. monday.com is a great tool for freelancers aiming to keep deadlines in order. It also works as an platform to keep larger teams on the same page - it minimizes the amount of time spent communicating over projects by keeping things organized in one place. Pros: My new team lead introduced us to Monday.com. He mentioned that it has helped him and his previous team to manage their output. So we ended up using it for our team. It synchronize all information, displays progress and data in an easy access hub. You can use columns and organize all the details, In which all team members can keep track of tasks and it's status. Also view who's working on what or to whom the task is assigned to. We even uses the mobile app. You can easily switch from the office computer to your mobile device.

Everything is picking up. My manager has presented and pitched for all of the team in our program to take advantage of Monday.com.

Cons: I could say that the initial set up and customization is the only issue that you would encounter. Once everything is assembled and sorted out, its easy to update and track. I haven't used a platform such as this before. We just create graphs and columns, Add colors and input everything manually before. I have no point of comparison, all i see and experience is how easy it is to track everything.

Pros: The agility to use it as we need. It is very easy to add and change data, so we are not bound to use it in one way only.

Cons: Well, to be honest i am very pleased with the software. I wish my whole team used it.

Overall: At last, tool that work for you. Monday.com offer free training but the user interface and concept are so simple and intuitive that you can use it just as you start.

You don't need any programmer to tailor it for you need, you can customize it for yourself. Adding different types of data, choosing from list, it's all there.

One important thing we found is that with Monday.com data is transparent so every team member can see the whole picture from the beginning while color status column give us with instant the state of the project.

And last, the support team is awesome! They return to me very (within minutes) quick with answer and real wish to help.

We actually have a vendor with a helpdesk that isn't very helpful, so I use a board on Monday to track our tickets from our side because it is easier to use than their helpdesk! The possibilities are endless.

Cons: I have not found anything I dislike enough not to work around yet. :) There is no schedule/calendar function aside from the productivity tracking that I can find, which is expected, but if an outlook-style task manager and/or calendar was added, it would be an all-in-one office solution.

Right now you can only use it of you are online, both for the website and the app options. Where we work the internet is a mess and often we are not able to connect to monday.com. Besides that, is a perfect choice. Highly recomended!

Overall: I started using monday.com primarily to help organise my project workflow. As a single designer running a small design agency I had a tendency to organise a lot of my work in my head. This was leading to a fair bit of confusion when the pressure was really on. monday.com has been a revelation. It's simple interface made creating my project tracking Pulses easier and rather enjoyable. I'm now booking every job in with remarkable ease and have an instant overview of progress. The time spent on admin tasks has greatly reduced and my deadlines are far easier to visualise instantly. I'm now using it to control all my invoicing and supplier details, and when throwing work out to multiple freelancers it's been a delight. Truly a great piece of software which has easily paid for itself many times over already.

You are literally setup in a couple of minutes, and there is a video that teaches you how to use it in 60 seconds.

Extremely simple to use

Cons: The only con is that it is not completely free.

You do have to pay for using it BUT the price is ridiculously low.

Overall: I have tested several programs to manage teams and tasks

This is by far one of the simplest ones to use.

And simple is amazing. saving yourself presious time instead of a long learning curve you can get started in a couple of minutes.

Pros: Beautiful design and the UI is very well done. Smooth transitions between pages and features, and an overall superb experience using their App. I love how responsive the interface is and just how highly customizable it is, all white maintaining slick functionality. The mobile app is also very well done and features most tools available online.

Cons: I love everything about Monday personally as the cost doesn't come out of my pocket. It is somewhat expensive and I am sure smaller businesses would hesitate before making the decision to use Monday.
