### "Powerful AI Platform for Workflow Automation"

July 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, monday.com AI Work Platform is a reliable and efficient solution for managing projects, automating workflows, and enhancing team collaboration.

Pros

Easy to use, highly customizable, and the AI features help automate repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.

Cons

Some advanced AI capabilities have a learning curve, and certain features require higher-tier plans.

### "A Flexible Platform That Keeps Our Team Organized"

August 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, our experience has been very positive. We use monday.com to keep projects organized, improve visibility across the team, and make sure responsibilities and deadlines are clear. Once the workflows are properly configured, it saves time and reduces the need for constant follow-ups. The AI capabilities are a useful addition, especially for teams trying to automate more of their day-to-day operations.

Pros

The flexibility is probably the biggest advantage. We can manage projects, assign tasks, track progress, and automate repetitive steps all in one place. The AI features are also useful for summarizing information and speeding up some of the more administrative work.

Cons

It can feel a little overwhelming at first because there are so many features and customization options. Setting everything up properly takes some time, and some of the more advanced features require a bit of trial and error before they become genuinely useful.

### "Please Get and Offline Mode "

i have not worked with the ai platform much as I have not have had much time to look into how to use it

Pros

I like the automations they are extremely helpful. the customizatino of things makes the software adaptable to most of my jobs applications

Cons

the ability to not be able to work offline kills this for me. Competitor apps like slack and even google drive you have the ability to work on an offline mode. that is the main issue with monday.com

### "Very visual and easy project management tool"

May 16, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Monday.com is positive. It is a great tool for managing tasks and teamwork, especially for people who like a visual style. It is easy to start using and does not require much training. However, for more complex project management, it may not be as powerful as some other tools.

Pros

What I like most about Monday.com is that it is very easy to understand and visually clear. It helps organize tasks and projects in a simple way, and the boards are very intuitive. It is also flexible and can be used for different types of teams and projects.

Cons

What I like least is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans. It can also become a bit confusing when there are too many boards or tasks. For very large projects, it may feel less structured than other tools.

### "AI that speeds up work but needs a little tuning"

August 5, 2026

4.0

Overall, monday.com’s AI Work Platform made my daily workflow smoother and more predictable. It’s a strong productivity booster once you get past the initial setup and customization phase.

Pros

The AI features in monday.com streamline repetitive tasks and make organizing workflows feel effortless. I liked how quickly it generated summaries and automations that actually saved me time.

Cons

Some AI outputs felt generic, and I occasionally had to rewrite them to match my team’s tone. The learning curve for customizing AI automations was steeper than expected.

### "Easy to Track Work Without Overcomplicating Things"

August 16, 2026

5.0

Pros

The visual boards make it pretty easy to see what everyone is working on and what still needs attention. Assigning tasks, changing statuses, adding deadlines, and keeping updates in one place is straightforward. I also like that you can customize the boards depending on the project instead of having to follow one fixed format.

Cons

It can get cluttered pretty quickly when you have a lot of boards, tasks, and notifications. There are also so many features and customization options that sometimes setting up a simple workflow takes more time than it should.

### "Robust! Almost \*too\* robust."

August 19, 2026

5.0

Great! we've used it to track dependencies and task sequencing with our marketing team. It's been the solution we've used to keep things smooth for years.

Pros

My team uses monday for almost everything related to marketing tasks, and it does wonders for us. Albeit, it can be a touch more convoluted than necessary (if you let it), but it can be made very simple, too.

Cons

Basically hinted at this before, but its so feature-dense that it can be overwhelming to new users or people onboarding to the team.

### "Yay monday.com!"

I used monday.com every day to manage lists of contacts and to track statuses on process progresses.

Pros

I like that Monday allows for easy tracking of processes by step. I also like that Monday allows me to create databases of contacts hat I can plug into other boards.

Cons

When monday.com updated, it messed with some of my boards so they no longer functioned the way I had them set up rpeviously. it was definitely a bit of a learning curve trying to relearn.

### "Decent but overhwhelming tool"

July 3, 2026

Pros

This is a decent product but one I switched away from due to price and features. It's still overall has a ton of features and is relatively simple to implement, especially with a smaller team

Cons

Monday.com is a bit overwhelming with its features and almost offers too much in terms of workflow and templates.

