Pros

the app is easy to navigate and the tools are also pretty easy to use. Templates available are customizable and there are so many different ways to add different project views that it is hard to not find the software appealing.

Cons

I only used this software briefly as i was involved in a singular project that used it so i didn't need to use it much after that. As with many sites like this, i would say what I liked the least is the free version (which is what i used) did not have near the offerings of the other versions that required payment. I can see that the paid versions seem to have much more and if i was working with project management software in the future monday.com would be right up there as a top choice

I have been using monday.com for project and task management for a while now and it is very easy to use, even for new team members. I like that how flexible monday.com is. I can customize workflows as I want.

Cons

Some useful features are only available for higher tire, which sometimes feels limiting. Other than that it is best tool.

Really enjoyed the overall simplicity and the iOS app was great too. You can toggle between different views (Kanban, Gantt, Calendar, and Timeline) without needing a technical setup and I appreciated that.

Pros

Great task management tool, simple layout with highly customization options. Used it with a team of partner managers to collaborate on projects and ensure the partners were taken care of.

Cons

The pricing felt a little clunky. When we were first trying it out, there was rigid per-seat pricing with a three-user minimum. Once everyone on the team was using it, this was no longer a problem.

Overall, I think it's a decent product. I've used ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Project, etc. I started using Monday a year ago and recently started using it again for my business. It's just simple to use, which I appreciate.

Pros

The dev platform is much easier to use than comparable products like Jira. Much less convoluted and constrained.

Cons

The app needs some work; it runs better on the website, but I don't like running apps via browser because it just adds to my tab clutter. I also think it's a little expensive, I do consider time to time if it's actually worth it.

My and team and use Monday.com every day. It has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and on track with projects. It makes project management, communication, and tracking progress simple and efficient.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at first due to the wide range of features, functionalities, and integrations available. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes an incredibly powerful and efficient tool for managing projects and workflows.

We've been using monday.com for about 14 months across a team of 11 people in a marketing agency. After a shaky first month of setup, it's now the first thing I open every morning. The value for money feels fair at our current plan level, though I do wish the mid-tier included more automation runs. Pros

Monday.com completely changed how our team tracks work. The visual boards are genuinely satisfying to use — color-coded statuses, drag-and-drop task cards, and the ability to switch between Kanban, Gantt, and list views without losing any data is a huge win. Task management is where it really shines; assigning owners, setting deadlines, and leaving update threads directly on tasks means we've cut our email back-and-forth by a lot. The automations are also a standout feature — once I set up a rule to notify the team when a task moves to "stuck," it just runs itself. Customer support was responsive when I had onboarding questions, and the help docs are actually readable.

Cons

The pricing jumps steeply once you scale up seats, which stings for smaller teams. The free tier is almost too limited to evaluate it properly. There's also a learning curve around process management — building multi-board workflows with dependencies and linked items feels unintuitive at first, and I ran into a few bugs where automations fired twice or didn't trigger at all (though this seemed to resolve itself after a day). New users tend to over-complicate their boards early on, so without proper onboarding, adoption can stall.

I've used Monday.com to help manage several marketing projects and it is a very modern looking way to track progress, store vital information, and work togehter.

Pros

Monday.com is a great value for money option when it comes to project management and collaboration. It is an easy product to get started with. It has all the features you need and an easy to navigate interface. I've used it in a couple of places, and it always helps with things go easier.

Cons

I like everything about Monday.com. I think that some may want more features or high-end support, but I am able to get all I need from Monday.com.

My overall experience with Monday.com is positive. It is a great tool for managing tasks and teamwork, especially for people who like a visual style. It is easy to start using and does not require much training. However, for more complex project management, it may not be as powerful as some other tools.

Pros

What I like most about Monday.com is that it is very easy to understand and visually clear. It helps organize tasks and projects in a simple way, and the boards are very intuitive. It is also flexible and can be used for different types of teams and projects.

Cons

What I like least is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans. It can also become a bit confusing when there are too many boards or tasks. For very large projects, it may feel less structured than other tools.
