I enjoy Monday it is an amazing value for money and it is worth every penny. I love how there are so many unique aspects.

Pros

The features and automation on are incredible. Everything is customizable and the templates are not just easy to use but also create. I was able to make my own template for marketing without any bugs or issues.

Cons

Monday is very good and I have not had any issues. Customer Support is very easy to get ahold of so no issues.

### "Challenging if you have no other CRM software experience"

April 28, 2026

4.0

I think it will be great once I get the hang of it. I hope I get the chance to update this review in another few months.

Pros

I am still rather new to Monday and have never worked with a CRM before. As someone who is really learning this from scratch, it is very overwhelming and scary. In a couple of months I'm sure I will be singing it's praises, however. If they could come up with a Quiz and following Wizard to help with the initial set up, that would be fantastic. I would even pay extra for it. But I'm not going to pay the EXTREME extra to use those consultants they have listed.

Cons

As a newbie, figuring out where to start is challenging. I actually already have hundreds if not thousands of leads to incorporate. And don't say, use the import option. If you don't know how to set up the overall program, importing only makes it more overwhelming. Trust me, I know. Instead, add use half a dozen or so contacts to practice with. Get your set up down. THEN import. Lots of trial and error.

### "The Perfect Platform for Building Scalable, Independent Systems"

May 2, 2026

5.0

Its extreme flexibility means that without proper guidance, users can easily build overly complicated boards that are hard to maintain.

Pros

As an integration consultant, what I appreciate most about is its incredible flexibility combined with an intuitive interface. It allows me to design and implement robust organizational systems while strictly adhering to a 'Keep It Simple' philosophy. The platform's visual nature and user-friendly architecture mean I can create customized, streamlined workflows that are easy for my clients to adopt, manage, and maintain completely independently. It truly empowers teams to take ownership of their processes without being bogged down by overly complex, heavy setups.

### "Efficient and easy to manage workflows"

May 4, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It helps centralize work, keeps information connected across teams, and makes processes more efficient and easier to manage.

Pros

What I like most about is the integration between CRM and work management — when a deal closes, the information automatically flows from one side to the other, which saves time, reduces manual work, and keeps teams aligned.

Cons

What I like least about is that some automations and workflows can take time to set up properly, especially when the process is more complex.

Cons

### "Continually improving and leading the way for project management"

August 25, 2025

4.0

I set this up for an organisation I work for and it has absolutely improved communication, task flow and productivity. It has also allowed upper management to get an oversight into the output of the team that is using it.

Pros

Monday is a very easy to setup and use platform. You can see benefits almost instantly when you start setting up your first board. Features such as the ability to view projects and tasks in multiple views (table, Kanban and calendar for example), and the automations are amazing. The number of growing integrations is another bonus. The special pricing that Monday offers Not For Profit (NFP) organisations makes it an absolute leader in this space.

Cons

There are some limitations in the platform such as an inability to create some automations at the sub task level. The support/development teams do a decent job of monitoring feedback in their official forums though. With enough feedback, some of these limitations can be addressed over time.

### "Intuitive and Flexible Project Management with Room to Grow"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It has helped streamline project management and improve team collaboration by keeping everything organized in one place. The platform is user-friendly, visually intuitive, and adaptable to different workflows, which makes it easy to manage multiple projects efficiently. While there are some limitations in terms of pricing and advanced features, the overall value it provides in terms of productivity and organization makes it a strong tool for teams of all sizes.

Pros

What I like most about is how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It makes it very easy to organize projects, track tasks, and collaborate with a team without needing a steep learning curve. The visual boards, timelines, and automation features help streamline workflows and improve productivity. I also appreciate how customizable it is—you can tailor it to fit different types of projects, whether it’s marketing, operations, or client management. Overall, it simplifies complex processes and keeps everything centralized and easy to manage.

Cons

One downside of is that it can become quite expensive as your team grows or when you need access to more advanced features, since many useful capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans. Additionally, while the platform is flexible, setting up more complex workflows or automations can take time and may feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are also occasional limitations in reporting and dashboard customization compared to more specialized tools.

### "You need Monday.com...really"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Nothing but great things to say. I've used it for used and have become a power user over the past couple years.

