Overall, my experience has been positive. There was a bit of a learning curve coming from another platform, but really love the tools Monday.com has.

Pros

Love how intuitive and customizable Monday.com is. It makes team collaboration easy, even for non-tech savvy users.

Cons

Some advanced features require higher tier plans, which can get expensive fast. Also the mobile app experience isn’t as robust as the desktop version.

I cant says it is the best project management tool but it is not too bad help you getting things done in a planned and systematic way but other similar tools in market are more easy.

Pros

Monday com is has a clean and nice interface which helps to understand the portal better, automation and templates helps in saving setup time which is good.

Cons

some features are over complicated , some easy things like reporting and time tracking requires paid add ons - mobile app is bit clumsy as well.

So far so good for inter-company comms. As an agency this works great for fast paced and multi step projects for influencers, social media, and community management.

Pros

Keeps teams organized and on track. Easy comms channel. We have teams that are across the country and it's easy to keep projects moving.

Cons

It's hard to go back and look at previous threads that contain documents. Would like an easier interface for past comments or attachments.

J’aime beaucoup la simplicité d’utilisation et la clarté de l’interface. On peut tout personnaliser facilement selon ses besoins, et la vue en tableau ou en timeline est top pour suivre l’avancement. J’apprécie aussi les automatisations, ça fait gagner un temps fou !

Cons

Parfois, certaines fonctionnalités avancées demandent un peu de configuration au début. Et la version gratuite reste un peu limitée si on veut travailler en équipe.

Cons

I wish there was a way to be more collaborative, specifically on a calendar. My role requires travel, and conferences. I would like for my team to be able to see what I am doing while I am on the road.

We paled for Monday for a year but most of the team stopped using it after the 4th mint because it was imposible to find the information. Monday should either have templates for marketing agencies or do not promote for this type of companies.

Pros

They had different charts and the board for “todays” tasks.

Cons

That you have to build everything yourself. As a marketing agency we end up changing to another platform because it was impossible to keep track of anything.

We are in the set up phase, and I am beginning to like it. The more one understands what it can do and how it works, the more likable it is. Also, the support we have been getting so far is great!

Pros

I like that it is so customizable, and that it can be molded to fit our needs. Other divisions of our company use it, but the way we use it is so different. I also like that I can customize views to what I like personally.

Cons

The least likable thing is the initial learning to use it and understanding the structure. Once I understood the structure, it became less intimidating.

I love monday.com, the colors, the organization, and the EASEEEEE. Makes life easier and makes collaborating a breeze.

Pros

Very easy to learn and use, across all ages. I appreciate the filters and different views to organize my projects. Customer support was helpful as well.

Cons

Truly have no cons.. I almost wish there was a way to incorporate sound effects, but that's just my brain saying " yayyyyyy!!" once I mark a project done. Everything else, the monday team has thought of and executed very well.

Intuitive user interface that provides the end user with a lot of information at a first glance. Set up can be done quickly and it doesn't have a steep learning curve.

Cons

Responsiveness and the limitation to use it on mobile browser screens. The app is good but sometimes I/clients need or prefer it on a browser instead of being forced into another app.

it is good! I think it works great for organizing grant writing, it is ideal for this! However i do wish it worked better for event management so that all of our fundraising could be under one platform

What i like most about Monday.com is that it is easy to see everyone on your teams working on what. It allows you to disperse work easily

Cons

it doesn't work well for event organization and compiling emails of volunteers or sponsors. I wish the event managment pages worked better to organize large scale events

Easy to use product. You do not need much time to learn how to use it. Monday has many options and loads of ways to import data and make automations.

Cons

Monday shows many popups with news. Although there is way to minimize it, some popups are not to prevent from showing up.

Pros

The interface is SUPER visual and easy to use. I love how customizable it is. You can pretty much build your own workflows without needing to be super techy. Great for keeping everything in one place.

Cons

It can get overwhelming if you create too many boards or automations. Also, some of the features that feel essential are only available in higher tier plans.

Pros

Very efficient for workflow, helps our business stay on task daily. Especially its compatibility with other apps like slack.

Needs more integrations within all the boards in a workspace. Would love to input information and have all the dates sync.

Amazing interface! It's so helpful and fast. I can't live without it. It helps tremendously to have all communication housed there. We have full visibility into projects and what is causing hold ups.

I can't think of anything I dislike! This tool is the absolute best. It has lots of premade board templates so you don't have to start from scratch.

My overall experience with monday.com has been great, It made organizing and tracking easier for us. Collaboration is also another part that I like. I can update our files and data and I don't have to inform my colleagues as they already get notified

Pros

I like how I can organize and receive automations on our charter requests. I also like how we can personalize a form that will cater the needs of our client as well as our team.

Cons

I don't like it when my calendar freezes and that I have to refresh it to load again. Sometimes I need work done quickly and it just adds more time to it.
