It is available for various devices and platforms, so access is available anytime, anywhere. Overall I have had a good run with Monday.com. Pros Monday.com has several features for managing, creating and tracking projects; sometimes there is heavy workflow and multiple groups/boards, so one of my favorite features of Monday are the dashboards; the overview prioritizes with important summaries or reports so I don't get out of touch with the course of tasks and don't complicate the process. Cons Monday has really important functions that should be optimized, such as integrations (it is a somewhat limited aspect) but instead it is a bit overcrowded with tools that are not so necessary. I swear to ever work for a company that uses Monday ever again. Pros Task management was straightforward for straightforward projects. The product seems to be well-regarded by others. Cons The silliest name possible, that lead to silly unproductive confusions,“are we talking about Monday the software or Monday the platform?” CRM requires that you input everyone’s name manually. There’s no ease of use for adding tasks from outlook, thus you have to add tasks manually. The Kansan/card view only has three columns “do”,”doing”,”done”. Never had such great experience and user interface before. It is rich and educating even when you don't know how to start managing your project. Pros Monday.com is a very great and robust platform for managing your project. I use monday.com to manage my business projects and tasks from start to finish. The workspace template feature is amazing in the sense that I can easily get an already made interface with no hassle of creating such an interface from scratch. They have both a free and paid plan that allows me to test their product before upgrading. Their collaboration features are second to none and can easily integrate with other collaboration software such as slack. Monday.com platform is very easy to sign up and use using their tour features. They make it easy to automate your task status and timing. Monday.com allows me and my team to work on our client projects that are trackable. Cons I think adding a feature that will enable me to add an image when adding a new task will be appreciated. Pros Monday.com is almost too good to be true. It's flexible, it comes with a ton of customizations and automations, and it lets you manage any type of project in whatever way you please. We're using it daily and it makes our lives so much better. Oh, and their support is superb. Cons First off, pricing. Monday is not cheap, and they charge by sets of seats instead of individual seats. So if you're a team of 6 - you have to pay for 10 seats, which - on a software that isn't too cheap - can be pretty annoying. The customisation options (colour, presentation, sizing, phrasing) also mean that two boards can function in the same way but look totally different if you need them to.
