I use Monday across so many teams and processes, I probably check a Monday board at least 10 times every day. I would be lost without it. Pros You can really do anything in Monday. Set personal weekly sprints, build out campaign calendars, automate workflow, management processes and keep team accountable. It's so easy to use and set up automations with the way the logic is written. Cons Sometimes I feel like things bug out a little, like I will write a brief, save it, and then it disappears. Pros I like that Monday.com is a user friendly platform that meets the needs of a wide spectrum of users, from technophobes to the tech savvy Cons Sometimes I do find basic intuition functionality that could be really beneficial is missing, like last week, I added auto-assigned item numbers to a board and would have loved that there was a straight forward way (or automatic) that the sub-item becomes a fraction of the parent item number (eg. parent number is 15, sub items would be auto-assigned 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 etc) Review Source CE Conor E. We originally brought on the Work Management service as a proof of concept within the set, and can now see expansion potential with real value. Pros Monday.com has an incredible ease of use. It really is very intuitive and has an incredible amount of features to use in your creation of boards and apps. I particularly find the apps and vibe coding model extremely helpful. Cons Sometimes it becomes clear that the system has sections in Beta mode, and as a result you may notice slowing or crashing, or the AI just not working as it should. I use this as a homebase to store all my open tasks/projects and move them between lanes to show progress. Great collaboration tool for other team members to have visibility into what I'm working on at a given moment. Pros Really easy to jump in and start using. It's customizable, so setting up various templates/categories for your day-to-day is really straightforward. I've messed around a little bit with their AI app automation tool which has been pretty cool. I have automated a little daily report that gives me my highest-prioritiy items that need to be taken care of. I have not yet had to contact customer support for anything. Haven't experienced any bugs or issues with the software, and I'm not the product owner, so I can't speak to the value for money, but so far my experience has been quite positive. It can serve as a great resource if you have team members willing to learn and use it. Just be prepared to have a lot of housekeeping once your project load exceeds 200, and this can occur with many larger companies. Pros Monday has extensive capabilities surrounding automations and project tracking. The ability to connect board - track multiple projects in one dashboard and the portfolio solution in enterprise are all amazing additions to company project tracking and workflow management. Cons Monday has extensive capabilities, but there are many ways it is limited. When there are too many projects (over 200), automations and timelines will get buggy. Additionally, many of the automations have lines they can't cross, and it can become restrictive the more you rely on them to track a project. For example, layered automations are not a thing, which can be very limiting, and the inability to automate based on formulas and text is frustrating. Review Source LH Leemu H. Exec. Its great t o look at is as texting or not having send that long email to explain what can be seen in real time. Pros I appreciate that my adhd brain gets the stimulation from an aesthetically please AND highly functional program. Looks do matter when you have too many words, number, people, and items to look at. It is also great to have all of our team on one accord. Monday.com, def gets you through the week and beyond. Cons That you have to purchase so many add-ons and the prices that come with them. Maybe might be best to bring the prices down on them, especially for an organization already on the nonprofit plan. Those extra views and features could prove very helpful, but because of the size of our team they still take us completely out of budget. I’m still in the early stages of setting things up, but it already feels like a tool that can scale with how we work rather than needing to constantly rethink the system. Overall, a really positive experience so far. Pros Such an easy tool to learn and genuinely very user friendly. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t feel overwhelming compared to other platforms. It’s quick to get started but still powerful enough to build out more structured workflows as you go. I also really like how flexible it is, you can adapt it to suit different types of work without needing a huge amount of setup or technical knowledge. Cons Some of the AI features (such as template creation) still feel like they need a bit of refinement to be truly useful in a real-world workflow. They’re promising, but not always as intuitive or accurate as you’d expect just yet. That said, it’s clear the platform is evolving quickly, so I’d expect these areas to improve over time. AI capabilities are game changing and super easy to use and understand. Cons Depending on your set up, account allocation can be a little bit long winded however Monday.Com reviewed this directly with us & we've made changes to speed this up whilst keeping control over allocation. Pros I love how the interface allows you to build easily from scratch any workflow adapted to your needs. April 27, 2026 4.0 Monday in general is a good product with lots of flexibility and customisation. As with many/all SaaS businesses, it seems to be jumping on the AI band-wagon without proper consideration for use cases. Pros I like the flexibility of the boards. Once you know what you want, most things can be set up on a board for tracking all kinds of business operations. I particularly like the benchmarking on the Gantt charts. Cons The recent additions of "Sidekick", Monday's AI seem to be using AI for AI's sake. I've yet to find it of any real value and clutters the interface, which can already feel quite busy depending on your board setup. The "Vibe Board" still needs lots of work before it can produce something to the standard that can be produced by a human with some time and consideration. Review Source Mederith B. It's now our central port of call for pipleline management. Pros Super easy to use, intuitive and provides great functionality for everyday use but so much potential for more automation, more integration and really enhancing our workflow. It makes tracking new processes and tasks easy and clean. You definitely get a lot of value for the cost of the software. Cons We currently do not use it anymore as our tax management software does the same thing, so we did not need the additional platform to track this same information. Had we not transitioned to a better tax management system, I believe we would still be using monday.com. Virtually no restrictions in creating automization rules making it very easy to use according to specific needs. I like that it integrates with other AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT which cuts down my manual work. Cons Sometimes the interface feels cluttered and visually it's not as clean as something like SmartSheet for example. I am really pleased that my new employer uses Monday for our entire team. Seeing how everyone's project tracking comes together on Monday is awesome, and the interface is genuinely enjoyable to use! How refreshing! Pros I think this is an excellent tool for CRM needs. I enjoy the layout and ease of use! I like how Monday really excels at tracking individual projects and small teams, I feel like this is an area where other software is lacking. I've never seen this freedom given to individual users from any competitor. Cons I wish the templates were more robust. Often I feel they are quite minimal. I like the new AI tools, but I think a template with a "build your own" walkthrough would be. If Monday could connect with industry leaders/influencers and partner to build stronger boards and educate users on important metrics, that would be cool! The platform offers a large variety of templates, but we couldn’t navigate through all of them. It has good learning experience, with videos to teach the public, and contact with the team is very simple and fast. Pros The most important thing about Monday for me is the support. The team is always ready to help and listen to the suggestions. Even if the problem seems to be big, they never abandon the client and follow us until the very end. Cons Unfortunately, not all features are possible at this moment. If you don’t understand English, the communication can be a little tricky – even if the Monday team uses translation devices, they’re not always reliable, specially with terms of the platform itself.
