At the same time, it allows to adapt the functions according to the project needs. Cons At the moment, using the free version the features are limited. Pros There are SO many things I love about Monday.com and we might transition and use this for our internal team very soon. The dashboard looks really clean, and super easy to customize according to your preferences. You see what you need to see, and you can easily get the whole picture of projects and tasks at hand. The status bar is super helpful, so it's easy to see from our team members where they are on specific tasks. The bulk pricing is also nice, such that we don't have to buy single licenses for each user, but can buy bulk at a discounted price instead. Cons I just wish private boards were available in one of the lower priced plans, but I do understand they can't really provide all the features at the lower price points. The ability to create different boards keeps teams organized. It also facilitates different teams collaborating on projects. The notes feature and person tagging is an easy way to keep track of all your tasks. It also stores a history of transactions for future use Cons I wish there were more ways to integrate other software's we use on a day to day basis. Adding automation to tasks. The only other roadblock is simply getting teams and staff to commit to using it. It is most beneficial if everyone keeps track and updates the boards. As a freelancer, you absolutely need to stay organized and on top of your tasks. Monday.com is the perfect tool that I found to do that. I'm able to update it anytime, from anywhere by just accessing it from my phone as well. I am really excited to see how my work performance will shape once I've been using it for months. Pros It's tough to pick what I like the most about Monday.com as I really think it's brilliant! I tested other similar sites before and it didn't keep me engaged, after a few days I would forget to go back into it, but this one is catching my attention every day. I love the colors, the structure, the flexibility and the fact that I can work individually in it, without the need to add a team or purchase to access it. Also, the design is so modern! We used to have to have 2-3 different tools to keep up with projects, but with Monday.com, we have everything we need: project managing, time tracking, deadlines, team members, all in one easy tool! Pros This software makes it easy to track all projects. You can easily tell which step of the process it's in and who the project is with. Deadlines are easy to track as well, with "overdue" feature. This program is easy for every one in involved! Cons Monday.com can be a bit slow and lagging at times. When you have a lot of pulses going, the formatting slows way down, making it hard scan quickly and with ease through the projects.
