The CRM is what was missing from other platforms we have tried. Pros Our team likes using monday.com because it is simple to use and understand and great value for the money compared to other platforms. It also doesn't have an overwhelming number of features. It has just what we need. Cons I wish the pricing for the number of seats was different. we have 7 people on our team but have to pay for 10. The easy of using it from anywhere. I have used it for all sorts of small projects and it is really a value for money at that stage, unless you want a lot of advanced features like automations. Pros The most I like about monday.com is it is easier to begin with. A lot of tools out there in the market are user friendly but not easy to start. Monday.com handles new users very well and it literally takes less than a day to get used to it and enjoy it. Cons Monday.com is not ideal for big projects, which require deep project planning. It is weaker than tools built specifically for detailed project management and has less features to support such project planning. April 28, 2026 4.0 My overall experience with monday.com is easy to use and the support feature is extremely useful. The constant stream of new features is promising! Pros I like the automations and AI usage on monday.com, it makes it very easy to use and the support feature is useful. It made an impossible task (keeping up with all of my moving pieces) manageable. Without a project management software I would have been lost! Pros Ease of use and set up! Very user friendly. I had no problem learning how to set up my projects and make sure my timelines were aligned. This software helps automate project processes and tasks in a way that takes the dread out of it! Cons Setup is always a con with any software. However it is the only con I really found when using this software. It just seemed a little expensive for a small office based team. For £500+ a year it was a touch steep. In the end we used Microsoft planner which integrates with 365 very well. Pros Monday was a great planning platform which was really vedsitile. As a marketing manager I used to love planning my own workload on this. It allowed me to personally keep track of how my team was doing and allowed me to dump a lot of workload onto Monday so it was out of my mind. Cons The price seemed to be the stumbling block for me. Originally I used it for personal management however as soon as I wanted to invite team members in the price started to creep up. In my position I could need to have potentially 10 people as part as my board but didn't require the full Monday service for them so it got expensive. Cons The software has a steep learning curve and limited customization options. Customer services if the software are also not so reliable. They take so much time before responding to an issue. Picking something that grew or got better with me was very important to me to make sure I never fall behind the competition. Pros The customizability of the software is unparalleled and you can easily set it up to function well for your business just about anyone can use it in some way to make themselves more productive Cons The minimum seat plan is for 3 seats so if you're a small business or just starting out you will have to pay for 3 seats to start and also there are some features like AI or some advanced formula cells that are behind some additional pay walls which require an upgrade to a higher version. Pros I like because this year Monday turned more easy to use and a lot of AI to feautues. Customer Support helps super fast. Cons This year turned the perfect site. Good for showing progress to non-technical stakeholders. But for deep technical work, it is maybe too simple or just pretty face. Pros The dashboards are very beautiful and easy to see status. I can make custom columns for my ML experiments status. It is fun to use and click buttons to change colors. Cons It is becoming very expensive when team size grows. It's a terrific tool for the admin who has invited me and for others to provide information that is vital only to the project. Too many details to people that don't need them can bog down our efforts. Pros Monday is a terrific tool for cross-departmental collaboration. Different departments like IT and Merchandising come together to tackle initiatives that require our combined talents. Cons I don't like that I don't have the same level of permissions as I do on the project management tool I use for my department. Lol! I understand why I don't though. The admin for the project only needs to hear from me about certain aspects of the project and it's best I not have the ability to make unwanted modifications or add unnecessary context. You don’t need any extra help to use it—just identify your workflow style and build it using the wide range of tools available. Pros The dashboards are incredibly easy to use and customize to fit your needs. I really appreciate that I was able to start using them effectively from day one. There are no issues with the website such as having bugs and issues when using it. Anything I needed help the customer support has always been prompt and quick.
