Great tool for remote collaboration. It acts as our central source of truth. If it's not on , it doesn't exist. It keeps everyone accountable and aligned on the deadlines.

Pros

It is very intuitive. New employees adapt quickly in a day or so without much training. The ability to comment directly on a task keeps all our communication in one place, so we don't lose information in Slack or email threads.

Cons

Sometimes the page loads a bit slowly if you have a board with hundreds of items. Also, the notifications can get a bit overwhelming if you don't adjust your settings.

It's been easy to learn to use, and not super technical. Interface is easy to read also and digest. Notification makes it easy also to track collaborative project updates. The colour coding system and ability to set up customised status also helps tailor each board to each project / client and make status tracking more seamless and easy to understand.

Pros

It's got great features for managing project and progress. Reasonable modification features and real-time automation with wider systems in other departments in the agency, such as Finance and Accounting

Cons

Inability to set up boards and manage access without IT team involvement. Inability to link relevant websites and link out to other documents externally directly.

Great software, love the tools it has and how adaptable it is for us. It's really easy to use and is allowing us to plan workload and projects

Pros

As a non profit, we get a discount on a licence which is great! It's so adaptable so I can ensure that the plans we're using meet the needs of different members of the team.

Cons

It would likely be unaffordable as a non profit without the discount and some of the features are still behind a paywall

I’ve been a devoted Trello user for over 7 years and never thought I’d switch to another project management tool. a few months ago, after a client asked me to use their Monday account for a project, I was completely won over. The UX and overall structure just clicked it’s incredibly intuitive. Now I’m hooked and a huge applause to the UX/UI team at Monday.

Pros

I have been a devoted Trello user for over 7 years. Thought I would never move to another project manager. Somehow a client requested I use their Monday account to manage a project, and the UX and the way its wired completely sold me. Now Im addicted,its super integligent. applause to the UX UI team!

Cons

Navigating between boards and accounts could be smoother and better wired. the sidebar anchor doesnt flow.

Pros

It's a very user friendly platform and would be a great fit for pretty much any size of company. Even a small team of 5 like our company will get great use from it.

Cons

In my time using it so far I have not come across anything I did not like, though maybe some easier and more direct integration with Gmail would be good.

Overall, it was a good experience. You just have to have the time and patience for the set up, but once up and running, it's a lot smoother.

Pros

Once set up, it was easy to maneuver and function. I like how you can color coordinate things and have triggers.

Cons

The set up was not the easiest thing to do. Sometimes setting triggers or columns was a lot harder than you would think they should be.

\- Poor Board transfer options at the admin level - Pricey for what it offers - No way to bunch together completion of subtasks - Lackluster Support

Furthermore, the creation of reports and detailed project progress analysis are other aspects of this tool that I find exciting.

Pros

It has a very intuitive and visually appealing interface, which makes it easy to understand, allowing anyone to quickly learn how to use Monday. I enjoy using this tool because it enables real-time collaboration with my colleagues and allows me to automate tasks that need to be completed.

Cons

Monday can be quite an expensive tool; however, it offers a free version, which allows you to use it without any issues. However, there are paid plans that may make it difficult or prevent access to certain features.

Not a big fan of this platform for a small business that just needed to organize things and make sure that nothing was missed. Reps were difficult to get ahold of and often we were told that we needed to increase what we were paying to gain access to features that were in our subscription.

Pros

It was nice to see everyone else's to do list and add things to their lists, etc. is supposed to connect to other platforms but it costs more so we weren't able to see this.

Cons

Very expensive, hard to get assistance from reps, we weren't given all the features promised to us at the beginning without increasing what we were paying, and not the easiest software to use.

I enjoy collaborating across because it allows me to work in a way to work best with each stakeholder, with every user having a tailored experience and only have the relevant information to them, in front of them.

Pros

Customizable, yet not clunky, which is a difficult combination for software to achieve from a user experience. The vibe coding extension is also great, it allowed me to create an app the creates a day planner, with my projects in mind, and scheduled events in mind, ready to print as an A4 pdf in the morning.

Cons

Would be good to have the free tier include more features, like app sharing, but can understand a line needs to be drawn somewhere!

CRM is a bit hard to adapt to my working environment at first. My clients are having trouble importing data when they first set the crm.

Pros

Very efficient when working together. Saving a lot of time so we can focus on other important things.

Cons

AI features are not yet working well. But we can still use MCP to connect with other tools so that's not really a big problem.

Value for money is good, really nice interface which helps. Its highly pleasurable to use, well designed. The functionality for what it needs to be is great too.

Cons

There are multiple tiers of pricing levels which is fine, but to get the best out of it you do need to upgrade.