### "Solid, easy to use, great for our remote team"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Solid. For us individually as well as looking at the big picture of projects, deadlines, etc. Love the color coded options, how easy it is to set up new clients and projects. The mobile app is helpful for looking up specific items when I'm away from my computer.

Pros

Our team is remote, so it's enabled us to easily and effectively collaborate. We've used it for 8+ years, managing our clients' projects and our marketing projects.

Cons

We have 4 users but our plan is for 5. I'd rather pay for each user, not a minimum. Then I would like to upgrade to the Pro plan!

### "Productivity from small non profits to large company projects and everything in between."

April 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Monday.com has been incredible! I have thoroughly enjoyed this productivity software to the point that I now use it to manage my graduate studies, and I started designing templates. And now with the AI enhanced, I can quickly design a workbook, bring it online and make micro changes as I am building out my project making my days even more productive and efficient.

Pros

I have enjoyed using Monday.com since first signing on. I was skeptical as to how the platform could help a small non-profit, but was immediately impressed by the templates and features. I was able to quickly build out a communications calendar for our social media and a grants tracking table from their templates and quickly customized it to our needs. I was also able to send out our newsletter to clusters of recipients and track opening and link utilization. It was incredibly easy to onboard my peers, they customized feeds, added comments, and found our tracking of projects more detailed and reliable, especially because we could link our Google drive and quickly attach documents for review and cross communication, not only did they find the platform easy to adapt to, they felt more productive and engaged.

Cons

We have been with Monday.com for almost three years and just over a year ago we ran into a billing and platform upgrade simultaneously, this caused a problem for us to log in and we had to step back to the legacy product while they worked the big out. That was frustrating. However, customer service worked with us each step of the way until the issue was resolved.

### "A clear, well designed tool"

April 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been very positive. It’s a platform I genuinely enjoy using. It's simple, intuitive, visually modern, and great for team collaboration. It offers strong functionality at a reasonable price and it makes managing work feel more organised and engaging. Aside from a few areas that could be more intuitive, like linking and training resources, it’s been a fantastic tool that adds real value to my workflow.

Pros

I really like how easy and intuitive monday.com is to use. The fresh, modern interface, clean layout, and overall user experience make it enjoyable to work in every day, and is easily one of the best tools we use. It’s also great value for money, and has nice collaboration features like the comments functionality that make it easy for our team to stay aligned. The vibe webinars are also a great new addition to the platform, and help me work out new functionality and how to better use the platform.

Cons

The main challenge is that linking items and automation can be a bit difficult and sometimes feels less intuitive than the rest of the platform. I also think having more helpful training videos or tutorials would make onboarding even smoother and help with new features, as I don't think the platform is lacking anything (i.e. has a significant template library, easy to use, great overall), but maybe we are not using certain aspects well or at all.

### "Powerful and Flexible but needs Customization for Nonprofits"

April 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been very positive. It helped us centralize workflows and improve organization across our nonprofit team. The flexibility, automations, and integrations save a lot of time, but there is a learning curve, especially for dashboards and more complex setups. The CRM templates are also quite sales-focused, so we had to customize them to better fit nonprofit needs. Overall, once set up, it is a powerful tool that really improves efficiency and collaboration.

Pros

I have been using monday.com for a while now to manage operations at a nonprofit, and honestly, it has made a big difference in how we stay organized. What I like most is how everything can live in one place. We use it for tracking leads, managing projects, handling contracts, and even donor tracking. Before monday.com, things were all over the place, and now it just feels much more structured and easier to follow. The boards are flexible enough that we can set them up exactly how we need, which is a huge plus. I also really like the automations and integrations. Once we connected it with tools like Thinkific and Zapier, it saved us a lot of manual work. Things update automatically, and we can see data almost in real time, which is super helpful for reporting.

Cons

here is definitely a learning curve, especially when you try to build more complex workflows or dashboards. Some features (like charts or reporting) are not as straightforward as you would expect, and sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to get things right. One thing I noticed is that the Monday CRM templates feel very sales-focused. They work well for traditional sales pipelines, but for a nonprofit like us, they do not always fit out of the box. We had to spend extra time customizing and adjusting the structure to better support things like partnerships, program tracking, and community engagement. Also, it can be a little confusing figuring out when to use the CRM side versus the regular work management boards. We had to experiment quite a bit before landing on a structure that worked for us.

