### "Great Project Management Solution"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall very happy with we have been able to build with Monday. The software is pretty user friendly.

Pros

I love how we can set up and customize boards to exactly what we need. The automations allow for a seamless workflow and notification system. When I have needed guidance customer support has always been helpful and they always follow up to ensure issue or questions were resolved.

Cons

Some functions like find and replace a 3rd party app is needed. Would also like to see more sync options with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Time. The Monday app has several bugs and limited functionality, which hopefully is being worked on as field workers tend to use tablets.

### "Monday: Very good, but there is room for improvement"

April 27, 2026

5.0

It's great for organizing daily tasks within teams and across teams, but it could be even better if the issues I mentioned were resolved.

Pros

What I like most about Monday is that it connects different teams and keeps everyone on the same page and the automations.

Cons

You can’t select multiple files at once to delete them or take other actions. Sometimes it takes too many steps to do something simple. The Kanban view isn’t as good as Trello’s. Sometimes it’s not clear from the calendar which item is being referred to, and when you click on a subitem in the calendar, there’s no information about the item. You can’t rename files.

### "A Powerful, Visual Hub for Modern Team Collaboration"

April 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been largely positive. It excels as a "Work OS" because it bridges the gap between simple task management and complex project tracking. The interface is vibrant and engaging, which actually encourages the team to keep their status updates current—something we struggled with using more sterile tools. While the pricing tiers can be a bit steep as you scale, the time saved through automations and the clarity gained through custom dashboards makes it a worthwhile investment for teams that value transparency.

Pros

The most impressive aspect of monday.com is its visual versatility and intuitive UI. Unlike traditional project management tools that feel like rigid spreadsheets, monday.com allows for a high degree of customization through various "Views" (Kanban, Gantt, Timeline). Automation Center: The "if this, then that" automation recipes are incredibly easy to set up and significantly reduce manual data entry. Centralized Communication: It effectively eliminates "email silos" by keeping all task-related discussions, files, and updates in one centralized location. Onboarding: The platform is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly enough that it minimizes the learning curve for new team members.

Cons

While the platform is powerful, the pricing structure and feature gating can be frustrating for smaller teams. Specifically, many essential features—like certain automations or advanced integrations—are locked behind higher-tier "Pro" or "Enterprise" plans, which can become expensive quickly. Complexity in Scale: When boards become overly populated with hundreds of items and dozens of columns, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered or suffer from slight performance lag. Notification Overload: The default notification settings can be overwhelming; if not carefully managed, users can easily lose important updates in a sea of "pings." Mobile App Limitations: While the mobile app is functional, it lacks the full depth of the desktop version, making complex board management difficult on the go.

### "MONDAY UNA APP QUE TE AYUDA EN TU DÍA A DÍA"

April 27, 2026

5.0

### "Easy-to-use and flexible project management tool"

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been very positive. It has improved team organization, visibility, and communication across projects. It’s a powerful tool for managing workflows and staying aligned, especially for cross-functional teams. While there are some limitations and cost considerations, the benefits in efficiency and collaboration make it a valuable platform.

Pros

Monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use, even for teams that are not highly technical. I especially like the visual layout of boards and how customizable they are for different workflows. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks, and the ability to collaborate, assign tasks, and track progress in one place is very helpful. It also integrates well with other tools we use.

Cons

Some features can feel limited unless you upgrade to higher-tier plans, and pricing can add up quickly. There is also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more advanced automations or workflows. Occasionally, it can feel overwhelming with so many customization options, and certain reporting or dashboard features could be more flexible.

### "Lots of cutomization features and great organizing tool"

April 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, I would continue using monday.com for own projects. I like the different views (kanban, the task reminders) that is available. I need to play a bit more with the AI features so I know how to save some time in the feature.

Pros

The color coordination was helpful. Boards are easy to create and use. Lots of features that I have not been able to check out yet but there's a lot of potential to use, like the live docs, automations, etc

Cons

monday academy was a bit unorganized. I was prompted to take the exam first before I could find the course materials for training.

### "Great for an online media company"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, we love it. It works great for our media business. We use it for editorial calendars, sales tracking, project management, and more.

Pros

It keeps my team and projects organized. The automations really help to keep my team on track. We also utilize forms for nearly everything.