Pros

Everyone needs a and luckily, Monday.com does what it does the best - organization, workflow, management, and a dashboard to run your life, company, etc. It's easy to use, it's automation and AI that's been integrated over the life of the product is amazing! Don't know where to start, grab a template. I don't experience any bugs and if I have trouble, I ask for their support and they're there.

Cons

I think it's a wise investment if you use what's provided. I'd say it's a bigger investment on the software side, but once we realized the ability had to do things, we've gotten rid of other software.

### "Wonderfull Experience! Will Recommend!"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Wonderfull, we started using it only for operations but after having such a great experience we decided to add to Devs team and they are also having a great experience with it , they currently use it for agile project managment.

Pros

Its really easy to use! It's easy to keep operations organize and visible in one place, the cost is also very good.

Cons

The automations ,they are generally good, its nice that you can customize automations, but I do belive they can just have some applications already pre-trained for regular flows.

### "A Game-Changer for Construction Project Management – Monday.com is Our Daily Tool!"

July 27, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with has been extremely positive. As a construction company juggling multiple projects, crews, and deadlines, Monday has helped us centralize operations, improve communication, and stay on schedule—all while making project management feel less chaotic. The platform is highly customizable, which means we were able to build workflows tailored specifically to our construction processes, from estimating and pre-construction to active jobsite management and closeout. Whether it's assigning tasks, tracking subcontractors, monitoring materials, or logging daily reports, Monday gives us a clear and visual way to manage everything in one place.

Pros

What I like most about is how seamlessly it organizes every phase of our construction projects—from pre-construction planning to closeout—all in one place. As a construction company, staying on top of multiple jobsites, subcontractors, material deliveries, client updates, and budgeting is overwhelming. Monday.com has become our central hub for managing these moving parts efficiently and visually.

Cons

The biggest challenge we’ve faced is the learning curve for new team members, particularly those in the field who are less tech-savvy. The flexibility of the platform is great, but without proper training, it can feel overwhelming or confusing for new users trying to navigate custom boards, automations, and status updates.

### "Highly Customizable Project Management Tool That Drives Accountability"

April 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, has become a central operational tool for our company. It allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility, accountability, and structure across the team. We rely heavily on it for task tracking, deliverable management, and internal communication workflows. When set up properly, it drives efficiency and ensures work is completed to a high standard.

Pros

has been extremely effective for organizing complex, multi-project workflows. The flexibility of boards, columns, and automations allows us to customize processes across disaster recovery, construction coordination, and internal operations. The automation features significantly reduce manual follow-up, and the platform integrates well with our daily task tracking and accountability systems. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to onboard team members and enforce structured deliverables.

Cons

While powerful, some automations and advanced configurations can become overly complex and require trial and error to implement correctly. The AI features (Sidekick) are helpful but not always fully reliable for more detailed or structured workflows. Additionally, occasional lag or glitches can occur when working within larger boards with high data volume.

### "Absolutely Essential Work Management Software"

July 22, 2025

5.0

I use on a daily basis to enter and track data for orders that we process in my work area. We also use it to keep track of tasks, stay on top of due dates and priorities, communicate and collaborate with other departments that are working on the same job or part, and the list goes on. Honestly, I don't know how we could function as a business at this point without monday.com. I can't stress enough how integral monday.com is to our day to day operations.

Pros

I love the adaptability and versatility of . You can customize the setups, flows, views, tools in an infinite number of different configurations to suit whatever needs you may have for data entry/tracking in your workplace. The ability to build in automations and triggers helps to save you a lot of time.

Cons

The one pet peeve I would have with is that when multiple workstations are accessing the same view and make changes to the data at their station, this change isn't necessarily reflected in the same view at other workstations. Additionally, when you have multiple windows of the same view are open at a workstation and a change or entry is made, that isn't immediately reflected in the other windows. This can lead to confusion and wasted time. Remembering to refresh the browser is key, as this immediately updates all the data and any changes that may have been made at different stations or in a different window.

### "Solid CRM for Smaller Teams With Existing IT/CRM Skills"

July 22, 2025

3.0

I really liked the system overall, but was largely unimpressed with the lack of customer service and implementation resources available for users.

