Pros Ease of use, templates available with automation making it easier for all users. The customer support is also excellent offering a friendly service. Automations are easy to use and work well - would like to be able to connect creation of items and subitems within one automation though. Pros Easy onboarding and learning curve for colleagues who have no experience in similar programs. Wide variety of uses and features. Cons No combined price for having more than one monday product. We use both work management and CRM and it would be good. Additionally the implementation of Sidekick could be better. It bugs out almost everytime we try to use it. The automations help ensure nothing drops through the cracks - which is huge in a fast-paced work environment where a large part of our admin works remotely. The templates are helpful and customizable to fit our needs as well. Overall I highly recommend. Cons The inability to select and delete or move multiple items in the forms and other areas. We like that all our staff can use it and have different boards with different purposes. The forms have improved too. Cons monday.com is overall far too complicated and in our case under-developed. As our company has grown, its become such a valuable tool for monitoring stock and workload, in a way that makes things simple for our team. Pros The ease of use and how easy it is to share information with other users. We use a colour coding system which enables an easy way to track progress. Cons Nothing really jumps out, it suits our company very well. The user interface is solid, and all the information is at hand. My only gripe is that more of our clients dont use it. March 13, 2026 5.0 Overall, I feel like Monday is one of the best task management software I have used. It's pretty intuitive and makes keeping track of everything very easy. Pros Monday helps keep my Team and I super organized. It allows us to track what we do daily and stay on top of those tasks. One thing I especially like about it is how we can create boards for our graphics team (and other teams) to see where they are with projects. It has allowed us to automate tedious tasks, from work load balancing, time tracking, tracking KPI's and milestones to automating the whole on-boarding/off-boarding process. Pros One of my favourite features of Monday.com is the endless opportunities it offers through the automations. They have improved year-on-year and allow you to do some pretty powerful stuff. Cons One thing I don't like about Monday.com is how some of the features are split between the different plans. I think that SSO should be available in their professional plan not just the enterprise one, and the same goes for the file storage, which jumps from only 100GB to 1TB from the professional plan to enterprise. Switched from [Microsoft Planner](https://www.capterra.com/p/227201/Microsoft-Planner/) When I first joined the business the tool they used was Microsoft Planner, which is obviously an ok tool as it integrates seamlessly with all the other Microsoft tools, but it was missing key features like automations, integrations, out of the box boards/templates, full customisations etc. Review Source Savannah F. It is really easy to scan for information and has a lot of helpful features to automate systems. Cons It can be a little tricky if you have a specific automation or feature you want to complete, but there are lots of helpful resources available to make it easier. Pros Ease of use and the arrangement of a spreadsheet. I like that there are different items for each column to build out a robust high-level view. Cons It's a bit pricey for a small business, but it is so easy to just dive in and get going; there isn't a huge learning curve. The sharing options and export options are excellent. It's great value for the cost of this project management cost. You can use formulas also. I feel like I am learning something new everyday with Monday.com I have used it for 3 months now and I have gotten so comfortable with it and excited to learn new things that help streamline our work. Pros I like the automations and the different variations we can create. I also like how we can integrate our other systems within the board. Cons It's organized but sometimes it can get overwhelming to someone who is new to Monday.com. A better visual that does not feel overwhelming. My company had it set up pretty well when I took over as project manager. I've added more automatons and templates. Pros I love that I am able to keep my team organized. It's pretty easy to use and I love setting up automations. Cons There is a lot of features that I feel like I am not using that I just don't know about. The Monday Academy has been helpful so I can learn what else is available.