Cons

I find that it's difficult to train new employees on the Monday.com process. Would love more training videos for users of Monday.com vs owners of the account.

### "All in all Great! "

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall very happy thus far, still learning all that Monday can do and how to navigate my way through the more complex things but all in all I like it and looking forward to getting to know more about it as time goes.

Pros

The AI integration allowing for making baseline automation as well as more complex easy to do, great value for the money. The baseline templates are great starting points as well for most everything you can think of.

Cons

Honestly so far the only thing is the inability to move around the pop up screens that pop up for tasks you are doing. I also wish they had a way to share any boards that us as users made that we find might be helpful to others with their own touches. \*\*Side note here\*\* I sent an email to the CEO team that is listed for thoughts and ideas and I have received a reply that was from someone with an update and what next steps are within their systems regarding these types of requests. I love that this is even an option!

### "monday.com - Free Online Project Management Tool"

January 24, 2026

5.0

I am currently using monday.com to collaborate on a project management Ghannt chart with an equipment supplier. The supplier is quite literally on the other side of the world, but because of the cross functional compatibility we are able to work together to view/edit/create remotely.

Pros

What I like most about monday.com is the ability to collaborate cross functionally to create and update Ghantt style charts to manage projects I work on both internally and externally with suppliers. This allows for team members all around the world to contribute remotely on the same efforts.

Cons

Just like any tool, learning to use monday.com can at first be a little challenging. But once you've learned the ropes it is quite easy to use and becomes second nature.

### "Run don't walk away from this! Run away as fast as our can!"

January 29, 2026

1.0

Nothing short of straight trash. The list of issues with this are very long and at least 30 reported to the developers. It is a huge waste of time and efforts to create workarounds to fix the fact that this is a horrible program.

Pros

I do not like or recommend this product at all. The fact that they are advertised as anything project management is silly. They are in BETA testing with tasks being able to have multi layer subtasks. That says enough!

Cons

To go even further, the portfolios do not read up from the projects that it contains. You have to report it in the portfolio for it to show up in the project. Completely backwards. This is one of the worst failures in developments I have seen in a software. ClickUp is one thousand percent better and more equipped to handle enterprise or complex management. Monday.com is a joke

Hey there, we appreciate you taking the time to share this, and sorry to hear it's been a frustrating experience for you. Just to clarify on portfolios: they are designed to roll up data from the projects connected to them and reflect project-level information at the portfolio level. They aren’t separate from the projects themselves. If something wasn’t behaving that way in your setup, we’d genuinely want to understand why. If you’re open to it, feel free to DM us your account email or URL so we can review your configuration and previous reports more closely. We’d love to take a deeper look and see how we can improve your experience!

April 28, 2026

If it were wasier to work with custoner support when there is a probem ide give 10/10. But sadly the supoort is limited to chat and not useful. Since my whole operation is on here having something broken without a fast solution is a real nightmare.

Pros

I love that i can stay organized and collaborate with my team! The new AI features are useful but still not perfect. I like the ability to create "apps" for form views based on my prompts.

Cons

Customer support is not great. Its hard to get things done because you cannot call and talk to anyone. At this point im seriosuly considering finding anothwr solution just because i dont want to have to contact support again.

### "Powerful Innovation with a Premium Price Tag"

April 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Despite the higher price point, the platform is stable, intuitive, and highly effective for keeping our team organized. It has become a central hub for our daily tasks, and I would definitely recommend monday.com to any professional looking for a robust project management solution.

Pros

The platform is incredibly feature-rich and it feels like they are constantly innovating. I love how frequently new updates are released that actually improve my workflow. The versatility of the boards allows us to customize our operations exactly how we need them, making it a very powerful tool for business management.

Cons

The pricing is a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or scaling businesses. It feels like every time a great new feature is released, it requires an additional payment or a higher-tier subscription. I wish more of the advanced automation and integration features were accessible without such a significant price jump.

### "Love Monday.com"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall experience with the tool has been great. We appreciate the support, both asynchronous and being able to jump on a call with someone when we can't figure something out or are looking at potential new features. While pricing can feel like a big barrier, it's been worth it for our team. Now if we could only bundle the CRM in a way where only 1 or 2 seats is needed, not the whole team... that would be great! We'd switch from Hubspot in that situation.

