August 1, 2023 5.0 We use to project manage our construction jobs and it has been very easy to use, adapt and update. Pros The user interface is easy to use and follow, very intuitive. It is also easy to make changes on the fly or updates to your existing boards if you identify a new component that is needed. We are always improving so this is a handy feature! Cons There are some critical features that we rely on that are using a 3rd party developed add-on, there were MANY reviews asking to add this feature. There needs to be a column where you can share notes. It’d be great to be able to share project boards and if you used a meeting tab to takes notes and or a whiteboard tool. I can easily manage the whole lifecycle of my product, starting from development, marketing, project management, CRM, and other business operations. I personally use it to create, yearly and quarterly roadmaps. Most of all, during monthly planning, I can easily collaborate and share my dashboard with my entire team. Cons It has a lot to offer, and thus the learning curve for me was a little tricky. I have been using their app for some time, and even now I find new features daily. I stumbled upon the platform while I was researching productivity tools about 2.5 years ago. I use it mainly as a way to keep a number of people in touch on where things are at in terms of completion, along with using as a tool for guiding projects. Pros I use this software to ensure that our 4 person acccounting team along with a few guest HR people can do everything needed to close our month end, stay on top of project, and process payroll just to name a few things. They're continually updating which I absolutely love. It shows that the platform isn't going anywhere. Cons I feel that the cost of the platform is a bit high. It's very valuable but I feel like the price for our small team is too high. That said, I'll continue to use it every year until something better comes along. Abbiamo optato per un altro software che svolge le stesse funzioni (chiudendo un occhio su quello che gratuitamente non si può fare). Sicuramente non è pari a Monday come funzionalità, ma con un minimo di capacità di adattamento ci siamo arrangiati. Pros come gestione progetto e task è assolutamente fatto bene. La versione completa offre molte funzionalità utili al task management, ma per azienda o anche piccoli team la spesa per mantenere la versione "premium" inizia ad essere importante. Cons Si riesce a mantenere la versione gratuita solo per 2 persone, dalla terza in poi si paga (a persona). Sicuramente è una spesa che si possono permettere medie e grandi aziende con tanti team (magari con un prezzo agevolato). The ability to create and tweak fully custom layouts is very pleasing and allows for high efficiency production. Pros I love the customization features that allow you to create just about anything you desire. The ability to rapidly change the types of views without having to create separate files is incredibly efficient as well. Cons There are so many different features and customizable options, that at times it can be a little overwhelming trying to setup the 'perfect' layout. If you're utilizing this software, you need to make sure that your team's adoption is fast and consistent. Otherwise, you'll find yourself being the only person using it and doing more micro-management. Pros Visually, is appealing. It's color scheme makes it easy to quickly scan and view a project or task's status. It is also very easy to organize projects and tasks in various boards. Each task has the ability to add comments, files, docs, etc to keep everything in one place. Cons There are some key features I always look for in a PM software that this one doesn't have: task dependency, able to quickly build timeline, easily describe who is accountable for which task. Right now, timeline building is very click heavy. It's OK if you are needing to manage few projects with few tasks, but by not having task dependencies or a user flow that makes it easier to get several dozen tasks added, it is very time extensive. I've tried around 200 project systems and I have very specific requirements. not only meets those requirements, but makes my job a LOT easier. At any given point I'll have around 50-100 fairly complex projects and an endless to-do list - I could NOT manage these without monday.com. I recommend this system regularly to my clients. Pros Incredibly easy to use and set up. Customisable to suit the requirements of most businesses. New features and improvements get launched regularly. The support team are incredibly helpful and friendly. A fantastic way of communicating with a team about projects. Really helps with organisation. Cons It doesn't have a CRM or functions for quoting/invoicing. API integrations are only available on higher packages. This is why I've only given the functionality 3 stars.
