Pros

Great platform for managing customer information. Easy to navigate, and allow us to collaborate easily with team members. It made it easy for us to streamline tasks and manage the process of it.

Cons

It was sometimes difficult to navigate the color coding of the platform. Not everyone could see the color differences. It may be best to give options.

Overall, very negative. I think that monday.com is a platform that is behind the times, and showing that they recently cut over 20% of their staff shows that they are potentially seeing a decent amount of competitive pressure.

Pros

Honestly, not much. I suppose when I was on the Enterprise plan, we did have a decent CSM in the Customer Support team, but overall my experience was incredibly poor.

Cons

Let me just say this: for how flexible most project management software is, it blows my mind how incredibly difficult it is to manage tasks and processes within monday.com. The complete lack of features such as having automated tasks out of the box is insane. Plus, it seems like they are always having major outages. It wouldn't surprise me if they had a major outage once a week that left monday.com completely unusable for a good portion of the work day.

Pros

I like the ability to organize my thoughts. The mobile app makes it easy to write things down on the go.

Cons

Logging in/switching accounts can be a bit confusing on the mobile app. As a first time user it can be difficult to navigate all in all but once you get the hang of it it’s super easy.

monday.com continues to be an easy-to-use platform for project management and coordination with its basic toolset. That said it's pricing could be a bit better for those that desire some deeper usability.

Pros

I still like its simple, clean and clear interface, making easy to use and learn. This user-friendliness makes setting up dashboards and teams very quick and easy.

Cons

The mobile app still has some problems in matching with the desktop application and some of the more intricate features are locked behind higher price tiers.

The monday.com platform is a critical part of my daily work as a senior content marketing manager. It's the most user-friendly way to keep myself and my team organized and ensure that we meet project deadlines without missing any details. monday.com saves me so much time by automating communication among team members.

Pros

I love the amount of customization on monday.com because I can color-code tasks, automate tasks, and organize the information in the best way for my brain. This platform makes it easy for me to keep track of project details, communicate with my team, and maintain visibility on project progress. It's also a great way to collaborate with my colleagues who work in different time zones around the world.

Cons

I am unable to collaborate on monday.com projects with third parties (partners, agencies) or colleagues from other departments who don't use this program. For those projects, I must keep track of details through email, then manually transcribe them in the corresponding monday.com tasks.

i have not worked with the ai platform much as I have not have had much time to look into how to use it

Pros

I like the automations they are extremely helpful. the customizatino of things makes the software adaptable to most of my jobs applications

Cons

the ability to not be able to work offline kills this for me. Competitor apps like slack and even google drive you have the ability to work on an offline mode. that is the main issue with monday.com

company made the switch, I had no choice

Pros

Monday.com retains most of its useful features for management of virtual resources and scheduling. Workflows are mostly reliable.

Cons

The overt integration of AI features is disappointing. I do not find these to be useful or worthwhile leading to a poorer user experience.

Pros

This is a decent product but one I switched away from due to price and features. It's still overall has a ton of features and is relatively simple to implement, especially with a smaller team

Cons

Monday.com is a bit overwhelming with its features and almost offers too much in terms of workflow and templates.