Pros

I've been using monday for years. I appreciate the clean interface and ease of adoption. Our teams love the automation, the notifications, and the new AI options to improve workflows. I don't know what we'd do without monday as our backbone of all delivery.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, but it's hard to get a tease of features (especially the AI ones, like vibe) but then have the pricing of using those features be exorbitant for our small team.

### "monday.com Review: A Powerful and Flexible Work Management Platform with a Premium Price Tag"

January 12, 2026

4.0

Monday.com is excellent for teams that need flexible workflows, visual project management, and strong collaboration within larger organizations willing to invest in scalable tools with automation and integration capabilities, has such much of my experience comes from working with it with our clients. That said, what it does it does very competently and with great ease-of-use.

Pros

Monday.com has a clean, colorful, and visual interface that makes navigating tasks and boards easier than many competitors, lowering the learning curve for new users and teams. It offers highly customizable boards, workflows, and multiple viewing options (Kanban, Timeline, Gantt or Calendar) with built-in automation that lets you reduce repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.

Cons

monday.com requires a minimum of three paid users, and essential features (Gantt charts, time tracking, advanced reporting) are often locked behind more expensive tiers. Although functional, the mobile app doesn’t always match desktop capabilities and has some issues.

Monday is the best for modularity and price. My experience is that its easy to start and change things in the future. The pricing matches the need from Standard to pro to Enterprise.

Pros

Cons

AI pricing is confusing, but I understand its a work in progress. My Work is the most confusing part of monday for me personally.

### "Great for tracking comp plan approvals"

January 24, 2026

4.0

I've been using monday.com for about six months to manage our sales compensation workflows (plan distribution and dispute tracking). Moving our "ticket" system from email chains to monday.com boards has been a huge win. However, I find the reporting and formula capabilities a bit light. It is excellent for process management , but for actual data analysis or complex commission calculations, I still have to export everything back to Excel.

Pros

Visual Status Tracking. I use the color-coded status columns. I have a board for "Commission Disputes" and at a glance, I can see what is "In Review," "Approved for Payout," or "Rejected." Automations. Setting up the "When status changes to 'Approved', notify Payroll" automation saved me so much manual emailing. It reduces the human error of forgetting to pass a dispute along.

Cons

Formula Limitations... You can do basic math columns, but it’s nothing compared to Excel. If you try to do complex tiered commission logic within monday.com itself, you will hit a wall.

### "Intuitive Process Management for Entertainment Company"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, monday.com has been a useful organizational and visibility tool for our team, particularly in structuring pipelines and aligning across departments. However, as our business scales, we’ve found that its reliance on manual updates limits its effectiveness as a fully integrated CRM. It works well as a flexible framework, but requires additional systems and automation layers to truly support a high-volume, fast-moving business like ours.

Pros

Monday.com is highly flexible and intuitive, which made it easy for our team to stand up a CRM structure across multiple business lines (nightlife, private events, brand partnerships). The ability to customize boards, pipelines, and statuses allowed us to map our sales process in a way that reflects how our business actually operates. It’s also a strong collaboration tool: teams can quickly understand deal status, ownership, and next steps without needing constant internal communication.

Cons

The biggest limitation is that monday.com still requires a degree of manual input to be effective. For a business like ours — managing a high volume of bookings and conversations — this creates friction and increases the risk of data becoming outdated or inconsistent.

### "Our Go-To place for Professional Client Implementation"

May 4, 2026

5.0

As a Solution Deployment Manager, my goal is to make the transition from "Sold" to "Live" as seamless as possible. Monday.com acts as our digital "Front Door" for clients. It has standardized our implementation methodology through custom templates that we spin up for every new project. By using the platform as a collaborative hub, we’ve drastically reduced the "Where do we stand?" emails. Clients appreciate the professional, organized interface, and my team appreciates having a centralized place for documents, communication, and task tracking.

Pros

For client-facing implementation, Shareable Boards are the standout feature. They allow me to invite clients into a dedicated workspace where they have 24/7 visibility into their onboarding journey without seeing our internal-only boards. The "Battery Widget" and Gantt views are incredibly helpful for "client health" reporting as they provide an immediate, visual sense of progress that builds trust. I also rely on automations to drive the timeline.

Cons

Managing guest permissions can sometimes be a bit of a manual chore when dealing with large client teams.