Switched from

[Salesforce Service Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/136189/Salesforce/)

We switched from Salesforce to monday.com mainly because we needed something simpler, more flexible, and easier for our team to actually use day to day. Salesforce is powerful, but it felt too complex for our needs. It required more setup, maintenance, and technical knowledge, which made it harder for a small nonprofit team to manage efficiently. Many workflows were not as transparent, and it was not always easy for staff to quickly understand or update information.

### "Highly Satisfied Monday User"

April 27, 2026

4.0

I enjoy Monday- I love the new things it comes up with like the AI add-on's. I appreciate the constant updates and positive changes. I have had our account manager reach out to see if they're able to assist, but I've taken the time to figure things out. Overall, I love it, I rate it four stars because there is always room for improvement, but I recommend this program to most of my acquaintances.

Pros

The automations help keep flows moving. With large or small teams, we can consistently upkeep statuses and update our team where we need more information or something is complete. It's a live environment that is easy to use and easy to keep communication up to date. I love the Monday Vibes and the customization that is at our fingertips.

Cons

I don't find too many cons, but I wish there were more capabilities for notetaking. I tend to get lost with my notes and where things exist. Maybe I haven't found the best way for it. Also don't like that I can't customize my main workspace the way I can other boards.

### "The best work management tool"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I love it and my team love it. monday.com is the best work management tool I've used and it is now our core system for planning and delivery of work.

Pros

It's a very user-friendly platform which is enjoyable to use and has been embraced by our team. There is also so much functionality and AI features and new enhancements being constantly released. We have also just started using the CRM which is much more engaging to use than traditional CRM systems.

Cons

There is a lot of functionality which we didn't use initially, but the more we use it the more we are discovering additional ways to automate and connect our work.

### "Senior Manager"

April 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Monday.com has been extremely positive. The platform has delivered significant time savings for both myself and my department, allowing us to work more efficiently and focus on what truly matters. A standout result has been our ability to consistently maintain departmental KPIs above 98%, which speaks directly to the reliability and clarity Monday.com brings to our workflows. Monday.com has greatly improved communication across multiple departmental elements by providing clear visibility, ownership, and direction on projects. Everyone knows what is happening, who is responsible, and what the next steps are, which has reduced confusion and improved accountability across the board. The introduction of Monday Vibe has taken things to another level, enhancing our workflows, improving visual presentation, enabling powerful cross‑board data analysis, and delivering highly effective dashboards. The ability to “pimp out” our boards and reporting has not only improved performance tracking but also made the platform enjoyable to use on a daily basis. Overall, Monday.com has become a critical part of how we operate. It supports structure, efficiency, and performance at scale, 'way to go, Monday.com'.

Pros

Monday.com is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for staff who are not particularly tech‑focused. The visual layout makes it simple to understand task status, priorities, and ownership at a glance, which significantly reduces onboarding time for new users. One of Monday.com’s strongest features is its flexibility. Boards, columns, automations, and views can be tailored to suit different teams and workflows, allowing us to manage everything from day‑to‑day tasks to more complex operational processes in one platform. The built-in automations save a considerable amount of time by reducing manual updates and follow‑ups. Notifications, status changes, and task assignments happen automatically, which helps keep work moving without constant supervision. Monday.com greatly improves collaboration by giving everyone clear visibility over who is working on what and where tasks are up to. Comments, updates, and file attachments being tied directly to items keep communication organised and easy to follow. The dashboards provide useful high-level insights into workloads, timelines, and progress across multiple boards. This makes it much easier to track performance and identify bottlenecks without manually pulling data from different sources.

Cons

While basic functionality is easy to pick up, some of the more advanced features (such as complex automations and dashboards) can take time to fully understand and configure correctly. As teams grow and require additional users or advanced features, costs can increase quickly. This may be a consideration for organisations managing a large number of users or multiple boards.

Reason for choosing monday.com AI Work Platform

We chose Monday.com because it delivers the right balance of flexibility, visibility, and control, while remaining intuitive for users at all levels of the organisation. It supports how we actually work, rather than forcing us to adapt to a rigid system. Monday.com allows us to fully customise workflows, fields, automations, and views to reflect our real operational processes. This was critical for managing complex, multi‑department activities without workarounds or disconnected tools.

