Very practical and understandable. Definitely solution oriented. Intuitive and simple. It solves all my project management needs in a very simple way. The design and colors are really great. The site is very spacious. File sharing, time and task management, tagging are very successful. The latest reports are good. I love the automations and workflow templates it offers. Cons monday.com could be better if they added a Gantt chart which could make the time tracking easier. It is a bit difficult to track the tasks and expenses on Monday.com. Some of the valuable features in the software were very highly priced. But, it has to be a lot better and user friendly., The import feature need to import card data not only the card titles from the Trello. Pros Monday has a lot of app integrations much like Trello. However, integrations are not as easy as Trello. I like that I can add files to the updates and has a preview option built right into the Monday. Saves a lot of time going to different places to show progress while in a department call. Cons It does not look put together tightly as Trello. I like the overall visuals of Trello boards. With the ability to generate project reports, track progress on all aspects of our project, and create project summaries, we are able to always have access to the necessary information to make informed decisions at every level of my organization. Cons Monday.com excels in all areas as a project management tool, but falters in the area of chat-based communication. Pros Monday.com has tons of customization features (you can even add your own status types). Tasks can be easily organized within groups and you can set up the members, the status, and deadlines in just a few clicks. The app is very well designed, and visually appealing, which makes it both pleasant and incredibly powerful. The integration center is simply awesome, you can easily integrate Google Drive (but not only) to Monday.com to add any file to your items. I haven't explored automation yet, but it looks promising and tells a lot about how large monday.com is in terms of features and options. Cons Some features are unclear, and I sometimes struggle to understand how things are supposed to work. I need to look up the tutorials online, and I wish it were sometimes more self-explicit. Pros This software is indispensable in this new world of remote and hybrid working. Monday.com has fully replaced our grant management system we have before and the functionalities make it much more user friendly, able to coordinate tasks and proposals so much more effectively. We have also set it up so it tracks the progress and deadlines of our grant-reporting requirements as well which was an area of particular weakness for my organisation before we switched over to this new platform. Cons It took quite a number of weeks for our non-profit status to be approved so I could get the wider team added to the platform- however the fact that it is completely free means I can not moan too much! It has saved me so much time and made my projects so organized. It has been a goldmine in our collaboration process. I wish I knew everything it can do because I know I am missing a lot. Every time I learn something new that Monday.com can do, it's great. Pros I love the way this software allows you to have multiple projects and each project can be broken up into sections. Each of those sections can be broken into sub sections and it's super easy to track and find conversations or documents relevant to a particular aspect of the project. Monday.com significantly reduced the time I spend "searching through emails" for that one piece of data I need. Cons I love that the software incorporates social media tools and usage into its platform. I noticed that it was much easier for the younger people in my office to "get it". The older people (including myself) struggle with learning it because we aren't used to using those social media tools. Once you learn them, they are awesome. Monday.com needs a really good training tool to help the older crowd. The training videos don't cut it. Pros very easy to set up and use, lots of really cool features that allow you to report on your usage and KPIs with the click of a button. I'm highly impressed with the ease of reporting on this tool, the folks at monday.com have really thought through the interoperability of the sight. I also love how many automations and integrations are available, the platform is quite robust in this area and there are enough automations available to automate most any workflow. And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements. I also love how transparent they make the backlog of new features coming out, they use monday.com boards to communicate their changes, so I really have a lot of faith that they believe in the platform, as they use it to run their business too. Great Product. Cons We use a lot of 'subtasks' on the monday.com board, and there are a few key features missing for the subtasks. They are working on these and have made good progress lately, but it is still a little cumbersome to work with. Cons Es ist der wahrscheinlich schlechteste Service den wir im Internet erlebt haben. Das Billing System hat die Gebühr zweimal bei uns abgebucht. Das brachte eine mehr als drei Monate Tortour mit sich. Bis heute ist es nicht geklärt. Alles wird auf uns geschoben und Service eiert mit Standartmails rum. Wir haben neben unseren Kontoauszügen auch bestätigungen unserer Bank übermittelt. Statt die 200 Euro zu überweisen wird mit dem Finance Team hin und her geeiert und vertröstet. Eine niemals endende Geschichte. Wir werden wohl wechseln. Das ist so eine Katastrophe in dem Laden.
