I love monday.com. I use it in many different industries and have never found something that it can't handle. I'm continually impressed by new features and the more I learn, the more confident I am in it's one stop shop ability as a work OS.

Pros

I love how easy it is to collaborate with others within your organisation. Delegation of tasks and everyone working towards one goal has been easy to accomplish.

Cons

The mobile app isn't nearly as well done. Mirror columns and other complex functions don't seem to perform as they do on browser.

It has helped us to consolidate our project activities making it easy to collaborate in and manage our projects with ease. monday.com has enabled us to strategically plan for our tasks including setting up due dates which allows us to finish our projects in time.

Pros

monday.com has a collaboration space with communication features which allows us to work together on our projects. monday.com has task analytics and reporting features which provide us with valuable insights on how to improve our task operations. monday.com has project dashboards which makes it easy to monitor our project operations making it easy to track their progress. monday.com has document management features which makes it easy to create project documents, store and access them any time.

Cons

There has been no hate towards anything about monday.com. It has given us a great experience which has had no challenges.

Our best has been the team collaboration functions that allows us to work together aligned to our project objectives. monday.com task planning features help us to prioritize and strategize our tasks helping us to streamline all project activities. monday.com has project analytics and reporting functions that provide us with every insights we need to know about our projects making it easy to evaluate our performances and progress.

Cons

monday.com has been easy to work with and we have not encountered any major issues while working with it.

Monday.com outperforms juggling multiple assistants—it continuously learns what I need and keeps improving every day. Often, new features and updates arrive before I even realize I need them.

Pros

I can’t imagine working without Monday.com. It’s become my central hub—the place where everything I manage as CAO lives. I remember how overwhelming it used to be trying to juggle tasks and keep everything moving. Now, when I leave the office, I truly leave work behind. I never worry about forgetting anything—Monday keeps everything on track with timely reminders and reliable automation. No bugs, no missed steps—just consistent, seamless support that’s genuinely transformed the way I work.

Cons

The one improvement I’d love to see is having every task fully managed within Monday.com—without relying on extra add-ons or additional fees. The good news is it looks like that’s already on the horizon, and I’m excited to see where Monday takes us next!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen sind besonders gut. Die KI ist recht gut ausgereift

Cons

das viele Kosten nicht von vornerein klar sind und das man nicht das Produkt in der gratis Zeit testet was man später buchen möchte, sondern immer das maximum. Dadurch hat man nicht den wirklichen Eindruck von dem Produkt was man später bereit ist zu zahlen. Die maximum Pakete sind dann doch etwas zu teuer.

I love it so far. It is very user friendly. Transferring over from a different CRM was a breeze. Still getting used to it but it is very easy to pickup.

Pros

It is very user friendly and customizable. Every company is different so I am excited that I can basically build out everything to my industry. Not only does it keep everything organized, it also automates a lot of my work.

Cons

Only down side is I wish there was not a 3 seat minimum. I am in a smaller company and ownership wanted me to try it out first. It would be nice if I could just get it myself to try it out and then go up to a 3 seat program as I build out my sales team.

Monday has achieved everything I've needed it to so far. I've been able to connect it to my backend automations and create some really useful and specialized tools for our company. It's been a great tool to work with.

Pros

What I like most about Monday is it's ease of use and capabilities. Setting up boards and filling out information is super easy to do and so powerful. Once you understand items, subitems, and board relationships, there's so much you could do with this tool. Setting up automations is also super with their templates and sentense-based setup.

Cons

I ran into some limitations working with subitems and summarizing on the parent item. I also wish setting up new custom views for items was more intuitive. Overall though, I have really enjoyed working with Monday.

Cons

Integration with other platforms and software needs work on, it's easy to learn, but training could be improved for newer upgrades.

Pros

To be honest both vendor and our in-house technical teams have played well in ensuring that we face zero errors in monday.com.

Overall, we're really satisfied with Monday to manage both customer projects and internal projects. We've digitized archaic processes within our company, and given back hours in the day to a few power users. I'd highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make your day more efficient and trackable.

Pros

Incredibly user friendly and easy to learn quickly. The nesting structure is incredible, from boards to groups to tasks to subtasks. Nearly all features I need to manage my projects are available in a great UI. I also like how I can save multiple views within my project.

Cons

There's nothing major that I dislike about Monday. The price-point is fair for our relatively small team using the platform, and the integrations and automations are continuously improving. If anything, perhaps Monday could add a chat feature instead of needing to call out other users within comments.

It's been a love hate relationship. Ultimately, it helps keep our projects on track, but it feels very cluttered and hard to see how we are doing as a whole.

Pros

I like that it allows enough customization to track projects in detail, along with owners of each task with a project. There is some reporting functionality as well that is useful.

Cons

The automation doesn't always work like it should. For example, when a task is completed, it doesn't always waterfall correctly, or notify the next owner of a task. The software also needs better executive reports. The software does not present information in an easily understandable way at a glance.

monday.com is so easy to use and any time I have any questions, customer support its superfast and responsive with easy-to-understand explanations especially for someone who isn't very tech savvy like how to set up automations, A HUGE TIME SAVER!

Pros

I use monday.com for my O&P lab to track and manage fabrication and client status. It is a fantastic platform with great integrated features for us to communicate and update projects with a live feed and in real time. All-inclusive so there's no hidden fees for necessary functions like most other apps.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives. Any time i have an issue, which is always a lack of understanding on my side, support is always there to assist.

10 out of 10. They have a ton of support articles, a great online community, quick support when you contact them. They're wonderful!

Pros

My team laughs at me because I'm basically a Monday.com evangelist. I love the flexibility of the boards, docs, dashboards. I love the automations. I love tagging in comments. I love connecting to other tools. I would not be able to do my job without it!

Cons

The main con in my head is the price point for a small business. I wish we had enterprise for the things it would unlock in it's use but we can't afford it. And truthfully I don't think the price is unreasonable, it's just above what we can afford right now.

Overall, I think my experience has been pretty good. It has really helped our organization stay up to date with what various teams are doing, which has not only eliminated a lot of meetings/emails, but it has helped us streamline processes and stay more productive versus just busy. Also, it has been very nice for tracking progress of projects and keeping a record of tasks over time and for daily use.

Pros

I like that you can have so many boards and that you can make automations on each board that involve scheduling, duplicating items across boards, and assigning items. It helps our small organization streamline our work and increase productive collaboration across teams.

Cons

I don't like that you can't edit the columns across groups within one board. For example, there are some groups that I don't necessarily need a deadline for, but they're in the same board as other groups that do need a deadline. This makes it less easy/visually pleasing/well organized. I also wish the widgets/graphs for time tracking were better laid out in order to understand where people are spending their time most.

Only been using it a month, but its already better than other project management tools Ive used in the past and would recommend this to other agencies

Pros

Its so easy to navigate, manage projects, record time, and understand where everything is on a project. There are so many handy automations as well that speed up the process and make sure things work as well as they possibly can! I like the fact that there are other apps and widgets that you can incorporate to make your job easier!

Cons

Its not a Monday issues, its the apps/widgets that attach to it, can be clunky, don't have the same UX as Monday, and can make some tasks a bit more complicated than they need to be!