### "Repeat customer - great experience"

April 27, 2026

Overall I am very happy with Monday.com and would recommend it to others. The customer service is helpful and the system is a huge time saver.

Pros

I have used Monday.com in my last 2 roles and both were able to take manual processes and drive material improvements. The automations make it much easier to drive process flows and it is a very user friendly platform with quick adaptation.

Cons

There are some lags while automations are running which can be a nuisance. Additionally, there are limits in the logic and board structures (such as not being able to use "or" statements). The board structures can be limiting but this is not too much of an issue if you plan accordingly.

### "The best platform out there for unified, connected project spaces."

December 8, 2025

4.0

Monday is a fantastic tool and great for managing project workflows. You can easily build your workflow and integrate with all the popular platforms (i.e. Figma, Zapier, Google, AI)

Pros

Monday.com is an excellent platform that integrates well and is extensible through their solid API. Usability is up there and much thought has gone into the ease of onboarding, which is great if you are using it as a client & internal space for projects.

Cons

### "Monday Streamlining efficiency "

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, it’s a strong tool if you want something flexible, visual, and scalable—especially for project-based work like construction, operations, or admin workflows. If you're already managing bids, RFIs, and submittals, it can definitely streamline your process once it's set up properly.

Pros

My overall experience with monday.com is largely positive, especially for project management and team coordination—but it’s not without a few trade-offs. On the strong side, it’s very intuitive and visually driven. The board layout (similar to spreadsheets but much more flexible) makes it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities at a glance. Customization is one of its biggest advantages—you can build workflows that match construction projects, bid tracking, submittals, or office operations without needing heavy technical skills. Automations (like status updates, reminders, or notifications) save a lot of manual follow-up, which is useful when managing multiple jobs or vendors.

Cons

Pricing can climb quickly as your team grows or if you need advanced features. Also, while it’s easy to start, more complex setups (like dependencies, advanced automations, or integrations) can take time to fully optimize.

### "Good product - busy and lots changing but good"

April 28, 2026

3.0

Overall good, we will continue to use it as a business and I'd use it again in future. I think with AI coming through they're trying to utilise that which is great, but still quite glitchy. I personally prefer to have things properly working before implementing it.

Pros

Definitely offers a number of different products and options. I like that it is quite customisable, and allows for colour coding.

Cons

They've tried to make it do too many things. And are updating a lot of things that change how what we have built functions. There are also a number of things that they add which are so useful, that aren't easy to then implement when our systems have been built off the old version of their platform. Ie automations vs workflows. Workflows are of course better, but when everything we've built is in automatons we have to essentially do a complete rebuild while still trying to run a business and use the product which doesn't make things easy.

### "Great tool for project organization and team collaboration"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been very positive. It’s a powerful and user-friendly tool that significantly improves organization and team collaboration. It helps centralize information, streamline workflows, and maintain clarity across projects. With improvements in subitem customization and deadline notifications, it would be even more complete.

Pros

I love how effective monday.com is for organizing projects and tasks. It’s very intuitive to set up boards, track progress, and keep everything aligned. The ability to mention teammates directly within tasks makes collaboration seamless. I also find it very useful to manage deadlines and keep visibility on delivery dates. Another strong point is how easy it is to attach and organize different types of files—images, videos, and links—all in one place.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is with subitems. Sometimes it’s not very easy to customize the columns for each subitem, which can make more detailed task breakdowns less flexible than expected. I would also like to have clearer or more proactive alerts or notifications when a task is about to reach its due date.

### "Happy Camper"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I am a Monday.com fan and continue to explore ways to use this platform for my department, whether that means integrating with other platforms, building out resource libraries, or creating a training and development board for my team. I'd love to know how other real estate brokerages/teams are utilizing this platform so we can continue to learn and grow!

Pros

Monday.com has been a blessing for our Marketing Department, ensuring that all requests are logged appropriately, that the team has visibility into everyone's workload, and that we're able to track meaningful analytics to make better business decisions for our advisors. Automations have been incredibly helpful in ensuring consistent communication for all parties involved.

Cons

Some automation and metrics don't play nice with particular column types. Figuring things out through trial and error can be time-consuming or frustrating; however, I do see ongoing advancements in the platform that are already addressing some of the pain points we've experienced in the past.