Pros

I loved the maneuverability, the ease of the platform. Whether you've worked with a dozen CRM platforms, or are new to CRMs entirely, this is a solid resource for project management, client engagement, and some HR functions.

Cons

Terrible customer service resources. Like many CRM systems, you are strongly encouraged to contract (externally) a database manager to ease the transition, establish your business systems and ensure set up is smooth, which is fair. But beyond the onboarding process and whether or not you contract out for that service, you are still left largely to figure out the tools, functions, and workflows of the system on your own. There are plenty of online materials and video resources, many free and posted by third parties using the software, but you're still left figuring it out on your own. For some technically savvy, this wouldn't be an issue, and for smaller teams with a dedicated IT manager or Office Manager very skilled with CRM systems, this may not be offputting - but you have to have a dedicated point person researching modules, practicing new workflows, and implementing office/company-wide resources for team members to be equipped with the skills they need to utilized to the best of the CRM's capabilities.

Pros

### "Easy to use"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It’s a powerful and user-friendly tool that helps organize work efficiently and improves team collaboration. With more flexible pricing options, it would be even better.

Pros

What I like most about is how easy it is to use. The platform is very intuitive, which makes it quick to learn and also easy to teach to others. I also really appreciate the level of automation available, as it helps streamline workflows and save time. The variety of templates is another big plus, since it allows you to get started quickly and adapt the tool to different needs.

Cons

One thing I like least is the pricing model. I wish it were more flexible, especially in terms of being able to pay per use or per project instead of purchasing full packages. This would make it more accessible, particularly for smaller teams or more occasional use.

### "Easy to use PM tool with an easy learning curve."

December 16, 2025

4.0

Use the Monday app as an IT Project Management tool to keep my team organized and to not let projects fall through the cracks. I could also oversee my department's performance and activity without hovering over their shoulder, or read project notes after the fact. Overall, we are satisfied with the app as it does what it claims to do. Discounted one star as sometime the interface feels too dumbed down and it takes some time to figure out where to see/find/add an option we need for a particular project. We are planning on rolling it out to different departments so that upper management can get a big-picture view of all department's performance and projects.

Pros

Ease of collaboration between multiple users. Able to see progress of multiple projects, and assign projects to other users.

Cons

The email notifications were a lot to begin with, but we reduced their frequency once we configured our project notifications correctly. Not being able to duplicate a project and then edit.

### "monday.com review"

August 7, 2025

4.0

Overall, is a powerful and versatile project management tool. It combines ease of use with deep functionality. While it’s not the cheapest and has a few minor bugs, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks — especially for teams that value customization and visual clarity.

Pros

The visual layout and customization options. Being able to build a workflow from scratch or start from a template — then tweak every field to match our team’s process — is incredibly empowering. The automations saved us tons of time.

Cons

Some essential features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating for small teams. Also, mobile performance could use improvement — especially when switching boards or loading large projects.

I love using and recommend it at every organization I work with. It's a great for beginners or people not very techy, while at the same time working for more advance project management and data tracking.

Pros

is a great organizational asset. As a non-profit, we are a lean team, and being able to track tasks and assign timeline and deadlines has been game changing for planning.

### "A solid project tool that actually makes your work life easier"

April 4, 2026

5.0

I have been using for a few months now and it has genuinely changed how I work. Before this, I used spreadsheets for everything and it was a mess. Now I can track tasks, set deadlines, and see my whole team's progress in one place. The learning curve is not too steep. I got comfortable with it within the first week. The automation tools are the best part. They handle the small repetitive tasks so I do not have to. Pricing could be better for smaller teams but overall it is worth it.

Pros

has made managing my team so much easier. The boards are simple to set up and you can see everything at a glance. I love the automation feature. Once I set it up, it saves me hours every week. The templates are really useful too. I did not have to start from scratch. Everything just made sense from day one.

Cons

The price is a bit high if you have a small team. Some advanced features are locked behind the higher plans which feels a little unfair. There are occasional loading delays but nothing too serious. Customer support can be slow sometimes. I waited about a day for a reply once.
