Not because Asana was so different, but because Monday wasn't anything special to miss. It feels like Monday.com is a jack of all trades, but a master of none. You can run opps for any team, but it might not be the best option for a specific one. Pros 1\. Easy to use and simple onboarding 2. Colorful UI (if you're into that type of thing) 3. Automations without code Cons The UX feels the same as any other tool. Moonday.com could innovate, but chose to imitate. That might be the result of trying to do everything for everyone. Pros The ability to mirror certain elements of a team's board is extremely useful to continually be able to see other teams' info in your own board. Cons Ein zentraler Kritikpunkt: Aktuell fällt es schwer, den Überblick über die eigenen Aufgaben zu behalten – obwohl genau das eine Kernfunktion einer Projektmanagement-Lösung sein sollte. Es fehlt z.B. die Möglichkeit, die eigenen To Dos in einer Kanban-Ansicht darzustellen oder z.B. mit Outlook zu synchronisieren. Hier sollte Monday dringend nachbessern. I like the UI and really enjoy how easy it is to move things around and make adjustments - its just easy to use which is what you need when you are dealing with complex programs. Pros I really like the ability to customize your workflow and straightforward way to work through the board. Assigning people to the workspace is easy and you are able to duplicate templates. Cons I really wish there was a timeline feature. I would like to see some of the planning elements in a calendar view, showing milestones and if we are on track for completing. So for me monday.com is awesome tool I used this one to assign, check status update, provide necessary comments to team members etc. I am using this from last 3 to 4 years and its really awesome. Pros Monday.com is a very useful when you are handling a large team and you have to have assign various tasks and mange them accordingly. You can easily track the project status and easily setup add members. Everything is too good about Monday.com Cons There is not too much. Combine that with budget columns, and I was able to see whether we were on forecast, no need to use outside time-tracking software. Cons The system is generally pretty user friendly but there are multiple locations where information needs to be updated manually if anything is changed, it doesn't seem like the sync always works. I think it's more suitable for very small businesses or scenarios where deep detailed resourcing/planning are not needed. Pros Visual style of project management was friendly and somewhat intuitive to use. Cons Generally I would say it feels like little more than a pumped up spreadsheet, if you were skilled enough almost all of the project management could likely be housed in Google Sheets or Excel.
