That's the main reason we chose it over other products. I think it's wise for monday.com to offer this, because if our employees move on to other companies after being introduced to monday.com, they are more likely to implement it there if they are already familiar with it. I love the customizability of monday.com. Cons The time tracking feature. We are using another app for time tracking. Monday.com does a good job of tracking time for specific tasks, but we haven't been able to figure out how to track all of our time on a timesheet. While the customizability is great, sometimes monday.com can seem a bit advanced for our small org. There are so many features to explore, but sometimes it can be overwhelming or beyond our needs. I had a little difficulty reaching customer service, and when I contacted them, I found that the problem was on my part, not on the part of the program, but a problem of my own. Pros I like that you can customize and plan your workflows and your project boards. You can set up different boards for each project and set a workflow according to time and the different tasks that are necessary for each project.You can see all your project deadlines and tasks in a calendar so you can also see where you need to focus on. I use Monday.com only for myself, but teams can be added and tasks can be assigned, but they can be tracked and you can be notified when a task status changes. I think this is very helpful for teams. Cons Personally, I find it difficult to use. Although it has many great features, especially when just starting, I found it difficult to know how to add tasks, or how to create a proper workflow. It is a very user-friendly platform that has made managing projects much easier for me. I love being able to see all of our tasks in one place and the fact that I can easily communicate with team members via the chat function. The only negative point I would make is that the platform can be a bit pricey for larger teams. Pros I liked the flexibility of monday.com and the ease of use. I also liked the ability to customize the interface to my needs. The ability to customize the workspace to fit my team's needs was really helpful. Being able to drag and drop items around to create a visual representation of our work helped us keep track of everything we needed to do. A quick and accurate real-time update about the project presented in an easy visual format of charts keeps us updated about where the project is at the moment. They do allow a 14 days trail with no credit card required to test the useful functionalities of monday.com Since it is web based it is easy to use I said lightweight app page. Pros Monday.com helps team members to analyze task quickly that they need to work on, workflows are based on the collaborative needs across department such as IT management and administrator team to ensures the stage gates are rightly set for an efficient collaboration. The inbuilt Project management tool can adopt the kaban or gantt chart style for those who love project updates on those charts, Especially useful for users who are used to the traditional type of Project management functionality, and the updates bar in real time. The interface is very neat and colorful, there are multiple widgets and apps that we can add in to the page. The best feature that I like is the ease of use to set up a project dashboard and to add the workflow for the communication and notification with tasks that are needed for the project. Cons Monday.com have to bring back their phone support which got stopped due to the pandemic. Non registered users cannot see any data or reports even in view only mode, so managing users info has no value with out getting them registered on monday.com. Pros I love the ability to track my work with a highly visual workspace. Monday.com allows users to easily collaborate on projects by creating assignable tasks with easy-to see status columns. In a matter of seconds you can see the status of a projects (the percentage completed), the steps that need to be taken, and the individuals who need to complete those tasks. Cons It can be a little overwhelming at first, figuring out how to set up a good board that is not cluttered or hard to read. Access to Monday from different devices makes it even better. It is a simpler way to manage all kinds of activities such as tasks, projects, events, follow up, budget management, among other things. My experience has been quite good. Pros Monday.com is quite intuitive and has great automation virtues. It saves us time and work since we do not necessarily have to start from scratch, it has a huge variety of templates; the graphics are of great help for the management of various issues, including Channel Sales; customization is flexible and user-friendly, so it gives you total control. Project planning flows like the wind; we can edit, add, delete or move groups and elements without any problem and without making a mess trying. This is a huge win for small organisations like ours as there are multiple functions and features of Monday that can be applied to non-profit scenarios. The support resources are great and additional sessions are offered by Digital Lift to help organisations get the most out of the software. Pros The flexibility of Monday sets it apart from other similar project management products. It is relatively intuitive for new users and there are plenty of templates and support documents to help people get started. Cons Sometimes it is a little tricky to navigate to what you are looking for (especially when learning the software), but the support documents do help with this. We haven't quite got to the stage of integrating Monday with other software, but I believe there are lots of apps available to help with this. Reason for choosing monday.com Monday provides a number of charity licences for free, but even without this, I believe it is great value for money. I have recommended it to other commercial organisations who now pay for the software. If your team constantly has multiple projects with shifting deadlines and priorities, monday.com by far has the best visual interface - leaving the most important info to see in an organized way while being able to drill down for more information. It's also one of the most intuitive software out there, which is important if you have team members who aren't too tech-savvy. Cons Monday.com is constantly making improvements, but I feel like they could have better-looking tracking and workflows. I've used other similar software where it seemed simpler and visually engaging when it comes to workflows and tracking. I'd also like to see more integrations across other widely used software. You can rename the group, or add different fields with portions of the project you're currently working on either alone or with a team. It's very easy to use and set up as well as get people added. Cons The thing I didn't really like was the trial is only for 14 days but for an individual, it's a great option the pricing is pretty decent and low so if you end up liking it the fee to keep using it isn't very costly. Pros monday.com has provided us with a one-stop-shop for managing the workflow of all the projects we pursue, where we can schedule tasks, set up dashboards, make calls & Chat, and store files efficiently. monday.com's advanced collaboration features and planning and tracking tools allow team members to create a list of the activities they are tracking and combine them on the same project page with other members' tasks to create an integrated workflow. On the same page, they will be able to report updates, write comments, and share files efficiently. I also like the way the dashboards are prepared, as we can easily divide the dashboard in the appropriate way, and we can insert graphs, tables, results, and progress rates in an orderly manner. The editing options are also many, so we can change colors, format texts, and add titles with ease. I like how you can control who sees what is needed and can help employees stay on task. You can keep sensitive information in contained areas for who needs it and who doesn't. Multi-tasking it very easy. Cons Automations are wonderful and the integrations, but you must really know how to manipulate the wording and formulas to get your results exact. Possibly just the shuffling of groups, which is a bit less intuitive (i.e. the settings for the order of the groups).