4.0

Overall, I would continue using monday.com for own projects. I like the different views (kanban, the task reminders) that is available. I need to play a bit more with the AI features so I know how to save some time in the feature.

Pros

The color coordination was helpful. Boards are easy to create and use. Lots of features that I have not been able to check out yet but there's a lot of potential to use, like the live docs, automations, etc

Cons

### "Mondy is for all"

June 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, monday.com has been very helpful for keeping our business organized. It gives our team one place to manage tasks, track follow-ups, and see what is going on without needing to search through emails or messages. It has improved communication, accountability, and productivity for us. The platform is user-friendly, and the flexibility makes it useful for many different parts of the business. We are happy with it and would recommend it to other small businesses that need a better way to manage daily work and team projects.

Pros

monday.com makes it much easier for our team to stay organized and know what needs to be done. We use it to track tasks, customer service follow-ups, phone messages, internal projects, and ongoing work across different parts of the business. I like that everything is visual, easy to update, and clear for the whole team. It helps avoid things getting lost in emails or random notes, and it makes it much easier to follow up on work that needs attention.

Cons

Some parts can take time to set up the right way, especially when building boards, automations, and workflows that fit your exact business process. It is very flexible, which is great, but that also means you need to spend some time organizing it properly so it does not become cluttered. Once it is set up well, it works very nicely.

### "Trust monday.com for project management and be guaranteed of success. A powerhouse that equips teams with greatness."

June 15, 2026

5.0

Our organization has benefited massively from our partnership with monday.com. Having a flexible project management tool that allows us to manage our different design projects from a single platform has really saved us the hassle of having multiple products for the same work. monday.com has also been a very useful link up point for our departments and teams allowing us to have a central workstation where we can collaborate on our operations easily to ensure fluidity of operations in the entire organization.

Pros

As a design organization, our partnership with monday.com started on a high note especially because it was easy to setup and customize it to fit our existing work setup. The user interface of monday.com is intuitive and we are able to easily and quickly surf from one feature to the other without any delays. The task management features are easy to customize based on the current project we are handling and this allows us to use monday.com to manage multiple of our design projects without having to change a lot of the initial presets.

Cons

We have seen no issues with monday.com so far. It has helped us to facilitate better operations management and has made it easy to keep our teams and departments working together as a single unit. We genuinely lack anything negative to comment about it.

### "Powerful but takes time to get right — worth it once you do"

May 18, 2026

5.0

We've been using monday.com for about 14 months across a team of 11 people in a marketing agency. After a shaky first month of setup, it's now the first thing I open every morning. The value for money feels fair at our current plan level, though I do wish the mid-tier included more automation runs. If you're willing to invest a week or two into setting it up thoughtfully, it pays back in clarity and accountability across the whole team.

Pros

Monday.com completely changed how our team tracks work. The visual boards are genuinely satisfying to use — color-coded statuses, drag-and-drop task cards, and the ability to switch between Kanban, Gantt, and list views without losing any data is a huge win. Task management is where it really shines; assigning owners, setting deadlines, and leaving update threads directly on tasks means we've cut our email back-and-forth by a lot. The automations are also a standout feature — once I set up a rule to notify the team when a task moves to "stuck," it just runs itself. Customer support was responsive when I had onboarding questions, and the help docs are actually readable.

Cons

The pricing jumps steeply once you scale up seats, which stings for smaller teams. The free tier is almost too limited to evaluate it properly. There's also a learning curve around process management — building multi-board workflows with dependencies and linked items feels unintuitive at first, and I ran into a few bugs where automations fired twice or didn't trigger at all (though this seemed to resolve itself after a day). New users tend to over-complicate their boards early on, so without proper onboarding, adoption can stall.

### "A Powerful, Visual Hub for Modern Team Collaboration"

April 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been largely positive. It excels as a "Work OS" because it bridges the gap between simple task management and complex project tracking. The interface is vibrant and engaging, which actually encourages the team to keep their status updates current—something we struggled with using more sterile tools. While the pricing tiers can be a bit steep as you scale, the time saved through automations and the clarity gained through custom dashboards makes it a worthwhile investment for teams that value transparency.

