We have shared boards to monitor everyone's tasks, shared documents, forms, etc. When you need a new type of document or collaborative environment, chances are, Monday will already have it. Cons It's hard to start using it confidently in the beginning. I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning by all the different modules available. I also like that each social media channel has a different colour and each week or project has its own colour. This makes it easier to see what projects you have going on and where you’re at with your task completion. It’s also easy to see your social media content plan and what social media site has a post planned for what day. This was you don’t miss posting to each site on something important like a product launch and you can see where you have holes you might need to fill on the calendar view. Cons It can take some time to fill out all your tasks and social media schedules but this is a good thing to work on when you have some downtime like riding a bus or waiting for an appointment.