Pros

The most impressive aspect of monday.com is its visual versatility and intuitive UI. Unlike traditional project management tools that feel like rigid spreadsheets, monday.com allows for a high degree of customization through various "Views" (Kanban, Gantt, Timeline). Automation Center: The "if this, then that" automation recipes are incredibly easy to set up and significantly reduce manual data entry. Centralized Communication: It effectively eliminates "email silos" by keeping all task-related discussions, files, and updates in one centralized location. Onboarding: The platform is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly enough that it minimizes the learning curve for new team members.

Cons

While the platform is powerful, the pricing structure and feature gating can be frustrating for smaller teams. Specifically, many essential features—like certain automations or advanced integrations—are locked behind higher-tier "Pro" or "Enterprise" plans, which can become expensive quickly. Complexity in Scale: When boards become overly populated with hundreds of items and dozens of columns, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered or suffer from slight performance lag. Notification Overload: The default notification settings can be overwhelming; if not carefully managed, users can easily lose important updates in a sea of "pings." Mobile App Limitations: While the mobile app is functional, it lacks the full depth of the desktop version, making complex board management difficult on the go.

### "All in all Great! "

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall very happy thus far, still learning all that Monday can do and how to navigate my way through the more complex things but all in all I like it and looking forward to getting to know more about it as time goes.

Pros

The AI integration allowing for making baseline automation as well as more complex easy to do, great value for the money. The baseline templates are great starting points as well for most everything you can think of.

Cons

Honestly so far the only thing is the inability to move around the pop up screens that pop up for tasks you are doing. I also wish they had a way to share any boards that us as users made that we find might be helpful to others with their own touches. \*\*Side note here\*\* I sent an email to the CEO team that is listed for thoughts and ideas and I have received a reply that was from someone with an update and what next steps are within their systems regarding these types of requests. I love that this is even an option!

### "monday.com - turning Mondays into something better."

April 28, 2026

5.0

My experience with Monday has been very positive overall. I really like how intuitive and easy to use the platform is—it helps me stay organized without wasting time figuring things out. The range of features is solid, and the automations and templates save me a lot of time in my daily workflow, which makes it great value for money. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer support is when I need it. While I’ve encountered a few minor bugs here and there, they’ve never been a major issue and usually get resolved quickly. What I particularly enjoy are the widgets, which make it easier to visualize my work, and the integrations—especially with DocuGen—which add a lot of efficiency to my processes. Overall, Monday helps me stay productive in a simple and effective way.

Pros

I like Monday because it brings a sense of structure and fresh momentum to my week. When it comes to value for money, Monday offers a lot through its robust set of tools that help me stay organized and efficient without feeling like I’m overspending on features I don’t use. Another reason I appreciate Monday is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with others. I don’t have to spend time figuring things out—it just works. On top of that, their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I run into questions. In terms of features, Monday covers everything I need, from task management to workflow tracking. The automation capabilities are especially useful, saving me time by handling repetitive tasks. I also find the templates very practical—they give me a solid starting point for different types of projects. Of course, like any platform, there can be occasional bugs and issues, but they’re usually minor and get resolved quickly. Overall, Monday helps me stay productive and organized, which is why I genuinely enjoy using it.

Cons

Actually, nothing I think, I really appreciate the software because it's always evolving. Maybe the fact that sometimes my automations get desactivated but I don't know why - so I went with workflows.

### "But wait... There's more!!"

April 28, 2026

5.0

I've been using monday.com now for just over a year and a half. My experience has been nothing short of transformative. I used to struggle with a clunky old Gantt chart and now I've got a comprehensive CRM project tracking, communication, and scheduling system, which is quite extraordinary. I forgot to mention also reporting. I now have insights which are incredible. When my accountant asks me a question, I now have an answer at my fingertips. When a customer asks me a question, I now have an answer at my fingertips. My sales team are now able to see in real time their performance, which is extraordinary.

Pros

End to end it's amazing.... Flexibility, automations, notifications, all the things I struggled with previously I can now create. And that's the think. I build it.... No more, sorry that's not on our pipeline for development at this stage. Any time I want something it's there and I can implement it right away. Test it, if it's good I add it in. No good, I simply drop it and try something else.

Cons

There's so much I can do and I don't have the time to learn all about it. Even now with native AI, Vibes, workflows, agents it's everything I need but I simply don't have the time to learn and use. Not much if a dislike sorry lol.
